Contemporary, air-conditioned apartment with all modern comforts and breathtaking sea views

T2 air-conditioned comfort of 31 m2, covered terrace without opposite of 7 m2, views and magic of the sea, on the 2nd and last floor.

Capacity 4 people. max.

Tastefully decorated and fully equipped. Renovation in April 2016

It consists of a corridor leading to the various rooms, a living kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a separate toilet.

Description: Living System upscale sofa rapido mattress daily sleeping shape memory, flat screen TV, new kitchen (4 induction homes, dishwasher, fridge / large capacity freezer, microwave, coffee pod ...) , reversible climate control.
Bathroom: bath / shower, sink, cupboards
Bedroom: 2 80x190 beds can be pushed together, wardrobe and shelves.
All equipment, crockery, bed linen (mattress covers, bedspreads, pillows, blankets) are new.
Accuracy: not equipped with washing machine. Laundromat downtown.

Parking at the bottom of the residence.

Apartment not suitable for people with reduced mobility (stairs)

Tourist tax included in the price of rent.

Emphasizing hygiene and well being, animals are not accepted.

Spain 10 km, 1:30 Cadaqués and the house of Dali (visit) and 1h Figueres and the museum Dali.

Excellentes prestations. Appartement refait a neuf avec tout le confort poir un sejour d'une semaine. Très grand balcon avec une superbe vue mer à portee de main et en contrebas petite crique calme. Calme au mois de juin. Très bonne relation le propriétaire et Esla. Grand merci.

tres bel endroit , location propre , seul soucis nous n avons pas pu aller a la piscine, seul les proprietaires peuvent y aller, et ont n a pas pu dormir devant car trop de passage de voitures vu que la route est juste en bas, et le week end s est pire

Petit appartement fonctionnel avec très belle vue. Situé à la sortie de Banyuls, il vaut mieux posséder une voiture. Jolie crique accessible à pied. Merci à Agnès pour sa prévenance et sa sympathie.

Parfait.Propriétaire très à l'écoute.Néanmoins,la réception de la télévision est TRES mauvaise,voire impossible par moments.(idem pour tout l'immeuble)le WiFi très lent et pertes de connections internet ne permet pas de télétravailler....

Banyuls ma belle
Nous avons adoré Banyuls avec mon marie et mes enfants, nous sommes tout simplement sous le charme. La location etait au top avec cette vue imprenable sur la mer. Appartement très agréable à vivre et très fonctionnel. Tout est bien pensé pour passer un agréable séjour. Nous recommandons! Merci a Mme et M De Matteis qui nous ont accueillie très chaleureusement. Un petit coin de paradis
Appartement superbement situé sur les hauteurs de Banyuls-sur-mer, une vue imprenable du balcon sur la méditerranée , accès à une superbe crique face à l'appartement qui donnera du bonheur pour les observateurs de fond marin. Banyuls est une station balnéaire accueillante . Vous profiterez des balades, des bons produits du terroir. Nous reviendrons pour continuer la découverte de la région de Banyuls et pour la même location.

Excellent séjour vue imprenable sur la crique du Troc
Un grand merci à Agnès pour ses conseils et ce superbe appartement dont nous avons profitez pendant 8 jours en famille mais aussi à mr et mme Martinez pour leur accueil😊 La vue est a couper les souffle et nous manquera pendant nos futurs repas. Appartement bien équipé et clim appréciable avec la chaleur de ce début d'été. Un grand merci vraiment . Nous reviendrons sans hésitation.

Excellente localisation, bel appartement
Le logement est tout à fait conforme à sa description : très propre, bien équipé et doté d’une superbe vue sur la mer. Un point d’attention cependant pour la haute saison: la route départementale passe devant le logement. Cela n’a pas été une gêne au mois de mai. L’accueil par les personnes s’occupant de l’appartement est très sympathique et agréable. Une location que je recommande vivement.

Vue splendide
Appartement très bien agencé, très propre, très bon accueil mais le top du top c'est la vue. La petite plage du troc qui n'est pas trop fréquentée début juillet est le paradis des baigneurs et plongeurs.

Appartement avec une vue exceptionnelle
Cet appartement est très proche du centre de thalassothérapie. Il est conforme aux photos, très fonctinnel,jolie décoration. La vue du balcon est a couper le souffle, la mer en ligne d'horizon. Le soir, le phare s'allume, les bateaux de pêcheurs rentrent, une mer calme, le temps a été superbe. Nous recommandons ce charmant appartement, la région est magnifique. Si nous retournons en thalassothérapie a Banyuls, c'est sûr, nous irons dans cet appartement. Les personnes chargées de l'accueil sont très sympathiques.
