Nos vacances très bien mais très déçu par l'appartement on nous facture le ménage mais c'est le propriétaire lui-même qui fait le ménage et qui le fait trop rapidement plein de poussière à l'arrivée quand ta proche de la gare ce sont les rails qui sont dans le jardin aucune visibilité autre que celle sur les immeubles et sur une palissade le jardin et sur une pelouse en plastique à mon avis beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c'est au moins 300 € de trop je le conseille pas à ce prix-là très déçu merci
Nos vacances très bien mais très déçu de l'appartement le propriétaire nous facture le ménage mais c'est lui-même qui le fait trop rapidement aucune hygiène au niveau poussière voilà sur l'annonce il y a marqué proche de la gare mais ce sont les rails qui sont proches du jardin aucune visibilité

Super accueil du propriétaire malgré notre heure tardive. Il a prit le temps pour nous dire quels sont les endroits à visiter, ainsi que les moyens de transport. L'appartement est accueillant aussi. Nous reviendrons c'est sûr.

L'appartement était parfaite à la description qui en était faite.
Très bon séjour passé à Menton et dans l'appartement en particulier car très calme en cette période de septembre ; proche des commerces car tout près de Roquebrune Cap Martin donc rues très animés, supermarché, boulangeries, et autres commerces à faire à pied à 50 mètres donc très pratiques et bord de mer à 5mns à pied.

L'appartement est propre et bien situé et très sécurisé avec une place de parking privée, ce qui est très important et indispensable. Rien à redire, de plus l'accueil par Mr Geslin était très agréable et il est super sympathique. A recommander.

Appartement très accueillant, bien équipé , joli petit jardin et très bien placé.
Nous avons passé deux semaines très agréables en famille,l'appartement est tout équipé ,comme à la maison , petit jardin simpatic pour les enfants . Les commerces ,la plage à proximité et les transports publics pratique pour se déplacer sans se soucier des places de parc. Mr Greslin, très simpatic et disponible en cas de besoin . Je recommande vivement cet appartement c'est l'idéal pour les vacances,nous n'hésiteront pas à y retourner.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Dennoch muss erwähnt werden, dass die Bahntrasse in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hauses vorbeiführt. Wenn die Türen und Fenster geschlossen sind, hört man nachts allerdings kaum etwas davon. Weiterhin sollte nicht unerwähnt bleiben, dass die Tiefgarage für einen großen Wagen (wir sind mit einem A6 angereist) eine echte Herausforderung darstellt, da der Wagen auf einem extrem engen Parkdeck in einen Aufzug gelenkt werden muss. Ohne zwei Einweiser kommt man da kaum noch heraus.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen, (einkaufen, Strandnähe, Banken, Post und Verbindungen, Autobahn). Auch ist sie sehr hübsch eingerichtet. Was uns jedoch übehaupt nicht gefiel, war der Lärm, (z.B. die Eisenbahn, welche ca 40 Meter neben der Wohnung vorbeifuhr). Dann liess die Sauberkeit der Wohnung sehr zu wünschen übrig, (Spinnweben, Lüftungsabzug, Bad und Küche, schwarzen Schimmel in der Dusche und die Duschdichtungen sind zum Teil gelb verfärbt. Was uns auch zu schaffen machte, war die Tatsache, dass man nur mit dem Lift in die Tiefgarage fahren kann. Ich, Frau Schmid, fahre nie mit dem Lift, da ich Platzangst habe. Leider stand im Beschrieb der Wohnung nichts davon, dass der Zug neben der Wohnung vorbeibraust und dass man nur via Lift in die Tiefgarage gelangt !!! Hätten wir diese Sachen gewusst, so hätten wir die Wohnung nie gemietet, (vor allem nicht zu diesem Preis). Was wir hingegen sehr schätzten, war die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft von Monsieur und Madame Geslin.

Un super séjour dans un agréable logement !
Deux semaines de vacances dans une location qui correspond bien à la description de l'annonce. L'emplacement est idéalement situé, proche des commerces et de la plage. Le logement est bien équipé, bien agencé, avec un petit jardin. Le propriétaire a fourni les explications nécessaires pour passer un séjour. Très bon accueil et très bonne disponibilité. Beaucoup de balades à faire. Nous y reviendrons !

Séjour très agréable
Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans cette appartement très bien situé entre mer et centre ville. L'appartement est conforme aux photos, propre, spacieux ... rien à redire ! Le propriétaire est très accueillant et à pris soin de préparer un guide d'accueil avec de bons conseils et idées pour découvrir la région. Merci à M. GESLIN pour sa gentillesse. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir l'année prochaine.
