Séjour exceptionnel avec Franco et Giovanna qui sont des personnes formidables.
La location est conforme à la description avec un plus indéniable : Franco et Giovana qui sont merveilleux. Ils nous ont fait découvrir l’accueil et la gentillesse sicilienne. Petits plats, cours de cuisine pour faire des pizzas, granité délicieux de Giovanna. Bref, une 6eme étoile serait méritée pour l’appréciation de la prestation . Nous sommes repartis avec de merveilleux souvenirs et de nouveaux amis.

Très très beau séjour
Belle propriété à proximité de Syracuse. Accueil impeccable et grande disponibilité de Giovanna et Franco. Logements parfaits dans un beau jardin, très bien entretenu. Situation centrale pour visiter la partie sud est de cette très belle île. Adresse à retenir sans conteste.

Lovely hostess. Two things I wasn’t expecting are the pool being on the side where the owners live, and despite assurances we were well come to use it, it felt like invading their space, and therefore we did only once, whilst no one was home. Secondly, we had to pay for the electricity we used on top of our stay.

Un séjour tout à fait charmant
Des hôtes absoluments charmants avec plein de gentilles attentions. ( friandises et plats typiques lors de notre séjour) À notre arrivée on avait même 2 plats qui nous attendaient ! L'équipement de la maison est très complet, le tout d’une propreté irréprochable. Au vu de la photo d’annonce du site on a l’impression que notre logement donne sur la piscine. Il n’en est rien, il est sur le côté de la maison. Il serait bien de le préciser. Le logement est au calme et bien situé pour visiter les sites aux alentours. Au final nous recommandons fortement cette adresse. Nicole et Francis

Idyllique
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Franco et Giovanna. La maison de manquait de rien, nous avons pu déjeuner chaque matin dans le jardin à côté de la piscine. La mer bleu au bout de la rue enchantait nos amateurs de pêche. Nos hôtes ont été incroyables et nous ont couverts d'attentions du début à la fin. A cette période, ils ne vivent pas dans la propriété mais sont restés disponibles pour nous dès que nous avions des questions ou autre. Un kayak et des vélos ont même été mis à notre disposition. La maison n'est pas très loin de la plage de Fontane Bianche et nous étions à plus ou moins 20 minutes en voiture de Syracuse, Avola, Noto... donc assez bien situés. Ognina juste à côté offre un paysage magnifique également. Bref, vous pouvez réserver vos vacances chez Franco et Giovanna les yeux fermés. Un grand merci à ces hôtes très gentils, nous gardons de beaux souvenirs.

herzliche Gastfreundschaft
die teilweise etwas einfache Ausstattung wird durch die herzliche Gastfreundschaft und Hilfsbereitschaft der Gastgebenden mehr als ausgeglichen. Die Lage ist wunderschön: mit Teetasse oder Picknick ans Meer?? Jederzeit! :-)

Parfait séjour, accueil formidable avec pleins de petites attentions
Nous avons passé trois nuits très agréables avec un Super accueil , les hôtes vive dans la maison juste derrière mais reste discret et attentionné. Merci encore pour tout les petits cadeaux ! Nous avons pu découvrir syracuse faire du bateau et aller à la plage, attention la plage et bondée à fontaine bianca nous avons trouver une petite plage un peu plus loin mais parfaite !

Lovely base for your holiday. Well kept surrounds and immaculately clean pool.
The hosts Giovanni and Franco made us feel very welcome. The sea was in walking distance from the villa and a supermarket/bakery was 3 mins drive away. Fontane Bianche Beach was 5 minutes drive with a lovely restaurant malafemmina overlooking the beach. Giovanni made us some Sicilian delicacies to try, pizza, arranchi and cannelloni to name but a few which was very agreeable. Franco’s garden is a credit to him a lovely place to sun bathe with the cleanest pool I have ever seen.

Inoubliable !
Un grand merci à Giovanna et Franco pour leur disponibilité, leur convivialité, leur discrétion et leur bonne humeur ! Séjour formidable en famille à 4. Partie privative de la maison avec toutes les commodités, propre, fonctionnel, au calme. Belle terrasse abritée qui nous a servi de pièce à vivre pour profitez des extérieurs. Piscine et jardin très agréables avec beaux oliviers, yucca, palmiers .... Maison située dans un quartier résidentiel, à 5mn à pied de la mer, parking réservé dans l enceinte de la maison totalement sécurisée. Très bon emplacement pour visiter les alentours dont Syracuse, Avola, Noto qui valent vraiment le détour. C'est donc un "5 etoiles" que nous attribuons à Giovanna et Franco ! Merci encore pour cette belle rencontre avec vous. Nous espérons que vous accueillerez d autres francais qui, pour sûr, seront ravis de ce choix. Sophie et Bruno de Toulouse

Sicily is a real paradise but this area in particular is great!!! No need to say that the hosts are very nice, genuine and very helpful with anything!! Hats off to Giovanna and Franco with great tips for local discoveries. Hopefully see you soon again!

