This beautifully maintained house with its light and spacious interior is equipped to an extremely high standard in the village of Betlem. The House benefits from lovely views of the sea and mountains with private gardens to the front and rear. The house is tastefully decorated with fully fitted kitchen, central heating, log burner and indoor dining area for up to 6 persons. French doors in the lounge area open onto a spacious terrace with outdoor eating area and sunbeds
overlooking the private garden.The master bedroom benefits from a large balcony with outdoor sofa sitting area and a small eating area for 2 persons. The house belongs to a small community with the benefits of off road parking, a shared 20m swimming pool with a small child section and tennis court.
Betlem has remained mostly a unspoilt area with the most stunning of scenery and is the ideal place for families and couples looking to escape the more traditional holiday resorts of Mallorca. The coastline is a 3 minute walk away with beautiful sea and mountain scenery. The area also benefits from 2 bars/restaurants with one overlooking the stunning Alcudia Bay. In high season we have a small deli at the top of our road which opens every morning and sells fresh bread, croissants, cakes, fresh fruit & vegatables and a small selection of groceries. Colonia Sant Pere our neighbouring fishing village has a good beach next to a promenade where you can have lunch or dinner at its numerous bars/restaurants overlooking the bay. It also has 2 supermarkets, pharmacy, banks and small marina,

Bella casa, ampi spazi sia interni che esterni, zona tranquillissima per una perfetta vacanza rilassante.....adatta per famiglie. Spiaggia tranquilla e poco frequentata vicina a 5 minuti in macchina ...e molte altre poco più distanti.

perfect location for a relaxing stay

We had amazing 10 days in Betlem. Casa Stevens is a very quite and well equipped house with a beautiful garden and comfortable furniture. kids loved the pool as well as the tennis court. Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable.

ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen

Tolle Lage, schön ruhig. Kommunikation im Vorfeld nett und korrekt. Der kleine Laden um die Ecke hat alles fürs Frühstück - den rest kauft man auf den tollen Märkten auf der Insel ....Das Haus selber ist mittlerweile ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Es war alles da - allerdings waren die Ameisen im Haus eher unangenehm... lässt sich sicher im Süden nicht ganz vermeiden - uns hat es aber gestört. Die Heizung ließ sich nicht wirklich richtig bedienen - hier wäre eine bessere Beschreibung gut´. Gleiches gilt für den WLAN Zugang - erst auf Anfrage erhalten und schlechter Empfang ….Danke trotzdem

Ein wunderbares Ferienhaus in einer tollen Lage , nicht weit vom Meer entfernt.

Da das Haus wohl ein paar Wochen vor unserem Aufenthalt nicht vermietet war, war etwas Feuchtigkeit merkbar. (Mit den entsprechenden Gerüchen). Da die Aufteilung und die Aussenbereiche so schön sind und das Haus voll ausgestattet ist, war das allerdings sekundär. Der Eigentümer und Vermieter Craig ist zuvorkommend und super nett. Wir wollen gerne im nächsten Jahr wieder dorthin zurück kehren. Schön war es, fernab von Mallorcas Touristenzentren. Die Landschaft und der Nachbarort in dem es alles gibt, sind traumhaft. sehr empfehlenswert.

Wonderful holiday in a lovely place

We had a wonderful holiday in this lovely house. Everything we needed was there. The house was very clean and it stayed cool inside all the time even when it became warm outside. We had the pool on our own for most of the time. The town is very small but we made great walks along the coast and loved the two restaurants nearby. The little supermarked two doors away was open every day so we could buy fresh bread and all we needed there. You have to have a car to stay there but as we had one, it was a great pleasure to return to this quiet house after a trip into a city or to the beach. When we arrived the house was prepared perfectly and due to the informations Craig sent us we could right from the beginning start having holiday. Thank you very much for it. We will certainly try to come back to this wonderful house.

Ein schönes Objekt

Das Objekt kann man mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen. Lage ist gut. Es war noch Vorsession trotzdem sind wir gut klar gekommen. Der Hausservice ist ohne englisch zu sprechen nicht zufriedenstellend. Handtuch und Wäschewechsel sollten noch einmal überdacht werden. Alles in Allem ein schöner Urlaub . Ein Auto ist Voraussetzung um sich fortzubewegen. Wir hatten Sunny-cars in Verbindung mit Hertz kann man nur weiterempfehlen.(in Deutschland gebucht)

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche auf Mallorca in diesem tollen Haus!

Alles war sauber, die Einrichtung ist sehr gemütlich und ansprechend. Es fehlte nichts, weder in der Küche noch sonst irgendwo im Haus, eine wirklich empfehlenswerte Ferienunterkunft.

A complete comfortable and clean house in a beautiful surrounding

We stayed one week with 5 people in casa Stevens.The pool ,the see,the surroundings were super. A perfect quiet place for exploring the north side of Mallorca

Nous avons passé un séjour de rêve dans une très belle maison.. c était magnifique, reposant calme etc.. A un quart d heure à pied il y a une belle crique suivies de pleins d autres.. c était vraiment magique. Nous étions 3 avec notre fille de 11 ans qui a tout apprécié surtout la piscine! Small and cozy house in a very nice town

Everything was fine with this nice, little house in Betlem. Betlem is a small and silent town in a very beautiful region of sunny Mallorca. The flat has everything you and your friends or family needs for a relaxed stay. The flat is well sized and the pool a nice thing if you want to jump in after a beach tour. As written in the description a car is very important, otherwise you have to walk a lot. Within a 15min walk there is a dream-beach and within a 45min walk there is another dream-beach both with cristall-clear water and and white sand. :-) After a five minute walk there is a very nice restaurant "Casablanca" (Reservation is necessary) where you can enjoy superb meals with an amazing "caribean-fealing". 50m away from the house, there is a small restaurant where you can also get a very nice meal. And there is also a little shop 50m away from the house, where you can get fresh bread and water... (open from 8-11.00 am). I am looking forward to my next stay in this house. :-) We can really recommend this house. Thanks to Craig! :-)
