In the heart of Cancale, in a very quiet area (300 m from the Port de la Houle and its restaurants and 500 meters from the customs path and the beach "l'Ari des Flots"), we offer you our "House of the four seasons ", very pleasant to live at any time of the year, and made to meet up with family or friends.

Classified 3 stars by the Haute Bretagne tourism committee, our house is perfectly equipped, functional and bright, with careful decoration.

The garden is fully enclosed, the terrace with its garden furniture will allow you to have lunch outside (barbecue ...) and the Farniente corner to relax at the back of the house. Parking of 2 or even 3 vehicles is possible inside the property.

Cancale classified as a remarkable taste site allows you to discover unforgettable landscapes: balcony over the Bay of Mont St Michel, coast lined with mimosas and maritime pines, secret beaches ... The Pointe du Grouin, Saint Malo, Dinard ... are right next door and many activities are possible on site (cooking class, sailing, day at sea, dolphin watching in the Bay or visit to the aquarium .. .) for more information we are at your disposal or you can contact the tourist office of St Malo-Cancale.

Séjour en famille

Toute la famille sur 3 générations a apprécié le logement. On a tous passé un très bon week-end prolongé, sous le soleil. Le logement est très bien situé, et bénéficie de tous les équipements nécessaires. Merci pour ce week-end qui restera marqué dans nos mémoires.

Superbe séjour

Très belle destination. La maison est fonctionnelle et confortable. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour accueillir les familles ou être entre amis. Elle est située dans un quartier calme. Et pourtant à proximité, à pieds, des commerces, des restaurants, et surtout de la belle plage avec ses délicieuses huîtres à déguster à toute heure de la journée ! Très belle balade à faire sur les sentiers côtiers. On recommande vivement !! Très bon contact et communication avec la propriétaire Laurence. Un grand merci pour ce moment de détente et d’évasion.

Une maison agréable à vivre, (nous étions 5 adultes, 2 ados et 3 enfants) idéalement située dans cancale. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et réactifs.

Super séjour

La location est top : proche des commerces : tout à pied ! Belles ballades également départ de la maison à pied. Les plages sont un peu plus loin mais très faciles d'accès et personne en plein mois de juillet. Notre hôte s'est rendue très disponible par messagerie. Bien envie de revenir !

Emplacement stratégique

Maison très bien décorée où on a plaisir à rentrer après une journée de visites dans la région. A part les plages de sable pas très proches, on va partout à pied, y compris au super U. Plusieurs parkings et rues calmes à proximité immédiate.

Agréable séjour

Agréable maison, très bien située, à deux pas du centre ville et de la magnifique côte. L'extérieur est agréable, quartier calme, possibilité de garer deux voitures. L'intérieur est bien conçu pour une grande famille. La propriétaire est joignable et agréable.

A happy return to France after pandemic restrictions

We stayed here in April 2022 - our first visit to France for three years due to the pandemic, and our first visit to Cancale. We very much enjoyed our trip. The house is very comfortable and well equipped. We were a party of 8 adults and the facilities were fine for our purposes but bathrooms etc might have come under strain if all the bedrooms were fully occupied. For clarity's sake, there are three bedrooms on the first floor - two doubles and a small room with two single bunk beds. On the second floor there is a small double (access from one side of bed only) and a dormitory sleeping up to six in bunk beds and two pull-out futons. There is a bath or shower room on each of the first and second floors and three separate WCs, one on each floor. Due to the weather we didn't spend much time outdoors but there are plenty of garden chairs, with decking at the front of the house and artificial grass at the rear. The washing machine is in an outhouse at the rear. There is parking for 3 cars on the driveway but this means the gates have to remain open. There is a Carrefour City a short walk away, a large Super U a 5 min drive away and an Intermarche about 10 mins drive. The seafront is an easy walk from the house with plenty of restaurants, bars and creperies. The only negative we would mention was the issue we had on arrival not being able to contact Laurence on the mobile phone number provided in order to get the code for the keysafe to get access. As this was the only means of contact we had it was a little worrying and we were stuck outside at the end of a long journey for about an hour until we finally made contact. It would have been preferable if the code could have been sent to us in advance so that we had it when we arrived. Apart from that we can fully recommend the Four Seasons. It's a good base for visiting St Malo, Mont St Michel, Dinan etc. We look forward to a return visit. Thanks too to Laurence for arranging for the clients who followed us to post back some keys that we had left behind - this was much appreciated.
