ATTENTION RENTERS: This unit is Owner Managed. OUR CALENDAR & RATES ARE KEPT UP TO DATE. WE RESPOND QUICKLY TO ALL INQUIRIES! Weekly Rentals run typically SATURDAY TO SATURDAY but we can rent other dates if requested. We own 2 units (#1315-this one & #1007-vrbo#985183) at Regency Towers. Both are totally remodeled, beautiful beachfront condos, complete with everything you need for a GREAT VACATION! With both units, we can accommodate large families or groups. Because we manage our property and rent direct, we have no recent VRBO reviews. We can gladly provide you reviews and references from previous guest.
This beautiful, 1150 Sq Ft, 2 bedroom 2 bath unit is located on the 13th floor. It has breathtaking view of the white sandy beach and crystal-clear ocean. This unit comes fully furnished with everything you will need for a great vacation. The kitchen is completely stocked with every convenience and all new appliances. It has a toaster, blender, Keurig and a traditional coffee maker, etc. The family room has a queen sleeper sofa and large flat screen cable HD/Smart TV with DVD player & selection of DVD's for your entertainment. The spacious guest room has 2 queen beds, Smart HD/Cable TV, large closet, dresser and nightstand. The master bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed, cable Smart TV, large closet, 2 nightstands, dresser, ocean view window and access to balcony. The unit has 2 full bathrooms, hair dryer, central air and heat, washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. FREE WIFI! We offer a 10% Repeat Renters, Military and 1st Responder Discount ($100 max) off any week (or longer) rental. Also, we offer a discount if you rent both of our our condos (#985183 & #6566604) together or stays longer than a week. This rental comes with FREE BEACH CHAIR SERVICE (March-October Rentals- Includes: 2 CHAIRS WITH UMBRELLA- a $50 a day value). Also, the BEST Tiki/Bar "Bikini Bobs" on the beach (March-Oct) offering Great Food, Drink Specials, Reasonable Prices, etc- It's Awesome! Regency Towers offers special events for owners and guest (June-Aug) such as Movie Night, Karaoke, Water Slides, Bon Fire on Beach, etc. You will never want to leave the property! Regency Towers charges a one-time $40 registration fee that MUST be paid by the guest at check in. All other fees are included in the quoted price & the damage deposit is refunded within 1 day of departure if no damage is found. There are NO HIDDEN FEES such as amenities, parking, Wi-Fi access etc. We look forward to having you stay in our condo on your next vacation.

Perfect Getaway!

Beautiful ocean view and great location! With two salt water pools with a Tiki Bar in between - we stayed on the property almost our entire week long stay! We'll be staying here again!

BEST VACATION EVER

This was the best vacation my family has ever had. The property was awesome with great location and amenities. It was clean, family friendly, easy access to beach and a terrific Tiki Hut (Bikini Bobs). We spent most of our time in the 2 large pools or at the beach while enjoying the tasty, reasonably priced food and drinks at the Tiki Hut. The condo was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated and fully equipped with anything we needed. The owners were very easy to work and communicate with. They checked on us during our stay and promptly answered all our questions. Don't waist time searching other properties, just contact these owners. We will be back and won't stay anywhere else except with these owners!

Amazing Stay!

We rented this condo for about a week. It had everything we would need and it was very clean. The owners are extremely nice and helpful. The room also had an amazing beach view. We loved the place and are definitely coming back again.

Beachside retreat

The owner is great to work with. He has great communication. The location of the condo is off the busy area of PCB. But still close to all the things PCB has to Ofer. This is good for us. No fighting traffic. The condo is nice and has everything needed for the week long stay. The pools are amazing and literally only steps from the beach. There is a pool side bar and grill “Bikini Bobs”. They have a great assortment of food, snacks, and drinks. Once you go down to the pool/beach you can literally stay all day and just order lunch or drinks at the pool side. The prices are very reasonable. There were a few minor things that I reported to the owner upon check in and he had maintenance there the same day to make repairs. Overall a good experience. The only con is the elevator wait. There are only three elevators for the entire property. The condo is on the 13th floor so there was a wait, especially on the heavy check in/out days. It did inspire me to get my steps in by taking the stairs! We have stayed here twice and I would definitely go back.

