Wunderschön und erholsam

Wir hatten wunderschöne und erholsame Tage in dieser tollen Unterkunft. Hier blieb kein Wunsch offen. Am ersten Abend haben wir von den Besitzern bei einem Glas Wein, einen tollen Einblick in die Umgebung bekommen. Sie hatten für uns viele Tipps und Ideen für Ausflüge . Der Pool ist ein Traum😍

Décor unique et bel accueil

Nous avons bien aimé notre séjour de 3 nuits. Confortable et bien situé pour visiter la région (Sète, Camargue, Montpellier). Les hôtes sont très sympathiques et le site extérieur (cour arrière) est magnifique (terrasse et piscine). Ne vous fiez surtout pas à la petite rue plutôt difficile d’accès. Une fois sur place vous serez bien heureux de votre choix.

Tolles Apartment mit schönem Pool

Wir hatten eine superschöne Zeit in Pignan. Die Ferienwohnung ist super gelegen, ein kleines ruhiges Dorf mit trotzdem guter Einkaufsmöglichkeit. Man ist schnell in Montpellier und an tollen Stränden ohne Hotelburgen. Der Salzwasserpool ist sehr schön und groß. Philippe und Anne sind super nett und immer hilfsbereit. Unsere Kleine wollte gar nicht nach Hause und spricht immer noch jeden Tag von dem tollen Urlaub. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Pour la 2ème fois c'est toujours une superbe location avec des hôtes adorable avec de bon conseil

Location propre , bien aménagée et équipée ( manque juste d'un four mais bon c'est pas grand chose ) , terrasse ensoleillé avec toujours un coin a l'ombre, la piscine bien entretenu dimension température juste parfait. Vraiment proche de Montpellier, la Grande-Motte, palavas et le capte d'agde Grandement recommandé en amis, couple ou famille

Ce studio mezzanine est aménagé avec goût et passion par Philippe et Isabelle, les agencements vous séduiront, surtout si vous êtes intéressés par le symbolisme. Les propriétaires sont charmants et attentionnés, à la fois discrets et accueillants.

Ein gemütliches Künstlerhaus

Wir haben dort 2 tolle Wochen verbracht. Die Besitzer waren unheimlich nett und haben uns eine Menge Tipps gegeben. Das Atelier ist ca. 20 min vom nächsten Strand entfernt, es ist dennoch eine tolle Lage, um von dort aus verschiedene Ausflüge vorzunehmen. Und wenn man mal ein Tag Ruhe haben will, kann man den Tag auch am Pool verbringen. Wir würden das Ferienhaus auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. :-) Danke für Alles!

Really nice holiday in Pignan !

We did have a very nice holiday in Pignan. We rent a studio from Philippe en Anne and is was a wonderful stay. The studio was well equipped, clean and we could also use the swimming pool. There was a lot of privacy and Philippe and Anne are very helpful and can be qualified as super host. If we return to that part of France again we would certainly rent the same house. To our hosts : Thank you very much !

Belle adresse - à retenir/revenir

Anne-Isabelle et Philippe sont des gens charmants, très accueillants et pleins de bons conseils. Le logement est confortable, bien équipé et avec une déco originale (c'est vrai que l'escalier est un peu raide !). Quel plaisir de prendre le petit déj dehors et de pouvoir se rafraichir dans la piscine après une journée de balades par 35°C à l'ombre ! Merci pour ce beau séjour.

A very charming holiday house

This vacation house was our home for 3 weeks and each day of it was just enjoyable. This spacious charming and artistic loft style studio has all amenities needed for the comfortable stay. In the mornings we just loved sitting and enjoying a cup of coffee in our cosy garden-terrace or having a dip in the refreshing swimming pool (filled with the seawater!). We could also make use of the barbeque - a big entertainment for my partner :). Special thanks for the super lovely hosts, who dedicated their spare time to provide us with a lot of good advice about the places of interest, stayed always available for any inquiry and at the same time were very respectful and discreet. Highly recommended!

Séjour parfait .

Philippe et Anne sont des hôtes bienveillants et chaleureux, sans chichis, "décontracts" et discrets. L'atelier studio est magnifique, fonctionnel (juste attention à l'escalier un peu raide/ enfants) et nous invite même à découvrir l'histoire de certaines abbayes ou cathédrales de la région et entrer dans l'univers créatif de Philippe.(A vous de chercher !).Piscine traitée au sel, très agréable après une journée de chaleur. Comme dans bcp de régions de France en été, le moustique tigre s'invite en fin de journée : vêtements longs et légers + lotion répulsive préconisés (cela marche parfaitement). Mon épouse, qui n'a pas voulu écouter mes conseils s'est retrouvée avec 70 piqûres en 7 jours, ce qui est pas mal du tout ! (nous en rigolons encore).En conclusion,un couple d'hôtes adorables (n'hésitez pas à leur demander des conseils touristiques) et un point de départ idéal pour parcourir la région sans stress. Merci à vous .

Très belle location dans un endroit charmant

Très beau duplex , bien décoré et bien meublé. Très propre et soigneux. L’accès à la piscine est top et la terrasse top également Les propriétaires sont très aimables etcétéra super accueillant. Nous avons pu nous baigner dans la piscine et profitez de la terrasse en toute tranquillité sans vis à vis. L’endroit est au calme et bien situé A mi chemin entre Sète et palavas les flots, le duplex est bien situé. Seul bémol mais on s’en accommode très vite : une petite armoire pour le rangement des courses serait top. On y reviendra avec grand plaisir Et encore merci pour les cadeaux pour les filles madame silvestre. On reviendra vous voir. Bisou

Vacances au soleil

Excellent séjour en famille au soleil. Le studio est parfaitement conforme aux photos et au descriptif. La piscine est super et est encadrée par un un superbe mur de verdure. La quartier est très calme et se trouve tout proche de Montpellier. Les propriétaires sont tout simplement charmants et discrets et sont un puits de science sur les découvertes alentours à faire. Schönes Domizil für eine vielfältigen Urlaub

Das "schwarzeHaus" ist perfekt um einen abwechslungsreichen Urlaub in dieser wunderschönen Kulturlandschaft zu verbringen. Die Lage ist hervorragend in 15 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto am Meer oder in Montpellier. Die Cevennen mit vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten sind auch nur 20 min entfernt. Auch die nähere Umgebung mit Weinbergen und alten Klöstern ist sehr reizvoll. Das Haus ist eher als Loft zu bezeichnen. Es gibt einiges in diesem Haus zu entdecken, wenn man sich für Architektur interessiert. Die Vermieter wohnen nebenan und sind sehr nette hilfsbereite Menschen für alle Lebenslagen. Man sofort das Gefühl, bei Freunden zu Besuch zu sein. Im Haus ist eine obere Etage mit einem Doppelbett und weiteren Schlafmöglichkeiten unten. Die Terasse ist ohne Einblick und im Sommer gut beschattet. Der Pool ist nur ein paar Schritte weiter und angenehm groß. Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder unsere Ferien verbringen. (Familie 4 Personen)

Les grandes vacances

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, les propriétaires sont chaleureux, discrets, attentionnés et cultivés. Avec leur aide nous avons pu redécouvrir la région. Le studio est conforme au descriptif, très propre, agréable, spacieux. La piscine irréprochable grâce à ses différents dénivelés. Le petit moins la terrasse du patio est trop ombragée ainsi que le salon ; il manque un petit placard pour ranger les courses. Sinon tout est parfait. Nous ne manquerons pas de revenir si l'occasion se présente et de parler de vous autour de nous. Encore merci pour votre accueil à bientôt.
