There is also a shower room, a kitchen, an external utility and a sitting room with a dining area and a woodburner. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and an enclosed patio with furniture. Corner Cottage makes a fantastic base with a number of stately homes and National Trust properties to discover.

Both the rugged Dark Peak and the softer limestone White Peak are within easy reach, and Alton Towers, Britain’s premier theme park, is only a short drive away.
