Maravillosas vacaciones

Solo puedo decir cosas buenas de los días que hemos pasado en la casa de Sofía. Tanto la zona muy cercana a Aveiro pero tranquila que era lo qué buscábamos, como la casa que era perfecta en todos los sentidos hicieron que disfrutásemos mucho las vacaciones. Hemos podido relajarnos en la piscina y disfrutar de las maravillosas playas de los alrededores, en resumen, esperando volver una vez más.

Great Family Stay

This is a lovely spacious property on the outskirts of the village of Eixo. Facilities in the villa are great and it is spacious, clean and really good for families. You need a car to go out. There's not much in the village but a short drive to Aveiro and we found a small water park on the coast. A really good comfortable family holiday place.

Spacieuse propriété au calme

Cette maison est idéalement située dans un endroit calme. On peut partir à pied et rapidement se retrouver dans la nature L' équipement de la maison est complet (wifi performant, salle de jeux, piscine, espace de jeux extérieur...) Seul problème : nous avions des chiens et un chat. Assez rapidement nous avions eu besoin de retirer les poils un peu partout. Il n'y a pas d'aspirateur :( Le ménage est bien compris dans le prix, mais quand le séjour est assez long (deux semaines) on a besoin de le faire nous même.

Todo perfecto

Estancia perfecta. Los padres de Sofía nos recibieron, muy amables. Todo limpio. La casa tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar en el día a día. Casa perfecta para ir en familia, cerca de las playas de Aveiro. Pero entre la piscina, el patio de juego y el billar,ping pong y futbolín mis hijos no quería salir de allí. Sofía muy amable en mi comunicación por mensajes con ella. Un acierto.

Do melhor mesmo!!!

Recepção calorosa dos proprietários, casa com um terreno vasto, recheada com tudo o que é preciso para umas férias memoráveis, sala de jogos muito completa, campo de jogos top, zona de piscina e de barbecue muito agradável, cozinha super equipada,quartos espaçosos, limpeza irrepreensível, tudo do melhor!!! Maison idéale

Belle semaine passée dans cette maison. Nous étions 8 (2 familles avec 2 adultes et 2 enfants 8 et 12 ans). Petit paradis pour les enfants avec tout les equipements. Maison très bien équipée. Seul bemol : quelques matelas à changer. Mais sinon rien a dire. A proximité de tout. La piscine, le terrain et la salle de jeux au top. Merci aussi pour l'accueil très gentil des propriétaires. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Great place for Families with children

A warm welcome by host’s parents. Host was very flexible and polite. We are a family with five children in variously ages. And they all agreed that this was one of the best places we have rented. The whole Family enjoyed the stay. The house is in general well equipped. On the property there is an area for basketball/volleyball/football which truly was brilliant and used every evening (remember to bring/buy own balls as only the basketball worked) as well as the well equipped indoor room with several activities options. The pool was great. We had a truly nice family holiday. Only minor details to remark: The cleaning was not optimum, some of the beds where a bit uncomfortable and the house in general is a bit worn out. But all in all a really great stay. And we can highly recommend this property. A good advice in general for the Portuguese West coast: Be very careful at the beaches with children as the sea it is relatively wild, cold and dangerous compared to i.e. the Mediterranean.

Maison splendide, propriétaire tres sympa

Nous sommes venus dans la maison avec 6 adultes et 2 enfants, les propriétaires qui nous ont accueillià notre arrivée, sont des personnes super sympathiques, qui parlent français (un petit plus) , ils nous ont fait visiter la maison qui est magnifique avec 5 chambres, 3 salles de bains, 2 toilettes, salon, salle a manger, cuisine, salle de jeux immense et les extérieurs avec piscine, terrain de foot, basket et volley ainsi qu'un immense jardin, nous avons passé un séjour magique, le village est très sympa pour se balader le soir; les plages, les restaurants et les commerces sont vraiment pas loin. Beaucoup de villages charmants tout autour, les habitants sont très accueillants. Si on doit revenir dans le nord du Portugal, ça sera avec un immense plaisir de revenir dans cette maison. Encore Merci à Sofia et ses parents, et merci également pour le verre de l'amitié, un verre de Porto succulent offert à notre arrivée.

Villa toute équipée, tranquilité en plus

Super location ! Ex-maison familiale convertie à la location. Il ne manque donc rien. Même si l'absence de climatisation nous a inquiétée à notre arrivée, nous n'avons pas ressenti ce manque. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour (08/2018) à 2 adultes et 3 enfants. Le lieux est sécurisé et à l'écart des voisins les plus proche, ce qui est parfait pour garantir une grande tranquillité. Les propriétaires sont très agréables parlent Anglais ou Français (et Portugais :-) ).

Top Adresse in Nord-Portugal

Wir haben diese Unterkunft gewählt wegen der günstigen Lage zu Ausflügen in Nordportugal. Für zwei Personen war das Haus zwar etwas groß, aber mit Sicherheit perfekt! Ein so gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus findet man wirklich selten. Die Küche sehr groß und mit Allem wirklich beinahe im Überfluss versehen. Top Grill, einen sehr schönen und großen Pool (uneinsehbar), gute Poolliegen, Handtücher und... und.. und. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber und mit viel Liebe ausgestattet. Ein kleines Manko, vielleicht: TV gibt es leider nicht auf Deutsch und die Abende sind gelegentlich doch recht kühl wegen des Nordwindes. Aber der weht Gott sei Dank ja nicht immer und uns hat der Fernseher im Urlaub nicht gefehlt. Also nochmals vielen Dank für die wirklich tolle Unterkunft an Sofia und ihre Eltern, die uns übrigens sehr nett empfangen hatten. Fünf Sterne ohne Abstriche. Christian und Liuba

A great house with every comfort

The house and garden are really superb. Everything is comfortable and in good shape. Very nice furniture. There are 3 bathrooms and an extra toilet. The pool and the sport areas for indoor and outdoor activities are amazing. We (4 adults and 2 teens) spent a wonderful week in this house and relaxed very well. The kontakt to the owner was very nice, friendly and reliable. Mrs. Simoes answered always very promptly and asked of everything is allright. The family is very nice too. We had a warm welcome that made us feel home.

Casa Perfeita, Estadia inesquecivel!!

Acolhimento em grande por parte dos proprietarios. Casa ideal para varios casais (como era o nosso caso), muito limpa, tudo magnifico. Preciosa casa, totalmente equipada con todo lo lo necesario para pasar unos días tranquilos.

La casa de Sofia Simões es la mejor casa en la que hemos estado en muchos años. No solo la casa, sino también la amabilidad, disponibilidad y cortesía desplegadas por ella y por su familia. La piscina es magnífica; la casa, amplia y fresquita en estos calurosos días de agosto; el jardín, impecable; los accesos a Oporto y Aveiro, cómodos; la gente de Eixo, encantadora. Sofia y su familia cuidan hasta el último detalle para hacer tu estancia cómoda. Las dos familias que hemos estado ahí esta semana agradecemos inmensamente el trato recibido y repetiremos, seguro. LOCATION TRES AGREABLE

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour près d'AVEIRO. La location était propre et bien entretenue, rien ne manquait. Très bon accueil des propriétaires qui parlent français ce qui n'est pas négligeable.
