L'appartamento è dotato di capportto termico, fresco e ventilato anche nelle giornate di caldo torrido, presenta 2 camere, tinello bagno e cucina. Distante circa 400 metri dal mare ai confini con Ortona. La "Costa dei Trabocchi" é raggiungibile con pochi minuti di macchina e per i più audaci anche in Bici. Il parco nazionale della Majella ad 1 ora di macchina, 15 min dal campo da golf e pochi minuti dai caratteristici borghi abruzzesi. L'appartamento è ben posizionato per apprezzare tutte le bellezze della regione abruzzo.

Casa spaziosa, fresca e proprietari gentili e disponibili

La casa è pulita, con camere spaziose, conforme alle descrizioni, i proprietari sempre a disposizione e gentili. Ci sono sia spaggia libera che attrezzata nelle vicinanze (5-10 minuti a piedi), attenzione però a un paio di brevi passaggi con marciapiedi piuttosto stretti che potrebbero mettere in difficoltà chi porta un bimbo piccolo col passeggino (noi l'abbiamo comunque fatto senza problemi, basta prestare un po di attenzione). Ci sono vari piccoli negozi nelle vicinanze, se si vuole qualcosa di più grande c'è la Conad a 1.5 km. Vicino alla spiaggia è anche presente un negozio che affitta biciclette. Per le uscite serali è quasi d'obbligo usare l'automobile, nel raggio di 30 minuti in auto ci sono tanti borghi storici da visitare, nonchè il centro di Pescara, ricco di negozi e ristoranti.

Große Ferienwohnung

Toller Urlaub! Der Gastgeber war sehr freundliche und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war sauber und so wie in der Beschreibung mit allem ausgestattet. Auch der Ort ist toll! Sauberer Strand fast täglich waren Veranstaltungen. Es wurde nie langweilig. In der Wohnung war kühl, obwohl drausen Hitze, Richtung Pescara viele Geschäfte, auch große neu LIDL. Immer wieder gern und nur weiter zu empfehlen.

Casa con camere spaziose. Proprietario gentile e simpatico

Ottima la posizione, camere spaziose e ben fornita da negozietti per acquistare cibo e bevande. Consiglio il panificio praticamente davanti casa e riempire le bottiglie di acqua al distributore a pochi metri a 5 cent al litro (naturale o frizzante)

Ferienwohnung nahe am Sandstrand

Sauber, zweckmässig, in Gehdistanz zum Sandstrand (freier Strand und privater Strand mit Mietmöglichkeiten (Schirm, Liegestuhl), in der Nähe einiger guter Restaurants und kleinerer Läden. Direkt an der Hauptstrasse, etwas schlichter Aussenbereich. Zuvorkommender, netter Vermieter.

Ottima casa vacanza!!!!

Casa "la Fragola" è un appartamento molto carino e accogliente a Francavilla al mare. Adatto sia per una vacanza relax in famiglia che per giovani. L'appartamento è vicino alla spiaggia e il centro è facilmente raggiungibile. Le camere sono tre, due matrimoniali e una con due letti singoli, il bagno e' dotato di doccia e c'è la lavatrice, molto pulito e ordinato( lenzuola e asciugamani inclusi). Se fuori la temperatura è alta all'interno si sta divinamente freschi. C'è anche un piccolo dehors con tavolo e ombrellone per mangiare molto carino e tranquillo e Ben due posti auto all'interno del cortile con entrata privata. I padroni di casa sono disponibili e riservati. Panetterie, pizzeria, bar e tabacchi sono vicini a casa. Insomma se ne avremo la possibilità ci torneremo sicuramente!

We( 4 vrouwen)hebben gelo...

We( 4 vrouwen)hebben gelogeerd in een heel prettig huis met veel, ruime slaapkamers. Buiten is klein, maar op 5 minuten lopen heb je het strand. Aan de overkant si de bakker en in de straat is ook een supermarkt.Het huis ligt aan een drukke straat, dus oordopjes zijn wel belangrijk. Ook rijdt de trein langs het strand en daar heeft de hele stad geluidsoverlast van. Toch vonden we het prettig huis, eigenaar is erg behulpzaam en probeert je verblijf goed te laten verlopen. Een auto is handig om de omgeving te bekijken.

"Accoglienza molto calorosa dei proprietari. La casa si presenta molto spaziosa e fresca, nonostante il caldo torrido. L''appartamento è veramente a due passi dal mare, le spiagge sono bianche e l''acqua pulita. Molto interessante anche la visita ai vari paesini dell''entroterra. Ideale per famiglie con bambini al seguito."
