Fantastica esperienza a Villa Limoni
Eravamo un gruppo di 9 ragazzi universitari e abbiamo deciso di prenotare questa Villa Limoni. Il proprietario Orazio, cordiale e gentilissimo è stato disponibile sin da subito e ci ha fornito assistenza a partire dalle pratiche di prenotazione fino alla fine del soggiorno. La villa ci è stata presentata in ottime condizioni, pulita, accogliente e abbastanza grande per 9 persone, inoltre è situata in una posizione strategica ovvero poco distante dal mare e vicino al centro del paese. Molto bello lo spazio esterno che offre la villa, con la possibilità di fare la doccia, mangiare e godersi la vista sul monte Monaco. All'interno sono presenti climatizzatori in tutti e due i piani, la cucina è ben fornita di utensili vari, stessa cosa per i due bagni interni. Abbiamo trascorso un ottima vacanza e ci sentiamo di consigliare questa Villa Limoni ai futuri viaggiatori.

Sehr schöne Villa, Strand und Zentrum gut zu Fuss erreichbar
Wir waren eine 3-Generationen-Familie (14 bis 86 Jahre) und alle haben den Urlaub sehr genossen! Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und bietet mit seinem tollen Garten und der Loggia viel Raum zum Erholen, Grillieren... :) Der Ausblick auf Monte Monaco ist fantastisch! Strand, Bäckereien, Salumeria und Dorfzentrum sind gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Orazio ist sehr freundlich und äusserst hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Grazie mille Orazio!

Buongiorno, la posizione della casa devo dire che non era proprio come descritto dato che c’erano più di 150mt in più e con tanto di salita... pulizia della casa molto discreta, servizio ritiro spazzature devo dire molto scarso... per essere una casa che ospita 10 pag qualche sedia e tavolo in più poteva essere messo.... le porte del bagno non si chiudevano ... San Vito resta sempre la più bella

Villa Limone
Orazio is a lovely man, very helpful. There were a couple of problems however. One of the Gas rings was faulty and could not be used. The piezo electric starter was also faulty, once pressed it would not stop. The waste pipe from the sink came adrift and caused a minor flood. In strong wind some of the shutters banged and could not be fastened back as the fastening device was inoperative. We had to buy a sharp knife as none was provided, nor were egg cups and, most important for English visitors, a kettle. Boiling water in a pan was something of a nuisance. Despite these minor criticisms we had a lovely time.

Urlaubszeitraum: April 2019 Lage der Unterkunft wie im Titel. Toller Blick auf Monte Monaco. Toller Garten mit Grillmöglichkeit. Inventar war komplett, lediglich ein paar Schüsseln für Müsli und Co. wären prima gewesen. Hatten aufgrund mangelnder Versorgung durch Stadt San Vito für eine Stunde kein Wasser. Der Vermieter hat umgehend Wassertank befüllen lassen. Tankwagen war bereits nach 15min. da. Daher auch sehr guter Kontakt zu Vermieter!

Accoglienza e comodità
Ancora una volta San Vito e ancora una volta ci affidiamo all'ospitalità della sua gente: senza sbagliare! L'accoglienza di Orazio non lascia indifferente per la sua capacità di introdurci in casa sua facendola sentire come fosse sempre stata casa nostra. E la reazione è di immediata empatia, sia per la presentazione sia per la struttura della casa dove ogni uno di noi otto nuovi abitanti ha subito trovato il suo spazio. La casa ha un bel salone conviviale, stanze e bagni per tutti, ma il valore aggiunto lo dà lo spazio esterno: colazioni e cene all'aperto sotto una bellissima veranda con vista sul monte monaco e un giardino con dei limoni da invidia. La riuscita della nostra vacanza è anche dovuta alla perfetta location che ci è calzata come un guanto.

