Modern, charming villa with upscale comfort, beautiful fenced pool , many games in the park of 6200 m², ideal for family and friends , architecture allowing both privacy and communal life.
The villa was well equipped indoor and outdoor . The beautiful setting is ideal as it is situated near the forest and greenway. The town of Gréasque , close , being himself very welcoming with its shops and activities , its fitness trail . This family home has been completely renovated and transformed into a guest house. From mid- September to mid-June to host the night in guest rooms labeled " 3Clévacances " and breakfast . In summer, the rental of the property is possible the week ( other times on request) . It is for the exclusive use of tenants (owners leave the premises ) .
A 3 km, big and small will love " Wood Elves " Peypin . Tennis courts in the village, a modern stadium . 10 minutes , international golf course and sports Oxylane Village .
You will be ideally placed to stroll through the history center of Aix en Provence, hiking in Sainte Victoire so dear to the painter Paul Cézanne, or the massive star and the Sainte Baume. You will discover wonderful villages , and be within reach of the bustling Old Port of Marseille and the turquoise waters of the creeks of Cassis. The sea is 30 minutes with its beaches, St- Tropez, Avignon and the Camargue are about 1 hour , Cannes and Nice to 2 hours.
