Lovely and spacious re-designed villa 5 minutes driving to Pollensa old town. All the rooms are at ground level. In the lounge-diner there's a comfortable seating area with satellite television, a dvd/cd stereo. There is a complete kitchen with washing machine. There are two double bedrooms and one single bedroom and a complete bathroom. The outdoor area is totally remodeled with a new and comfortable out door sofa, new sun beds and new chairs, this area is perfect for relaxing surrounded by citrus and olive trees, the house looks south facing, so has sun all day. Villa Marina de Malagarba is a lovely family villa with great outdoor area, ideal for families with a young children.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Bis auf wenige Kleinigkeiten, eine sehr schöne Finca. Pool leider zu kalt, die Beleuchtung für die Zufahrt geht viel zu früh aus (vor 22:00 Uhr) Garten und Pool Beleuchtung schaltete dafür zu spät ein (gerade im September/Oktober ist es früh dunkel). Möbel und Geschirr könnten mal erneut werden. Ein sehr muffiger Geruch in der ganzen Finca, trotz lüften.

Great pool, great air conditioning in a lovely family house. We loved the spacious veranda where we ate and relaxed. There was everything you could need for catering for a large number with ample parking. The property is not overlooked and has a fruit orchard on two sides. From on top of a well camouflaged water cistern you can hang out washing and you have a view over the local landscape. We did hear some children playing in a nearby villa but it was generally very quiet.

In total we are really happy both with the house and the host response rate, but there are a few things we are less happy with:- all the ants inside the house (you really need to make sure not leaving any food out) - the outdoor furniture (especially pool area) not being clean - the lamps by the pool area not functioning until two days before we left- the fridge not functioning as it should (some of our food became bad). The host told us what the problem was and how we could fix it, but I believe it shouldn’t be up to us to fix and that it should already been solved when we arrived. - the cleaning firm coming before we had left the house felt very stressfulWith that said, I would still recommend the house. It’s a nice outdoor area, nice pool, pretty quiet surroundings and a well equiped house. The check in worked smooth and the communication with Josep was great.

Heerlijk, ruime omgeving, ontspannen

Ruime veranda en lekker zwembad. Het water was in onze week nog wel koud. Rustige omgeving, ruim privéterrein. Ook heel schoon. Ook het huis is prima, wel een paar minpuntjes: de verlichting is erg wit en koud, niet zo gezellig dus. Verder hing er regelmatig een rioollucht in de badkamer. Voor de rest waren er veel voorzieningen en is alles schoon. Bedden lagen goed. Ook heel leuk: regelmatig kwam er een hondje langs. Deze bleek van de buren te zijn. Houdt van aandacht en is echt een schatje! We hebben een leuke week gehad!
