A few km away is the beach at Viareggio, the city of art of Pietrasanta, luxury shopping in Forte dei Marmi with its famous nightclubs, an immensity of restaurants, clubs, attractions.
The apartment is surrounded by nature, in the countryside, near the vegetable garden and the orchard. It enjoys a spectacular panorama of the Versilia and the Tyrrhenian Sea until you see the nearest islands. The beach is a 10 minute drive.
