Ruhiges Burghäuschen inmitten von Olivenhainen und Weinbergen
Wer Ruhe und Entspannung such ist hier genau richtig! Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich Küche und Ess-/Wohnzimmer. Im ersten Stock ein klimatisiertes Schlafzimmer mit kleinem Balkon für 2 Stühle und einem franz. Bett. Auch Badezimmer mit Dusche, WC, Bidet und Waschmaschine befindet sich hier. Nebenan ein offenes Räumchen mit 2 Liegen. und wieder kl. Balkon. Im OG dann das 2.klimatisierte Schlafzimmer ebenfalls mit französischem Bett ausgestattet. Neben dem Treppenaufgang geht es auch auf den großen Balkon. Wunderbare Aussicht und zum gemütlichen Sitzen in den Abendstunden (im tollen Garten ebenso möglich). Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und der Kontakt mit Carlo einfach nur nett, vielen lieben Dank! Vielleicht auch noch interessant: Zum Baden waren wir am Lido Riccio, Fahrtzeit etwa 15-20min..ebenfalls mit franz..Auch das Badezimmer

La struttura è veramente bella.Il punto di forza è la posizione ubicata veramente in un bellissimo silenzio.Proprietari cordiali e disponibili e da casa si possono raggiungere in pochi minuti di macchina sia il mare che la montagna.Era la nostra prima volta in Abruzzo e non vediamo già l'ora di tornarci!Ovviamente sempre soggiornando in questa splendida dimora

Einfach wunderbar!
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen. Die Kommunikation mit Carlo funktioniert sehr gut, er ist ein äußerst freundlicher Gastgeber. Das Haus liegt wunderschön ruhig mit grandiosem Ausblick und ist ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt sowohl für die Berge als auch das Meer. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wonderful place to be
A tasteful renovated and comfortable house. Fly screens and adjustable shutters on all windows and doors, large rooms and a roof terrace with breathtaking views over the vineyards of Abruzzo and even the Adriatic Sea in the background. A beautiful garden, amidst the vineyards, with total privacy. A perfect location to visit both seaside, mountains and the charming towns and villages of Abruzzo. The grape harvest season made the region an extra lively place to be. The owners are very friendly, generous and welcoming. A place to come back to!

Un angolo di paradiso
Per le nostre ultime vacanze siamo stati ospiti nella casa del sig. Carlo., io, mio marito e i nostri due bambini. E' stato tutto semplicemente meraviglioso..! Dall'accoglienza dei padroni di casa, che si sono subito dimostrati di una gentilezza squisita.. ci hanno fatto trovare i pomodori dell'orto e acqua fresca e si sono immediatamente prodigati per rendere il nostro soggiorno perfetto. La casa ed il giardino sono ancora più belli che in foto. Per chi ama la quiete delle montagne è un luogo perfetto. Le spiagge più belle dell'Abruzzo sono facilmente raggiungibili.....mare ed escursioni in montagna...cosa chiedere di più ad una vacanza.? Grazie di cuore al Sig. Carlo ed ai suoi genitori...ci avete regalato dei giorni meravigliosi, in un angolo di paradiso. Sicuramente torneremo.

Nous avons passé une semaine fantastique dans la belle demeure de Carlo et de sa famille. Une demeure de caractère, spacieuse et réhabilitée avec soin. J'ai aimé les meubles anciens, les tomettes, les hauts plafonds. Le grand jardin est une oasis ! La mer et la montagne sont proches. La gentillesse des propriétaires a fait le reste. Merci pour les beaux souvenirs que j'ai emportés avec moi !!!

Familienferien im Grünen zwischen Meer und Bergen
Wir waren mit unseren drei Kindern im Haus. Es hat gut Platz zum Spielen im Garten. Meer und Parco Nazionale sind gut erreichbar in ein paar Autominuten. Der Besitzer ist angenehm, freundlich und hat uns immer wieder viele leckere Früchte aus dem Garten gebracht. Alles in allem: eine kleine Wohlfühloase. Empfehlenswert.

Splendide vacanze
Abbiamo soggiornato in 3 persone nel mese di agosto. Location molto bella e curata immersa nel verde. dotata di ogni confort. Per chi ama la natura non si puo' desiderare di piu'. Proprietari sempre gentili e cordiali. Il paese a pochi passi permette di avere a disposizione generi alimentari di prima necessita'. Mare e montagna a pochi Kilometri. E niente......l'Abruzzo e' una splendida regione.

La casa e' situata nel verde ed e' un'oasi di pace. Molto vicina al mare e alla montagna, ci sono diversi ristoranti nei paraggi. L'abitzione e' dotata di tutti i comfort, zanzariere in tutte le porte e finestre e aria condizionata. I propietari sono persone gentilissime e disponibili.

Un oasi di pace immersa nella natura
La casa è davvero stupenda, esattamente come si vede dalle foto, anzi, anche meglio! E' fornita di tutto l'occorrente per godersi una bella vacanza, pulitissima e ordinata. La casa è immersa nella natura, circondata dalle vigne, ed è in una posizione strategica per vivere appieno sia il mare che la montagna, ma anche per girare comodamente tra i tanti luoghi da visitare. I proprietari sono davvero gentili, discreti e molto disponibili, e ci hanno accolto come se fossimo di famiglia. Non potevamo trovare di meglio!

Delle vacanze meravigliose!
Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana in questa bella casa, circondata da un ampio giardino. Siamo stati accolti dai genitori del proprietario, due persone molto simpatiche e discreti. Ciò che ci è piaciuto: • siamo stati in grado di godere di una tranquillità rilassante che tanto apprezziamo ; • i grandi armadi nelle camere con abbondanza di spazio per ordinare i nostri effetti personali; • il ristorante 'La Torre' in Orsagna (un piccolo paese a pochi chilometri dalla nostra residenza).

Wonderful house and location
We (family with 2 teenage kids) spent a wonderful week in Abruzzen and very much enjoyed both the beautifully restored house as well as the lovely and quiet location surrounded by vineyards and olive trees, 'entre mare a monti' (fantastic views from the balconies and roof terrace). This is a perfect place to relax, but also to go to the mountains, visit nearby cities and spend time on the beaches. The house is equipped with everything needed (the beds are great!) and the landlord is very helpful and responsive! We would love to come back one day...

Se il vostro desiderio è soggiornare in una casa bella, pulita ed accessoriata, attorniata dal verde (un vero paradiso terrestre di alberi da frutto), nel silenzio più assoluto, con un giardino ed un terrazzo da sogno, allora questo è il posto giusto per voi! Anche la posizione, a 10 km. dalle spiagge e a 10 km. dalla Maiella, è l'ideale per scegliere anche all'ultimo minuto se passare la giornata in spiaggia o se darsi all'escursionismo. Non da ultimo i proprietari, molto cortesi e discreti, sono veramente delle bravissime persone. Che cosa si può desiderare di più?

Holidays in paradise
Expectation have been exceeded. The house is like a little caste, in the middle of vineyards and olive trees. Everything is clean and in order, the house is equipped with everything needed. 15 minutes to the sea, 30 to the mountains, both seen from the place. The owner is friendly and helpful but never importunate. Our stay comprised days at the beach, hiking in the mountains, city trips. This is the perfect place for anyone who wants to escape stress. 100% recommended.
