You want to spend a holiday immersed in nature, peace and privacy?
This is the perfect place that offers you everything you need.
The owners of the villa live in an apartment on the ground floor and are very respectful of the privacy of their guests, but if they need anything they are always available and happy to help.
"Incanto su Capri" can accommodate up to three people and is located at the end of the Sorrento peninsula and has one of the most dramatic and breathtaking views across towards the bay of Naples and the isle of Capri. In the town of Massa Lubrense, this place is in a little corner of paradise away from the bustle of the city. There isn't a point that doesn't offer a panoramic view. Apartment "Incanto su Capri" has a double bedroom with TV, air conditioning and a window that offers a magnificent view of the coast and the island of Capri, a bathroom with a shower and a sitting room/kitchen equipped with everything you need, this room also offers the same breathtaking view of the beautiful island.
To reach the apartment from the parking area, you need to pass through a citrus grove which automatically gives you the sensation of peace and relaxation, and take 9 steps to reach the apartment's entrance door.
From the entrance of the apartment it takes just 5 steps to reach a fantastic terrace equipped with a barbecue and a table and chairs, perfect for a candlelit dinner or a lunch while looking over towards the bay.
Continuing up another 23 steps to the "gem" of the villa, the pool area. The pool area has a large equipped solarium with sun beds, outdoor swimming pool and a shower. No doubt it is the most scenic spot ever and the most relaxing, given the wide panoramic view of the sea and the Bay of Naples, but also the flourishing vegetation typical of the area (lemon, olive trees .) that characterizes the property. Why not lie on the couch to relax and listen to the sound of the sea that is not far away. This apartment will exceed your expectations if a relaxing holiday.

PLEASE NOTE THAT:
On the check-in day, it will be required the payment of changing linen and the final cleaning, this costs € 50,00.
Should you want an extra cleaning, this is an extra cost and you must request for it upon arrival.
On request you can have, included in the price, a cot and a high chair for babies for all the duration of your stay.
The use of the villa is exclusively reserved to guests staying at "Incanto su Capri".
Check in is from 16.00 and you need to vacate the villa by 10.00.

The City Tax (to be paid locally) is € 2,00 per person for the first 5 days. The city tax is free for under 18 and over 65.

External communal areas and the borders of the villa are under 24 hour video surveillance for security reasons.

Beautiful Property with Capri Views

This is probably the best vacation rental experience we’ve ever had! Communication was excellent and Valeria was so sweet and accommodating! The property itself is gorgeous with stunning views of Capri and the smells of the citrus trees was beautiful!!

Lovely Space with Amazing Views

We stayed at this property for two nights in September. The hosts, Daniela and Valeria, were absolutely fantastic, the apartment was very clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Besides the friendly hosts, easy check in and great, private accommodations, what impressed us most was the incredible views from every room of this apartment of the Mediterranean and Capri island. While the apartment is a ways out of town (10 min drive and not one that would be an easy walk as the roads are narrow and no sidewalks), it's worth it for the views, clean apartment, peace and quiet, and friendly hosts. If you stay at this property, check out Il Cantuccio in Masa Lubrense for dinner. Our hosts recommended it and we ate there twice because of the stunning views, food and great service (try the pizza, spaghetti with meatballs or really anything on the menu!). Thank you Daniela and Valeria for a wonderful stay!

Ein traumhafter Urlaub mit sorglos Paket

Unser Aufenthalt bei Daniela und Ihrer Familie hätte kein schönerer und besserer sein können. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Man fühlt sich absolut wohl, es ist sauber und man verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten. Ich wüsste nicht, was man besser machen kann. Außerdem ist Daniela jederzeit erreichbar und kümmert sich um alles. Wir haben dich sie wunderbare Ausflüge gemacht und die Zeit absolut genossen. Auch die vielen kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten waren einfach nur toll - ob es die Spaghetti bei der Ankunft waren oder die Decke, da es abends schon etwas kühler wurde. Es wurde wirklich mitgedacht und wir haben uns Willkommen gefühlt. Der Garten und das Haus mit Pool sowie der Ausblick liegt außerhalb von Worten, so schön ist es dort. Ein kleines Paradies auf Erden und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Best for leisure travelers

The property is beautiful and the hosts do everything possible to make tour stay enjoyable. We are not very good at planning our time, so we like spur of the moment. The location is not far from town (1.2 miles) but in my opinion the road is unsafe to walk. If you want to leave you need either a private driver, or one restaurant provides shuttle service, or they can book tours that will come pick you up. Having a car would solve that problem but driving and parking in the area would be challenging. Previous reviews talked about having the host family offer home cooked dinners, but possibly due to COVID that was not offered to us. The private driver they connected us with (Lucio) was amazing and was very helpful getting to property and taking us on a tour while driving back to Naples. I still give a 5 star rating, but next time I would stay closer to a bigger town like Sorrento

Massa Lubrense Stay

Lovely property with gorgeous views. Our hostess was wonderful and very helpful booking us a trip to Capri. The biggest difficulty with this property was the parking. It was really difficult, especially if you have a four door car.