Ottima posizione, bellissimo giardino
Bella esperienza a Villa Limoni. La posizione della villa è sicuramente ottima a pochi passi dal centro e dal mare. Un bel giardino vi consentirà di godere degli ultimi raggi di sole magari dopo una doccia all'esterno (ovviamente è disponibile anche all'interno). Possibilità di grigliate in spazio apposito (questo perfettibile). Climatizzazione ottima sui due livelli. Sistemazione non di lusso ma con tutti i comfort. Qualche dettaglio da rivedere ma ci tornerei volentieri.

Ottima e piacevole vacanza in uno dei luoghi più suggestivi della costa trapanese
Con moglie e due figli grandi abbiamo soggiornato una settimana all'inizio di settembre. Il giudizio non può che essere ottimo in quanto la villa ha grandi spazi (adatta anche a due famiglie con figli) ed è in una posizione molto tranquilla con la spiaggia facilmente raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. L'intrigante descrizione presente nel sito corrisponde pienamente alla realtà. Il proprietario Orazio è stato molto accogliente e disponibile e ci ha fornito utili e preziosi consigli per visitare al meglio l'imperdibile Riserva dello Zingaro, il caratteristico borgo di Erice e l'affascinante e sorprendente Trapani by night. Abbiamo così potuto apprezzare luoghi, odori e sapori di questa incantevole parte di Sicilia. Vivamente consigliabile.

Schönes Haus, toller Urlaub
Das Haus war schön, der Garten groß. Zu dem wunderschönen Sandstrand ist man etwa 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß unterwegs. Sehr nette Vermieter!!! Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa bella casa,lontana dal caos di San Vito,ma con la spiaggia facilmente raggiungibile a piedi.Anche se eravamo un gruppo numeroso ,5 adulti e 5 ragazzi, siamo riusciti ad avere spazi sia interni che esterni per tutti. Pranzare o cenare sul terrazzo con il profumo di limoni e impagabile.....Da non dimenticare la gentilezza e la cortesia del proprietario,il Signor Orazio che ha cercato di soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza.

giorni splendidi
Anche per quest'anno abbiamo soggiornato alla villa dei limoni (6 adulti e 4 bambini). Che dire? Ottimo, spazi, silenzio e profumo d'agrumi da gustare cenando in veranda, con la luna che fa capolino, mentre i bimbi giocano sereni nell'ampio giardino. Ci sentiamo sempre a casa. Grazie Orazio!

Abbiamo soggiornato alla villetta dei limoni dal 23 giugno al 7 luglio 2015, un gruppo di 10 persone, sei adulti e quattro bambini. Posizione davvero ottima, in dieci minuti di cammino si arriva alla spiaggia e al centro di San Vito. Abitazione pulita e comoda, con massima vivibilità (con ben 4 bambini dai 5 ai 7 anni) esterna, grazie alla veranda e a giardino. Comode le camere e i servizi. Molto gentile e disponibile il proprietario. Vacanza indimenticabile....

La villetta è confortevole e spaziosa. Adatta anche per un gruppo numeroso di persone come il nostro. Collocata in un bel quartiere residenziale tranquillo, vicino al centro e alla spiaggia, entrambi raggiungibili a piedi. Gli spazi esterni sono piacevoli per trascorrere tempo libero e cebare. Grande comodità le docce esterne. Consigliatissima.

Il soggiorno presso villetta dei limoni è stato piacevole e la casa è stata confortevole per un gruppo numeroso come il nostro. La casa è collocata in una zona residenziale molto tranquilla e non lontana dal centro e dal mare, entrambi facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Sono gradevoli e ampi gli spazi esterni della villetta, utili per cenare e trascorrere momenti di relax. Consigliatissima.

Ottima posizione - ideale fino a 2 famiglie
La Villetta dei Limoni è in una zona molto tranquilla ma comunque a poche centinaia di metri dal centro e dalla spiaggia. Siamo stati una settimana: 4 adulti, 2 bambini di 4 anni e un infante. I doppi servizi sono decisamente un bonus come lo sono i meravigliosi limoni che abbiam trasformato in sorbetti deliziosi per grandi e piccoli. Il proprietario è estremamente disponibile e gentile.
