The house and it’s facilities are great. We loved staying there with our family. Mini market and pizzeria are in the near vicinity so that is also great. Recommended!

Perfect stay in San Lorenzo
We have been more than once in Olbia but never had that much space in such a nice equipped house. If you want to come down and enjoy a bit of extra I would propose to stay here ;-).

Fantastic house
Vi havde en dejlig uge i denne perle ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Alt er super lækkert og moderne, der mangler ingenting. Hyggeligste have/pool område. Billeder og beskrivelse stemmer helt overens med virkeligheden. Johan svarer og handler med det samme man skriver til ham. We had a lovely week in this gem ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Everything is super cosy and modern, nothing is missing. Coziest garden/pool area. Pictures and description correspond completely to reality. Johan answers and acts as soon as you write to him.

Very nice holiday
We stayed at johans house in June 2023. The house is very spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Although it needs to be mentioned depending on your group constellation one bedroom is kind of an open room upstairs. There is a door to the stairs but if people in the 2nd bedroom upstairs need to use the bathroom they cross the other bedroom. The third bedroom is on the ground floor. The kitchen was superbly well equipped. Everything was super clean. Johan was very nice and I could reach out to him whenever necessary and get an imidiate response. The outdoor areas were also very nice. Pool super clean. The house is a bit "outside", but having a car that wasn't a problem for us. 10 min to budoni beach. Thanks a lot for the nice stay. We'll be back :)

Heerlijk verblijf
Het huis is zeer groot en van alle luxe en comfort voorzien! Het zwembad is heerlijk en alle stranden zijn op max. half uur rijden. Budoni is niet echt heel gezellig, maar wel veel restaurants en winkels. Op 5 minuutjes lopen zit een supermarkt met alle basis producten. Het enige wat we minder vonden was dat het huis aan een weg zit waar tussen 5 en 8 best veel verkeer rijdt.

Familienurlaub September 2023
Grundsätzlich war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung, jedoch gab es auch einige Schattenseiten. Lage/Umgebung: Es handelt sich um ein Reiheneckhaus (keine Villa): Grenzt direkt an eine vielbefahrene Straße. Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Direkte Umgebung ist nicht ansprechend. Auf den Bildern macht es den Eindruck, das Haus würde alleine irgendwo stehen, das ist nicht der Fall. Das Dorf San Lorenzo hat ein Fischlokal und eine Pizzeria, beides zu empfehlen. Mini-Supermarkt hatte nicht einmal geöffnet. Budoni (etwas größere Stadt mit Einkaufs- und Essensmöglichkeiten) ist mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten zu erreichen - zu Fuß unmöglich, es handelt sich um die o.g. Hauptstraße ohne Bürgersteig, d.h. man muss immer fahren. Schöne Strände sind nach 15-25 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Haus: Das meiste ist vorhanden. Küche gut ausgestattet. Bei unserer Ankunft war jedoch kein Toilettenpapier oder Zewa im Haus - nun ja, nicht ideal. Im EG sind vier Klimaanlagen angebracht, im OG leider nur eine, das macht es bei über 30 Grad tagsüber, in der Nacht zum oben Schlafen nicht wirklich angenehm. Außenbereich/Pool: Sitzmöglichkeiten sind in Ordnung. Die Liegen haben schon bessere Tage gesehen. Der Pool selbst ist ok, mehr nicht. Ab ca. 16.00 Uhr ist dieser im Schatten, die Folie am Boden schlägt bereits Wellen. Nicht schön ist, dass ein Feigenbaum mit vergorenen Früchten direkt am Pool steht - Geruch ist massiv! Sardinien ist ein Traum, die Unterkunft war ok, aber das Geld nicht wert.

Excellente location
La maison est parfaite pour les vacances tous les équipements sont là il n’y a rien à dire vraiment …top!!! A 4km de la mer, facile d’accès pour naviguer dans le sud est et le nord de l’île . Je vous recommande vivement cette location. Le petit bémol la gestion des déchets en Sardaigne est hyper compliqué.

Superbe maison
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison très fonctionnelle, agréable et entièrement climatisée. La piscine a été appréciée par tous. La seule petite réserve : la deuxième chambre adulte est communicante avec celle des enfants. Nous recommandons néanmoins entièrement cette location !

Casa molto accogliente,arredata con gusto,pulita.Posizione tranquilla e a pochi chilometri dalla spiaggia di Budoni.Aria condizionata in tutta la casa,la cucina super fornita di ogni accessorio,insomma la consigliamo sicuramente.Se si hanno neonati come nel nostro caso,nove mesi,il piano superiore è l’ideale per ottenere intimità e silenzio,in quanto risulta un altro appartamento.Segnaliamo solo una cosa al proprietario,l’acquisto di nuove tavolette del wc.

Schön, geräumig und alles wie beschrieben
Ein sehr geräumiges Haus mit einer top Ausstattung von Gläsern, Tellern, Besteck etc ist reichlich vorhanden sowie auch eine super Kaffeemaschine. 😋👍🏻 Das Haus befindet sich in den Bergen an einer ruhigen Straße. Pool war ebenfalls top und wird regelmäßig gereinigt. Alles war wie in der Anzeige beschrieben, daher haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Heerlijk verblijf
Wij hadden een heerlijk verblijf in deze mooie villa. Het is van alle gemakken voorzien en heeft meerdere terrassen om gezellig te borrelen. Het zwembad was schoon en lekker diep. Het huis is omgeven door prachtige bougainvilles en andere planten. De kamers en badkamers zijn ruim. Communicatie met de eigenaar ging soepel. Dikke 5 sterren. We hebben ook een avond heerlijk gegeten bij een agriturismo op 6 minuutjes lopen. Veel stranden op korte rij-afstand en Budoni is ook leuk om wat te eten.

Villa was lovely, clean and tidy but no information on household or local services
No information file provided, problem with rubbish and recycling as calendar in villa, detailing the rubbish collections, was for 2016 so didn't know what to put out on each day for collection, no rubbish bags provided and then we were presented with a bill for disposal at the end of our stay. General household and emergency details should have been provided, we had to email owner to find out how to use the cooker and get the wi-fi codes, and ask advice on the dishwasher which did not work. The dishwasher was repaired during our stay. We found a local pizza restaurant and shop after we had walked into the village on the 2nd day but details of these should have been provided for us to use when we first arrived. The villa's pool was great but we suddenly had 2 men appear to clean it without warning, which was a bit worryingl when our 7 year old granddaughter was outside on her own. If we had had a medical emergency we wouldn't have known who to call or where the nearest hospital or doctor was. Cushions for the sunbeds and chairs were stored under one of the beds and were only discovered half way through our stay. We paid extra for linen and towels but didn't really have enough towels for villa and beach use. A comprehensive information file would certainly have solved many of these problems and this has been suggested to the owner. Overall we had a brilliant time and would recommend the villa to other people, but be aware of these issues. The local area was lovely with sandy beaches 15 minutes drive away. Interesting walks up into the hills behind . A car is needed as there is quite a steep hill up to the villa. Unfortunately, some of the neighbouring properties are still being built so this spoils the outlook on some sides.