Retreat with a View

We loved returning from our hairpin-turn daily drives to this apartment looking out to Capri, for a swim and a glass of wine on the terrace. Olimpia is a vivacious and charming--and so helpful--host, along with her sister and family. Signora Gargiulo cooked a divine Neapolitan meal for us one evening--squisito! We lacked for nothing. The stay even included a full moon rising over the Sorrentine peninsula.

Avons été très bien accueilli. Location propre. Très fonctionnel. Bien équipée. Wifi fonctionne bien. Literie moyenne. Parfait pour 3 personnes maxi. Piscine hors sol a disposition. Seul bémol : l accès a la location en voiture ( montée "assez raide"). A faire : l excursion a capri proposé par l hôte.

Lovely apartment

Small but functional apartment with magnificent views and surrounded by lovely gardens. Getting there was a bit a of a challenge with traffic and winding roads but once there, shopping/resto are just 10 minutes away.

Lovely slice of Italia!

Our hostess, Olympia Daniela could teach courses in hospitality! She thought of everything, helped when our luggage was delayed, gave wonderful advice for restaurants and tours and was delightful! The property is in a lovely peaceful spot just south of the Sorento hustle and bustle. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a bottle of wine, watching the sun set over Capri. If you need a driver anywhere, Lucio is an excellent choice! We loved our visit here. Daniela, thank you for everything! Ciao!

Breathtaking views

This place was amazing! The views out the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom windows were stunning. To wake up and see the island of Capri right there was awesome. I was very happy that Olimpia met us in town before we got there. We drove and we would have never been able to find the apartment if she wasn’t there to help us. Very narrow road leading up to the apartment but we could still park our car right at the apartment. That was nice. Olimpia and her family made our stay there unforgettable. They were amazing. Her mother cooked us the most amazing romantic meal our first night there. That was far and beyond the best meal we had during our entire stay in Italy. We were so truly grateful for that. Her dad helped us cook our own pizza the next night. That was such a fun experience. Laughing, drinking, and having so much fun with this Italian family was a highlight of our vacation. Her sister, Valerie, helped book us some tours and a dinner reservation. They were all so helpful and generous. I would definitely stay here again. We stayed in the smaller apartment which was perfect for the two of us. We also really loved the bigger apartment and would like to stay there our next time when we bring the kids.

Great Villa!

A charming somewhat remote villa with incredible views. The owners were so hospitable and did everything in their power to make sure that we enjoyed our stay. There were so many extra touches I will only list a few. They provided food for us to cook with until we could buy groceries. They drove us into town to buy groceries. They provided us with a pair of bus tickets and bus schedule which we used to get to Sorrento. The bus stop was extremely close by.They booked tours for us, as well as restaurant reservations. Olimpia's mom cooked dinner for us one night which was fabulous and Olimpia and her sister served it and waited on us and provided wonderful Italian music. When I commented how much I like it, she gave me a CD of Italian tunes. My husband and I could not have asked for a more enjoyable time here. Thank you Olimpia and Valeria

Absolute Perfection

My husband, friend and myself stayed at La Casettta Del Nonna from October 24-31, 2018. Our stay could not have been more perfect. The location, apartment and hosts were beyond wonderful. The apartment from every room overlooks the sea and the isle of Capri. The property is steep with separate homes, each with it’s own private terrace. We absolutely enjoyed sitting out in the swing chair and hammock, reading our book with a glass or wine or Campari spritz. Because I love to cook on vacation it was wonderful to have a full-sized fridge and all you needed to make meals. When you are retired and travel Italy for 6-weeks eating in to save money and dining out to enjoy local foods are a must. Our host, Olimipia and her beautiful family could not have been more gracious or helpful. Always there for us and arranged the most wonderful excursion to Capri that we could ask for. When the power went out due to the unexpected storm that swept through Italy, our hosts were there with homemade butternut squash risotto and extra lights. Honestly, I cannot recommend Casetta Del Nonna highly enough. My husband and I travel a lot and by far, this was one of our favorite apartments.

Adorable apartment with a spectacular view

It is difficult to accurately describe the Snow White’s Seaview apartment in the Cinque Terra region. It is a stunner! The property was extremely clean, charming and well appointed, and the view is jaw dropping to say the least!! The property exceeded our expectations! We enjoyed the solitude of the Sanctuary of San Bernardino after busy days exploring the villages of Cinque Terre. Julia and Paola were friendly hosts and provided information readily. We will recommend this piece of heaven to friends and family and hope to return to this sanctuary by the sea!! Cinque Terra is amazing! Thank you so much for everything! Beautiful place, wonderful hosts - 5 stars!

