Beautiful ocean front condo with amazing views of the ocean and dunes. This unit is up one flight of stairs and is the first floor above parking, which makes it easy to navigate to and from the beach. The beach access is just steps away. Views from living room, kitchen and dining area are all breathtaking. Enjoy the fresh ocean breeze from the ocean-side deck. The unit has two bedrooms and two full baths and can sleep four people. The master has a king bed, bedroom 2 has two twins, and there is a sleeper sofa. In addition to the one parking place under this building, this unit has a second parking place available in the lot just across the street. Freshly painted, and tastefully decorated, you will find this beach front oasis the perfect place to relax and enjoy your vacation.

Found Bigfoot at Carolina Beach

I stayed in a first floor condo and the family above was extremely loud just walking around. It’s an older unit that doesn’t appear to have any soundproofing between floors. Also since it was extremely windy, the entire unit rocked and swayed. The hangers in the closet banged together from the movement of the condo. The air conditioner or thermostat was not working so got extremely warm the last night. I won’t book this condo again.

Great Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived an hour prior to check-in time and were told it wasn’t ready, but they would contact us when it was. Four hours after check-in time, we hadn’t heard anything and the office was closed. Fortunately, we had the keys! We went to check on our condo, and it was ready. There was no hot water in the second bedroom. Otherwise, it was comfortable and nicely appointed. Great view and location!

Honeymoon

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at the Beach Front Oasis for two weeks in July. We were very happy with the property and the management staff. Our only complaints are: Trash can/dumpster situation was slightly unclear. We ended up using the dumpster that was across the street- but we would have liked to know if there was a closer option that we could have used. This was very, very minor. Our only other issue was the internet connection. The WiFi network provided had "out of range" error which forced us to try to connect to other networks. Most were secured, and the unsecured had very poor signal strength. We spoke to management about the issue, and were told that they were not sure what the problem was, but that it could be related to a storm that had recently came through the area. They suggested we contact Charter ourselves. I didn't feel that this was an appropriate solution as I was not the account holder, and I was on my honeymoon! Who wants to get stuck on the phone with technical support on their vacation??? We felt that the management should have resolved this issue for us, as internet service was promised for this property. Besides these two small details, we were very pleased. We will strongly consider staying at this property again next summer.

This is the perfect getaway for a small family to have everything you need and be right on the beach! We loved it! Walked to the beach every morning...and we could run back to our place easily, for anything we needed. Even my youngest could walk back on his own to get snacks/water.

Not What It Used to Be

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented this condo for the fourth time this year but to be honest, it just wasn't what it used to be. The location is still the same but the addition to laminate flooring made for an awful week as we had children and late-nighters staying above us. It was 2am one morning when the children finally stopped running from one end of the condo to the other. We contemplated calling to complain but we all know how that usually works out- things get wayyyyy worse. the linens were not on the beds when we arrived, which is understandable with COVID19 but the fact that they had us only strip our sheets and not the quilts, bedspreads, or pillow shams unnerved me 100%. I seriously doubt we will pay these rates for subpar accommodations ever again.

Beachfront Oasis Nightmare

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Heavy construction next door from day one. Sent photos and discussed with MaryEllen she did not provide a solution and just told me to call non emergency police line if the noise continued. In my opinion it was very unprofessional and horrible customer service. The other issue was we were given 48hrs to vacate property due to town ordinance of discontinued short term rentals. We are still owed $80 cleaning fee as this was negotiated on conditions we were renting extra week in April. I have emails from Helen explaining this was to be charged because owners were planning to come first week in April. And since they extended our lease for April 1-7 we were to pay $80 cleaning fee that "they initially paid". NOW since we were given 48hrs to leave this $80 does not imply. I have emailed Ian several times and he keeps telling me the owners have not gotten back to him? I have filed a complaint with BBB and will take other measures if I keep getting the runaround.

Cute 1st floor condo

We enjoyed the condo. It’s a good value for the location. Bathroom layouts were a little odd. The master is at the front of the condo facing the street, so road noise is a little loud. The living room faces the ocean with the best view. The condo had a few items stocked that made it easy to just unpack and get necessities later, (salt & pepper, dish soap, detergent, toilet paper and paper towels).

Always enjoy Beachfront Oasis

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our fourth time vacationing at the Beachfront Oasis. It is a perfect way to relax and enjoy your family. Everyone can go at their own pace and enjoy Pleasure Island. There was a maintenance issue one night around 9:30 and Intracoastal Rental personnel were immediately responsive. They corrected the problem the following morning and were completely professional and fixed the problem quickly. I have absolutely no complaints and we will be coming back to Carolina Beach again next year.

There was an issue with a leak coming from the unit above, and management took care of things quickly and without impacting our stay. My only complaint would be t g e parking situation. We had the worst of the assigned spots on that side of the building. My suster banged up her car a bit trying to maneuver her way out of it, so we ended up keeping bith cars across the street. That dud not really affect the quality of our stay, but if we rent from intracoastal again we would likely look for something eith a better parking arrangement

Not as happy this year with Beach Front Oasis

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had stayed last year in the same unit and enjoyed it more. We felt like for more money this year it was not as nice. The linens provided did not fit the beds right and kept coming off. Also there was some type of leak in the back bathroom because the floor in front of the bathroom was constantly damp and it smelled like mildew. When we called to complain/report it nothing was done. A neighbor was sent by the owner unannounced to look at it 2 times. Middle bathroom water did not get hot or took forever to get hot. Kitchen sink would not plug up to make dish water. The stopper provided is the wrong size/type. Also the temperature marker in the kitchen sink is backwards from what is indicated on the faucet. We also saw a huge cockroach in the back bedroom of all places! Yuck. Disappointed in many things this year. Not sure if we want to return.