Great place for family vacation

We’re impressed with this place to stay! Good kitchen, enough space for family of 6 people, amazing view from living room and our balcony!!! Good exit to the beach and swimming pool. There is Cafe/ bar w/ friendly prices:). We’re thinking to come back next year for two weeks!!! Thank you!

Family vacation

The condo is beautiful, has a good view of the ocean. The free beach chairs were amazing and came in handy. We couldn’t get the WiFi to work, but it was okay because we spent more time as a family. Owners were easy to get in touch with. Highly recommend staying in this unit. Had everything we needed. Thanks for allowing us to rent your unit.

Amazing location, view, and amenities- all for a great price!!

Our time at Regency Towers (specifically in #1315) was amazing and more than we even expected. Blaine was very responsive and professional. The condo was right on the beach, connected directly to two pools (one heated and one not) and access to a hot tub. There's an amazing, cheap little food shop in between the pools and the entire place was conveniently located to the city. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay and will definitely come again. Thank you Blaine for a great trip!!

Wonderful view from the condo

We have stayed here for a couple of years now. Love the condo and the amenities especially Bikni Bobs. Only thing I had a problem with was the floors could have been a lot cleaner.

Okay place to stay

The furniture was so outdated and very dirty. I kept sheets on where we sat. Items in kitchen were all put away dirty in cabinets. We used our paper plates and cup. Bed sheets did not fit mattresses. The corners popped off. One set had blood stain on the pillowcase.The worst thing was the air conditioner..rattles all night long. We never slept well. Someone messed with connection on TV...so Netflix cut out constantly. The towels and wash cloths were thread bare...holes and raveling. To be honest, they looked worse then my rags look at home that I clean with. Blaine was nice chatting with. Maybe they should visit the condo. The cleaning person did not do a good job either.

We Loved our stay in condo 1315 at Regency Towers!!! The condo was so nice and very comfortable!!❤️

We have stayed at the Regency Towers several times and we have enjoyed it everytime! We will be staying with them again and again and hopefully we will be staying in the Natalie Pitchford condo if they will have us!! Super nice condo and super sweet people! We went through Blaine Pitchford when we stayed this last time and he was as nice as he could have possible been!! Anyone wanting to vacation in Panama City Beach should definitely contact the Pitchford’s for a great stay and a great vacation!!!

Amazing Again

This was our 2nd time renting unit 1315 from Blaine and Natalie Pitchford. We loved our stay again this year. From the room to the view it is all so amazing. We enjoyed our beach chairs and having a snack at Bikini Bobs. Another great thing about Regency Towers is the gated parking. It gives you that extra security. Can't wait to come back.

Very Relaxing Stay

We had a great stay in PCB. The condo is very nice with great views of the gulf. The space is good too. Owners are very responsive to any questions or concerns. The beds are nice and comfortable and the kitchen has everything we needed. We look forward to coming back again.

The view was everything!

From the time we stepped through the door, we knew this is the place we have to come back to. The view was magnificent! The accommodations inside were really first class. The furniture was really comfortable. The place was very clean and neat. We WILL be back!

Regency Towers met all our expections.

We were delighted with the accomodations in the condo and the wonderful view of the beach and ocean. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed for coffee lovers like us. We really loved Bikini Bob's and visited them often. We were near everything we needed and getting around was a breeze. Knowing that the property was gated and watched by a security guard made us feel safe and secure. We would highly recommend Regency Towers to friends and family and hope to vacation there again.

We grew up on Panama City Beach and Regency Towers is a family favorite because of the great amenities, family-friendly atmosphere, well kept property, spacious rooms and beautiful beach. When we found this unit we knew instantly it was for us. We want our guests to have a comfortable stay and wonderful vacation!