My husband, our 7-year-old son and I spent a week with Olimpia and her nice family. The apartment is beautiful, very well equipped and offers enough space for 2-3 persons. Terrace, garden and pool are great. Olimpia gave us many good advices for our trips on the peninsula, to Ischia, Pompei and Naples. The SITA bus stops right in front of the door. One highlight for us was the additionally booked private dinner on our terrace, lovingly prepared and served by the host family. Only for the arrival by rental car: A small to medium sized rental car is better than one that is too big ;-)

I can’t say enough Wonderful things about our stay!

From before we even arrived,our Hostess Olimpia was extraordinarily helpful. She was very prompt with her replies to my many questions. My husband and I would be arriving from Rome to her place and I had no idea how we would actually get there. She gave me several options and directions along with pricing. In the end, we opted for a “trusted” driver she had recommended and we couldn’t be more pleased! His English was wonderful and he educated us on the Italian country side we were passing on the way. When we arrived at the Villa we were greeted by Olimpia and her sister Valeria and felt instantly relaxed! If you truly want to have an exceptional experience like my husband and I had please... have her mother (a wonderful chef) prepare your organic, delicious meals served to you with all of the ambiance of a 5 star restaurant just for you. We also had Olimpia arrange two tours for us and made our arrangements for our departure. She does not charge extra for any of her services (dinners of course) and we later found out we paid less for the tours than others making reservations online. I would definitely return and sincerely hope to! Look at the pictures and know that the property is much lovelier in person. If you are looking for a place to explore Souther Italy, Capri, Sorrento and the Almalfi coast while staying accessible yet not in the busy tourist section than this is the best choice!

Mooi appartement in een geweldige setting

Prima ontvangst door de twee zussen. We werden opgevangen op de brug en naar het appartement geleid. Daar uitleg en tips over de omgeving en uitstapjes. Er stond water in de koelkast en er waren crackers, pasta e.d. voor de eerste nood. De tuin met jacuzzi en zwembad met ligbedden is prachtig, evenals ons privé terras. Wel veel last van muggen daar, maar dat hebben we kunnen oplossen met een spray en een wierookspiraal die ter beschikking werd gesteld. De familie is erg behulpzaam! We hebben veel gebruik gemaakt van de jacuzzi, gezond, gewandeld en Pompeii, Paestum en Ravello bezocht. De reistijden zijn behoorlijk (de wegen zijn erg druk en smal). Daarnaast hebben we genoten van de kookkunst van 'la mama'. Al met al een heerlijk verblijf!

HEAVEN ON EARTH

WOW! Amazing unforgettable place. Our family has stayed all over the world and 5 star hotels all i can say this place has impeccable service, fabulous view of Capri, newly renovated, beautiful gardens surrounding you and super clean. Everthing you need is right there. We had the opportunity to move to their bigger place for 2 days as well. Fabulous for family vacations lots of space. Away from hustle and bustle of the world. Olimpia was so accommodating she helped me plan a dinner on the terrace watching the sunset over Island of Capri. Everything was from their garden and so deliscious a truly amazing experience i highly recommend. Olimpia also helped us plan a hike to path of Gods, Almalfi coast and positano with a driver Lucio priceless! She also helped with a cooking class on the terrace that was so much fun and superb like no other cooking class you will ever get. Olimpia also booked a trip to Island of Capri for the day she got us better price then what we could find on internet. Bottom line have Olimpia be your tour guide she is fabulous at it. Thank you Olimpia and family for our unforgettable experiences with your place we will treasure in our hearts forever. We did not want to leave. Apartment with a view

The apartment was exactly as pictured and described and ideal for exploring the Amalfi coast. Olympia and her sister was excellent hosts and nothing was too much trouble from advice on restaurants, supermarkets and local walks. We enjoyed our three night stay.

Beautiful, comfortable apartment & delightful hosts

It is true - the pictures do not do it justice! Thank you for our stay in your stunning apartment. It was extremely clean, welcoming & above all very comfortable. You were the most charming, helpful hosts and thank you for so kindly helping to sort out the issue with our rental car. We could not fault our stay and enjoyed the spectacular view over the sea towards Capri from every window, the excellent facilities and the charm! Thank you so much. To travellers - the apartment is stunning, comfortable and a great base to explore the area from. There are a number of outside steps but how else would you enjoy that lovely view? We had a short stay during which we visited Herculaneum and Pompei, enjoyed a boat trip to Capri (arranged very kindly by our hosts with taxi collection/drop off), Sorrento. Would whole-heartedly recommend.
