One of Our Best Stays in Paris.
A lovely welcome makes all the difference. The ground floor apartment has everything we needed. A spacious lounge room with dining table. Books and music, enough for many weeks of listening and reading. It's a great base for exploring Paris, at the edge of Zone 1, with easy access to all the sights. Alternatively you can sample the markets and the nearby shops, so that you don't need to go anywhere. When we did want to explore, we preferred Porte Saint Cloud as our metro station, since Avenue de Versailles has more great alternatives for supplies. The house is well equipped, with all the appliances as advertised, including fast internet. The main bedroom has a double bed, with a single bed in the second bedroom. There are radiators in each room, so it is warm and comfortable, even in mid winter. A great place to stay. Thoroughly recommended for couples.

L'appartement en lui même hyper joli, très belle déco et très propre. La maison est calme et possède un petit jardin de devant, un atout rare à Paris. Metro et plusieurs lignes de bus à proximité, ainsi que le marché Point du Jour.Nous pouvons recommander sans réserve.

Perfect!
We were looking for somewhere quiet, comfortable, and safe. This stay was PERFECT! We took taxis/bolts to most places. Inexpensive and easy. There’s a pharmacy around the corner. Restaurants and a small grocery in the same block. The beds and linens smelled so nice. I used the washing Machine and it worked well. Very nice kitchen. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the apartment, easy walks to many places. Make sure to go to isle of swans and eat at La Cantina. I’d definitely stay here again!

Quiet location
We throughly enjoyed our stay. It was located close to Metro stops, bakeries, restaurants and market within a half block away and the check in process was seamless. Monique's communication throughout the process was appreciated.

We had a great stay. Nice area of the city. Our host spoke only French so that was a struggle. An alarm was set for the middle of the night in a locked area which was frustrating.

Lovely apartment in a cute area of town!
My mom and I went to Paris for the first time and we are so grateful we found this little oasis of an apartment. We stayed 9 days! There’s a bakery, grocery, and restaurant steps away from the apartment. We loved all the security features of two women alone in Paris and allowed us to feel very comfortable, plus the neighborhood is quiet and safe with very little traffic. Close to all the transportation stops! Just be aware that it will take ~30 minutes to get to many of the central Paris things by public transit, which we didn’t mind at all, especially taking a bus into town as a free site seeing tour of the city. Also try the Asian restaurant down the street called Le Palais du Bonheur! The owner is amazing and gave us so many helpful tips plus the food is delicious, so much so we ate there three times! Two important notes: (1) Maria is VERY nice but doesn’t speak English so when you’re doing the check in process she’ll show you everything but you kind of have to infer from her hand gestures. (2) the breaker box is in the top cabinet by the front door in case you accidentally trip something like we did by plugging in a heating pad to our converter. It was easy to switch back on after we finally found it.

PerfectParis Getaway for Families
This ground floor flat is charming and immaculate, with every amenity for a lovely stay. The host was clear and helpful via VRBO messages, and our onsite contact Maria was outstanding. Our teenagers love not having to share a room with their parents; we all love having a well-equipped kitchen for late night meals. We were even grateful to be in the quiet and friendly 16th arondissment. Nothing we wanted to see was more than 30-45 on the minutes away on the Metro or RER (stops so close!). Lots of food stores and food restaurants right there, plus easy walking distance to rental car and the PSG stadium.

Super Lage!
Alles so wie beschrieben und prima mit Bus und U-Bahn zu erreichen. Man kann auch direkt an der Seine zum Eifelturm laufen. Ringsherum viele kleine Geschäfte und Restaurants. Sonntag, Dienstag und Donnerstag ist Markt! Die französischen Erdbeeren waren sehr lecker.

