Very pleasant accommodation...

The apartment is situated at the centre of almost everything needed. A supermarket is at walking distance and the busy promenade makes this apartment a very convenient place to stay. The accomodation is very clean and is equiped with everything to make the stay comfortable and homely. I strongly recommend it. The Owner has been very welcoming and made us feel at ease. It has sea view and a swimming although it is communal. An absolute 5*!

Un logement très agréable

L'appartement est situé au centre de presque tout nécessaire. Un supermarché se trouve à proche distance de la promenade animée font de cet appartement un lieu de séjour très commode. Le logement est très propre et est équipée avec tout pour rendre le séjour confortable et accueillant . Je le recommande. Le propriétaire a été très accueillant et nous nous sommes sentis à l'aise. L'appartement a une vue sur la mer et une piscine. Une absolue 5 *! Merci pour tout...

Prestation non conforme à l'annonce

Nous étions enchanté de revenir dans cet hôtel à Sousse mais quelle fut notre surprise quand nous sommes arrivés... Pas de piscine, elle était vide et en "travaux", la plage difficile d'accès car en travaux aussi (dangereux pour notre fille de 2 ans), le bar de plage à moitié démonté car lui aussi en "travaux". L'appartement en revanche était tout à fait conforme à l'annonce. Je met une étoile car le propriétaire ne prend pas la peine de répondre à nos demandes par mails pour lui faire part de cela alors que nous avions versé 50% de la location avant de prendre l'avion. Le propriétaire ne nous a évidemment pas prévenu de ces travaux. A éviter.

MERVEILLEUX SEJOUR

Magnifique séjour, tout était parfait: appartement nickel conforme aux photos, une superbe vue donnant sur la mer et un accueil chalereux de la part du propriétaire. De plus la résidence est situé dans un quartier calme à proximité du port el Kantaoui et du centre ville de Sousse. Toutes les conditions étaient réunies pour passer d'agréables vacances. je conseille donc cet appartement et j'y retournerai sans hésiter. ps: encore merci au propriétaire pour sa disponibilité et son accueil. Fabulous apartment

I can highly recommend this apartment, I was here for a week at the end of April, and found no fault with the apartment at all, it was very nicely decorated, very clean, had all modern utilities and was a home from home. Booking procedure was very easy and I was met at the apartment on the day of arrival and shown round by a lovely gentleman. If you are looking for a central base, close to the beach and a very comfortable apartment, this is the one for you.

Bonjour tout le monde Nous etions tres satisfait de notre séjour , l accueil était chaleureux de la part de monsieur Mahmoud le papa de Walid (le propriétaire) qui était très gentil est disponible. L'appartement est moderne et on se sentaient très à l'aise. Comme nous étions avec des enfants donc c était idéal pour nous d avoir la piscine dans la résidence et à côté la plage privée. Une bonne ambiance avec des gens super sympa . Je recommande vivement de prendre cette annonce vous ne le regretterez pas. Mes amitiés Nassima

PARFAITE

Très belle appartement, aux trait moderne, bien équipé, propre, est très bien situé, le descriptif y est, très proche de Kantaoui 4mn en voiture, 10mn pour souk de la medina de sousse, avec une super grande piscine, et surtout la présence de Monsieur Mahmoud le papa du proprio qui nous a bien orienté et accueilli a notre arrivé. "This apartment was amazi...

"This apartment was amazing had everything you needed, perfectly decorated and perfect furniture. The view from the balcony was amazing seeing the sea especially in the morning. There is no noise around as the building is protected by security day and night. I will definitely stay in this apartment again definitely rate this apartment 5********. The owner was very nice and even let my friend from Tunisia meet his father to sign the contractor and pay a deposit for us as we left it short notice to find somewhere to stay. :-) :-) :-) :-) :-)"

Très beau appartement les...

Très beau appartement les photos son identique à ce que vous trouverez sur place deux point négative trouver la résidence à été un peu compliqué mais le papa de Walid disponible au telephonne pour vous aidez le seul point négative le soir des enfants crie en bas de la résidence mais vous n entendez rien une fois dans l appartement uniquement sur le balcon sinon la résidence et garde vous avec un mono prix à 150 mètres et l appartement et magnifique merci à Walid et à son père
