SPLENDID THREE BEDROOMS APARTMENT WITH TERRACE:
This centrally located apartment with marble floors features a furnished terrace, two bedrooms with double beds, a third room with two single beds, and two full bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, and washer-dryer. Additionally, the apartment offers air conditioning, heating, free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and a safe box.

We provide all our guests with towels, bed linens, personal toiletries, cleaning products, and a hairdryer.

This incredible apartment is well-located, surrounded by numerous shops and diverse restaurants, just a 5-minute walk from Plaça de Catalunya and Passeig de Gràcia.

Additionally, the property offers parking for vehicles (subject to availability) for an additional charge.

Please note that the Barcelona City Council will increase the city tax from €6.88 per person per night to €9.35 per person per night starting May 1st, 2025.

WE ENJOYED OUR STAY IN BARCELONA AT BCN 41. THE UNIT WAS ROOMY AND COMFORTABLE, VERY CLEAN AND WE LOVED THE BALCONY! OUR ONLY COMPLAINT WOULD HAVE BEEN THE NOISE, WHICH IS CLEARLY DEPENDENT ON WHO ELSE HAS RENTED THAT WEEK AND OUR UPSTAIRS NEIGHBORS WERE A BIT LOUD LATE INTO THE NIGHT. NOT BCN’S FAULT AND WE DIDN’T LOG A COMPLAINT DURING OUR STAY. THE LOCATION WAS GREAT WITH MANY RESTAURANTS, ATTRACTIONS NEARBY AND THE CAFE DOWN STAIRS WAS KEY FOR OUR MORNING COFFEE. SUGGESTIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTS- WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE KEYLESS ENTRY, AND THE KITCHEN SINK WAS NOT GREAT AND SHOULD BE REPLACED.

Awesome flat for a week in Barcelona
Great apartment in a wonderful neighborhood. The building is close to most major attractions, and in the middle of a lovely place to live (for a few days or forever). This apartment was well maintained and stocked with everything you need. Will recommend this to all my friends.

I can't say enough how much we enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect. Check in process was seamless. Apartment is clean, beds really comfortable and it was very quiet. Junior helpfully arrange a very early taxi van back to the airport. There are several grocery markets within a block. Two train stops nearby. And, of course, many terrific restaurants and cafes within walking distance, including a a delicious french bakery two doors down. Thank you!

We were a 3 generation family visiting Barcelona and this apartment worked for us all. There were beds and living space for everyone, and the location was so central that we could come and go as needed. Would highly recommend!

It’s not often you find somewhere that’s rated exceptionally well and exceeds the rating. We stayed here for 7 days and loved it. You can walk everywhere, good coffee all around and a supermarket and pharmacy on the corner. The verandah added extra as we could sit out and relax on it. Would love to return .

This was a fantastic and spacious apartment for five adults. We had plenty of room to spread out. The accommodations were beautiful and updated and we especially loved the deck outside. Where we were able to eat meals and my youngest daughter set up a painting studio. The location was great and central to all that we wanted to do.

Great place for anyone but especially 2 couples as the bedrooms are split on two sides. Wonderful deck, a workable kitchen, great host, and perfect location. We stay in MANY VRBO’s and this one is up there with the best. If ever back will for sure stay again.

Fantastic stay in BCN
Great location within walking distance of most major sites, close proximity to the subway and bus stops made it ideal for our group of 6. Marianna's communication from check in to check out was outstanding! Highly recommend this property! Some other positives, great restaurants within 5 min walk,supermarket nearby,; and overall we felt very safe in this neighborhood which was important for us.

Before and After Cruise Stay in Barcelona
We stayed in 2 apartments in this building before and after our cruise leaving from Barcelona. The apartments were both wonderful, roomy, with great verandas. We really enjoyed sitting outside together in the evening, Kitchen was well stocked. Our hosts did an excellent orientation to the apartment and area, suggested restaurants, arranged taxis to port and airport. Area was very walkable to many local places to visit - La Sagrada Familia and Picasso museum. Would highly recommend!

Great apartment centrally located
Pictures don’t do it justice. Bedrooms are separate from each other, kitchen is great for small meals, balcony is wonderful, and neighborhood is excellent. We stayed 4 days but they only give you one towel per person. That’s the only downside. They do have a washer/dryer combo but the dry cycle is a joke. This being said we would go back in a heartbeat.
