Séjour du 04/02 au 11/02/23

Points positifs, appartement bien situé, nous avons apprécié la chambre séparée ainsi que le toilette et une très bonne connexion. Le casier à ski très pratique Points négatifs, le manque d'isolation phonique, le couchage du séjour non confortable et la douche bouchée de notre arrivée à notre départ.

Plutot bien ... mais pas de connection internet

Bonne dans l'ensemble mais avec un gros point négatif : l'annonce mentionne une possibilité de connection internet par partage de connection .... mais cela s'est avéré impossible car le réseau 4G est trop faible et instable; cela était bien connu du propriétaire qui n'en a rien dit et qui d'ailleurs avait programmé pour plus tard l'installation d'une box wifi. La concierge m'a confirmé le problème de l'immeuble Ruitor pour la connection internet. Il était donc abusif, voire mensonger, de mentionner cette possibilité dans l'annonce.

Un appartement bien situé et assez grand pour un séjour au ski

La description de la location correspondait. Le matelas de la chambre était neuf et confortable. La salle de bains spacieuse avec une belle douche. Pour la propreté, il restait des poils sur le divan lit, ce qui est assez gênant même si c'est pas la fin du monde, sauf que nous avons dû attendre longtemps pour réceptionner les clés pour justement attendre que le nettoyage soit fini. Paradoxe. Reste le dernier point... Il n'y a pas de Wi-Fi, et le partage de connexion n'est pas possible, vu la qualité du réseau dans l'appartement. Étant situé au 2ème sur 11 étages, les antennes mise du côté station et pas de l'appartement, il était juste possible de consulter ses mails, et envoyer une ou deux photos. Pas possible de regarder des vidéos en streaming. Pour téléphoner il fallait aller sur le balcon. Nous avons néanmoins passé un agréable séjour, hors internet mais il y a quand même 2 télévisions avec les chaînes de la tnt.

Du point de vue de l'appartement, c'était parfait. Ce qui a pêché c'est le service du prestataire AB SERTI. En effet, il n'y a pas eu d'état des lieux à l'arrivée ainsi qu'au départ. De plus, sur le contrat de location il était stipulé que nous devions remettre un chèque de caution, et on nous a répondu que cela n'était pas la peine. A noter, que nous avons laissé cet appartement aussi propre que nous l'avons reçu, c'est à dire parfaitement propre. Marc Lemarié

Good if you want to party all night

We were confused at first as we could not find the agents, so a map would be useful. We were delayed by the bus but the staff stayed late and were very helpful. The apartment was very clean and well equipped for the 2 of us and handy for the lifts. The only problem was the walls are thin and there was sometimes considerable disturbance from the noisy partygoers in the other apartments. Some nights we got very little sleep. Perhaps the need for considerate behaviour could be made clearer.

Appart très agréable & belle vue

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine. Appartement moderne, confortable et meublé avec goût, bien entretenu. Bien placé : 3 min des pistes & des commerces à pied. Rien ne manquait pour des vacances réussies. Le propriétaire nous a gentiment conseillé, était disponible et attentionné.

l'annonce précisait skis aux pieds mais il n'en est rien .les remontées sont à 200m environ. appartement calme, jolie vue mais le ménage laisse à désirer. vaisselle pas très propre et moutons sous les lits, de plus les couette ne sont pas de première fraicheur car pas lavées après chaque location.
