L'appartement est très bien situé. Nous étions 12 pax dont 4 enfants. Tout est à proximité (commerces, billetterie pass, ski au pied). Le séjour était parfait.La propriétaire reste disponible. Attention, prévoir la literie ou demander la literie (à louer).
Appartement bien équipé, proche des pistes et propriétaire a l’écoute.

Appartement les cimes de caron
Dans l'ensemble, bon séjour seulement état de propreté de l'appartement inacceptable, du sang sur les murs, de l'urine dans les toilettes, des odeurs d'égout dans les chambres avec salle de bain. Et j'en passe...
Nous avions payer pour ne pas faire le ménage..... tout compte fait nous avons passé 2h à tout laver, avec achat de produit d'entretien, l'aspirateur était plein et bouché. Après contact avec la propriétaire, elle est désolé de la situation et nous a remboursé les frais de nettoyage, j'espère que cette situation n'est pas répèté toute les semaines en attente de quelqu'un qui ne dise rien......
La localisation de la residence est top, tres proche des commerce; mais surtout depart ski aux pieds et arrivé d’une remonté mecanique a 50m donc faire mieu serais difficile. Le logement etait conforme a la description (et nous avons trouvé que c’etait mieu en vrais que sur les photos). En gros entre le logement, sa localisation et la facilité pour la procédure arrivé/départ c’est tres bien. Les 3 casier a ski sont super. Merci encore nous avons passé un super séjour.
Dans l’ensemble l’appartement est fonctionnel !
Un peu petit pour plus de 10 adultes.
L’accès au piste de la résidence et parfaite!
Les casiers sont petits pour mettre tout le matériels !
A part ça nous avons passés un très bon séjour je recommande!
Nous étions 11 et nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans cet appartement. Les pièces sont certes petites mais bien agencées et équipées (placards, nombreuses douches et WC).
Communication simple avec la gérante par téléphone ou par mail.
L'emplacement par rapport au domaines skiable est très bon (ski au pied pour accéder aux pistes et retour soit par piste bleu, soit par télécabine Cairn). L'accès à l'ESF est rapide car en descente ski aux pieds. Le retour de l'ESF en fin de journée est plus compliqué mais possibilité de prendre la navette assez proche des cours après une montée à faire à pieds.
Nous recommandons l'appartement.

Erster Aufenthalt hier, eine Woche mit 10 Personen
Wir waren zu zehnt in der Wohnung, wenn man die wirklich mit 14 Personen belegt, ist das unserer Meinung nach viel zu klein, auch sind die Stockbettzimmer bei einer Belegung zu dritt viel zu eng und nicht auszuhalten!
Von den 10 Personen hatten 6 Personen kein Fenster im Zimmer, was bei einer Woche Aufenthalt unerträglich ist!
Was nicht so toll war, hier kurz aufgelistet:
-- nicht sauber beim Einzug
-- es stank nach Erbrochenem im Flur und in einem
Zimmer
-- warmes Wasser zum Duschen ging immer aus
-- 2 Doppelzimmer ohne Fenster, nicht aktzeptabel
-- 2 Stockbettzimmer mit 3 er Bett viel zu klein und auch
ohne Fenster
Nun zuletzt noch das Gute an der Wohnung, die Lage und die Aussicht der Wohnung sind toll. Die Schlüsselübergabe und ein/auschecken war problemlos.
Was nicht nachvollziehbar ist, dass man eine Scheck für die Kaution hinterlegen muss, und dies nicht mit Kreditkarte geht, wie es ja sonst üblich ist.
The apartment is well positioned just opposite the bus terminus and entry to the commercial area. To access the piste exit the apartment turn left and in about 100m you can access a blue piste that leads quickly to the main green run on the front of the resort. For the ski schools its a two minute walk to the right down hill.
There were 11 of us in the apartment which felt about right. There are 14 beds but two of the rooms are very small with triple bunks. But it can be done at 14. The downside of the numerous bedrooms is a smaller communal area but its exactly as you see in the photos and we made it work for us.
The price was competitive if not slightly cheaper than other apartments on offer.
Key collection was easy from the owners daughter in law at a nearby shop. As was organising the linen hire.
There was plenty of utensils etc to cook for our group in the apartment.
We did have an issue when leaving. I received an email saying we had left the apartment dirty and it was unacceptable. We paid an extra 160 euros for end of stay clean. We emptied the bins and stripped the beds as requested. I wiped down all the kitchen surfaces and set the dishwasher away. The only thing we left was a pan with hot water in to loosen some food which try as I might I couldnt get clean with what I had and due to a very early departure couldnt sort out before we left.
The email also said that we had left with the keys and broken the lockbox on the front door. The last thing we did was place two sets of keys into the lockbox as we left. Its a solid piece of metal with 4 number dials. You would need a hammer to break it. The keys also fit the ski lockers and front door. So I was asked for 450 euros to sort it out.
I explained that the apartment was as would be expected with 11 people living in it for a week and that I had paid the final clean. Plus that we hadnt broken the lock box and the keys were there.
I didnt get a reply so im hoping all was remedied and there was some sort of communication breakdown with the cleaning staff. I can only read the owners review of me as a guest if I complete this review so we will see. I hope this comes across as a balanced review and the issues on leaving were sorted. I had to leave a cheque for the security deposit. This is an out dated system and my cheque book was ancient (2003). Ive no idea yet wether its been cashed or I need to sort this further. Im hoping that since no further emails in the last 3 weeks mean everything is??

Dated. Small and not clean
This is the second time I have stayed in the apartment and in my opinion it needs some modernisation. There is not enough hot water for the number of people. We only had 7 and ran out every night. The location in town is good but still a walk to the slopes. Out of the 6 bedrooms only 2 have windows or fresh air. The two ensuite shower rooms are vented via the toilets! None of the televisions in the rooms worked but the lounge television did. It suites a group of lads but would not recommend it for couples or families.