Leben in Paris
Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen und bietet wirklich alles was man braucht. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, was bei dem schönen Markt um die Ecke von Vorteil ist. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind gut zu erreichen. Das Parkhaus des Krankenhauses Sainte - Perine bietet relativ günstige Parkplätze zu mieten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Great stay
Where to start!! To begin with Monique was very responsive from the moment we booked the apartment. On arrival, Maria, her point person at the apartment was very helpful and got the 4 of us (two 80+ grandparents and two 16 year old granddaughters) of on the right foot. Location was terrific, suggestion to use the bus service also terrific, recommendation to eat at La Cantina, information book, etc, etc. all wonderful. In a nutshell, we would stay here again. Good Choice
The Accomodation is situated in a quiet small road. It is possible to open the windows during the night to cool the temperatures down without any safty risks. No noise during the night. Excellent shopping opportunities for the dayly needs. The flat has a kitchen which contains everything you could need for possibly cooking dinner for yorself or the family. Mewtro station only away a five minutes walk.

Five Stars!
The flat was perfect for us. I was traveling with my daughter and 2 other adults. Monique and Maria made everything so easy. We were able to go straight to the apartment from the airport even though it was an early morning arrival. Maria showed us all the things we needed to know about the appliances and where everything was located. There was a binder with other important information. The location is near 2 metro stations and there's a small grocery store just up the block. We really enjoyed eating at Sapore on the corner. There were some days with curfews due to some unrest in the area. Monique made sure to let us know what was happening. We always felt safe. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Paris. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Live like a local at 89 Rue Bouleau
Highly recommend this apartment. The host was so helpful and flexible. We stayed 21 days and chose to live like a local. It was just the two of us 69 and 71and we had a lovely time even though the weather was very cold and rainy at times the apartment was warm and cozy. The photos of the kitchen do not do it justice. It is much larger and so very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Dishwasher, washer/dryer a bit challenging for non Europeans but we figured it out. Shower had great pressure and nice to have separate toilet room. And the restaurants nearby were amazing. Up the street an Italian up the street was one of our favorites, the bear had one of the best burgers ever and so many more too many to list. Every Tuesday Thursday and Sunday crazy big farmer's market. Neighborhood was so nice and friendly bakery steps away fresh croissants every day. All in all a great stay and highly recommend. The only thing I would add is that the second bedroom only has one actual twin bed but there is a single mattress that would have to be on the floor. For older folks that could be a challenge getting off the floor but for kids and young people not problem. And the actual beds were very comfortable and lots of storage in the closet and shelves. I would go back anytime. Thanks for a great time.

Great stay!
We loved our stay here. The apartment is very quiet, clean, and equipped with everything you might need. The Metro is only about an 8 minute walk and the bus stop is right around the corner. We took the bus in the mornings to the museums and it was a short, easy ride where you got to see the scenery and Paris. We used Uber to get to the airport for our departure. They came right to the door and delivered us to our departure terminal for 53 Euros.

nette Wohnung in guter Lage
Mit Bus und Ubahn sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in Paris gut zu erreichen. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, Wohnzimmer, Küche und 2 Schlafzimmer waren für uns bestens geeignet, uns nach Besichtigungstouren zu erholen. 3x in der Woche ein netter kleiner Flohmarkt um die Ecke, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind prima.

A Charming Property in a quiet district of Paris
The check in process worked very well and we were greeted by the property owner's representative who was very helpful. The apartment itself is situated in a quiet neighbourhood to the west of Paris .Transport links are excellent with the Metro, Tram and Bus services close by within walking distance. A taxi from Orly airport takes about 30/35 mins and costs 37euros. The apartment is delightfully furnished, very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen is very well equipped and there are several very good bakeries and supermarkets nearby. Auteuil itself is a fascinating area with a rich history and some fabulous architecture. One can easily become a "Parisien" while staying at this property and perhaps dream of living in the city permanently. We will certainly be staying here again. Many Thanks Monique for making the property available and being such an excellent host!

Mehr als zufrieden!
Appartement hat den Erwartungen voll und ganz entsprochen und war genau für unsere Bedürfnisse passend. Toll der Markt ums Eck. Auch Bäcker und Supermarkt sind ganz in der Nähe. Metro und Bus nur einige Gehminuten entfernt. Ganz tolle Betreuung von der Vermieterin - Danke! Würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