Parfait !
Le sejour s'est tres bien déroulé. Nos hotes ont été très disponibles, nous on gâté par leurs petites attentions et etaient pleins de bons conseils pour optimiser notre sejour et nos visites. La maison est tres fonctionnelle. Nous avions deux enfants avec nous en bas âge et tout a été prévu pour que notre sejour se passe au mieux. Vraiment je recommande ce lieu pour des vacances paisible et agreable. Proche de toutes commodités, tres bien situé ! Merci encore Giovanna et Franco !

Casa elegante, in zona tranquilla con ogni comfort
La casa a Fontane Bianche è veramente bellissima, in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa. La posizione è ideale per giri culturali nella Sicilia barocca e per raggiungere le spiagge più belle. L'alloggio era pulitissimo e in ordine, dotato di ogni comodità. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato la veranda esterna coperta, che abbiamo utilizzato per le colazioni e le cene. Il proprietario e la sua famiglia ci hanno accolto con grande calore e cordialità. Ci dispiace solo di non avere godere più a lungo del bellissimo posto e della loro compagnia. Abbiamo comunque sfruttato al meglio la breve vacanza. Consiglierò questo posto a tutti i miei amici e parenti.

Piacevolissimo soggiorno a Fontane Bianche
Fontane Bianche, Siracusa, casa vacanza 6564217. Franco e Giovanna sono stati dei padroni di casa speciali, Ci hanno aiutato moltissimo dandoci mille consigli su tutti i temi che abbiamo posto, i migliori negozi per fare la spesa, i ristoranti migliori, le gelaterie migliori, dove comprare il pesce freschissimo etc. Loro sono informatissimi sui vari eventi della zona e possono consigliare cosa è meglio visitare e quando. La casa è molto confortevole, corrisponde alla descrizione, è molto pulita e comoda. In giardino c'è una terrazza coperta ed è stato il luogo ideale per i nostri pasti e le nostre serate. A pochi passi dalla casa troverete un mare meraviglioso e vi consiglio di portarvi la maschera perché vale la pena fare lo snorkeling. La casa si trova in un punto strategico che vi permette di raggiungere Siracusa, Noto, Avola, la riserva di Vendicari, Cavagrande in poco tempo. Spero di poterci ritornare e passare una bellissima vacanza come quest'estate. I padroni di casa oltre a essere informati sono anche gentilissimi e molto generosi. Ci hanno viziato con la granita di mandorla fatta in casa, il latte di mandorla, lo spumino di caffè freddo. Insomma se cercate un appartamento vicino Siracusa non esitate a sceglierlo e buona vacanza.

Perfect!
Très joli appartement avec terrasse très bien aménagée; idéale pour se reposer ou manger dehors. L'appartement est idéalement situé à Fontane Bianche, où il est possible de visiter toutes les villes autour: Syracuse, Catane, Noto est absolument à voir. L'appartement est fonctionnel, avec le wifi, la clim et la place pour garer la voiture, Les propriétaires sont très gentils!

"Casa accogliente e carina, a due passi dal mare di scogli (con acqua limpida e pesci colorati), adatta per una famiglia e per trascorrere vacanze in tutta comodità e relax. Collocazione baricentrica rispetto a città d''arte come Siracusa, Ragusa, Avola, Noto, Modica. Facilmente raggiungibile anche la riserva naturale di Capo Passero. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili, sanno dare consigli su tutto, dalle città d’arte alla pizzeria. Per non parlare di granite, arancini, caponata, fritture e gelaterie varie. Quindici giorni volati via. Esperienza assolutamente positiva, da ripetere. "

"Alloggio perfetto e prop...
"Alloggio perfetto e proprietari gentilissimi e ospitali. Ci siamo sentiti davvero a casa, accolti da una squisita granita di mandorle fatta in casa e assistiti per tutto il periodo di soggiorno. Alloggio pulita e silenziosa, con un bellissimo giardinetto antistante per colazioni pranzi e cene all''aperto. Ottimo per una vacanza in coppia o con figli. Discesa a mare su scogliera stupenda, con spiagge a 800m (raggiungibili in auto o con bicicletta). Se si è dotati di mezzo proprio, questo alloggio è consigliato al 100%, in quanto è in posizione strategica per vacanze di mare, sulle spiagge del litorale di Fontane Bianche e per le escursioni nelle città vicine: Siracusa, Noto, Avola, Modica, Marzamemi, fino alla punta estrema della Sicilia sud orientale Portopalo di Capo Passero. I proprietari sapranno indicare e consigliare su tutto ciò che è da non perdere nei dintorni. Abbiamo vissuto una settimana stupenda, andando via con l''amaro di non essere riusciti a vedere nemmeno la metà delle stupende attrazioni che Siracusa e dintorni hanno da offrire. Da rifare, per completare il tour!"

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 gio...
Abbiamo soggiornato 2 giorni presso questa casa vacanza. I proprietari sogni gentilissimi, e la casa molto carina, pulita e silenziosa. Il mare in prossimità della casa non ha la spiaggia ma gli scogli, per avere la spiaggia bisogna prendere l'auto e posteggiare in un grande parcheggio distante un paio di chilometri. Se volete trovare un ombrellone libero ai lidi andate prima delle 10 di mattina. Se potessi tornerei!
