La casa è una meraviglia. Non manca niente. Ok, forse la piscina 😜. Molto spaziosa e silenziosa. Una perfetta vacanza per rilassare anche senza vicini a canto. Se un giorno te la vuoi vendere, chiamami che ci penserò 😁. Tanti saluti da Salvo e famiglia.

Très agréable

Maison au calme située dans un grand jardin proche de la mer (à pied) La maison est grande et séparée en deux appartements. Nous avons passé un agréable moment proche sur des plages de sables et Noto est magnifique ainsi que Syracuse. Le propriétaire est tres ympatique et disponible.

Casa in ottima posizione

Proprietà uguale alle foto dell'annuncio... posizione strategica vicino al mare... Primo piano 2 camere da letto un bagno e un cucinino molto funzionale. Piano sotto una grossa camera da letto un bel bagno e una sala immensa con divano letto. La parte esterna è il meglio della casa... veramente spaziosa 2 tavoli da esterno con zona solarium e docce esterne. Corrado (il proprietario) è una persona veramente disponibile sempre pronto per ogni problematica o esigenza.... veramente Un'ottima esperienza. Unico consiglio... rivedere le tubature... ma sono veramente l'ultimo problema. Grazie della disponibilità

Heerlijk huis is schitterende omgeving

Heerlijk huis in een schitterende grote tuin. Heel veilig; je moet eerst een hek door voor de straat dan een afgesloten hek voor het huis. Huis bestaat eigenlijk uit 2 huizen; een boven en een onder. Onder grote ruimte met tv en dvd en koelkast in een woonkamer, grote slaapkamer met airco en ruime badkamer. Boven woonkeuken met kleine tussenkamer en badkamer. Twee slaapkamers, 1 met kingsizebed en de ander met 2 eenpersoonsbedden. Beide kamers hebben airco. Rondom een veranda waardoor er altijd schaduw is. Veel zitmogelijkheden en zicht op mooie tuin. Er ontbreekt niets. 3 manieren voor koffie; percolator, koffiemachine en apparaat.voor koffiecupjes. Wasmachine, strijkplank en strijkbout. De eigenaar is heel vriendelijk en altijd bereikbaar en bereid alle vragen te beantwoorden. Werkelijk prachtige omgeving Vlakbij zee waar je een openbaar strand hebt. heeft stoeltjes en parasol. De zee is ongelooflijk doorzichtig, mooi en verkoelend. Wij hebben een heerlijke 3 weken gehad en komen graag weer terug!

Hervorragende Unterkunft in Top-Lage

Ein schönes, sauberes Haus mit einer tollen Atmosphäre. Auch hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. Der Eigentümer war sehr zuvorkommend und sehr um uns bemüht. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!

Vacanza super!

La casa è meravigliosa,progettata per due famiglie con ognuna la sua indipendenza. Molto spaziosa sia internamente,ma soprattutto esternamente. Con zone di ombra o sole come meglio si preferisce. Dotata di tutto il necessario per la vacanza, al mare si può andare a piedi,se non si soffre troppo il caldo, altrimenti in cinque minuti si arriva in auto. Posizione tranquilla,la sera nel patio è fresco e non si patisce il caldo. Dotata di aria condizionata, durante il giorno in casa si sta benissimo. Il proprietario ,Corrado persona squisita,pronto e efficiente per qualsiasi problematica. Abbiamo trascorso due settimane meravigliose. Grazie

BELLISSIMA VACANZA

La casa è collocata al lido di noto , molto vicina al mare. il suo interno è dotato di ogni confort ed è molto funzionale. Tutto intorno c'è un patio godibilissimo. E' tenuta molto bene , pulita e ben arredata . La casa dista una mezz'ora da tutte le più belle città barocche e 20 minuti dalle riserve di vendicari (PACHINO ) e da quella del plemmirio (AVOLA -CASSIBILE). Ringrazio il sig. Corrado per la sua gentilezza . Vacanza da ripetere

Merita! Fantastica

Siamo arrivati e la casa non era posizionata come da Google, per questo ci siamo spaventati ed anche la strada per arrivarci è molto stretta. In realtà però la casa è a 600 metri dal mare. La villa è molto bella e spaziosa. Accogliente e comoda. Il proprietario disponibile e socievole. Tutto molto bello e come da attese. Consigliati ssia!!

Maison très bien située et très confortable super!

Arrivée le 08/07/2017 pour 14 jours Maison superbe, moderne et avec une très grande gentillesse de Carrado Carbè. Très confortable avec une très grande terrasse autour de la maison, ce qui permet d'avoir une table à l'ombre à n'importe quelle heure de la journée. nous sommes dans Lido Di Noto et en même temps à la campagne ... Manque juste une petite table pour le salon de jardin en rotin extérieur Climatisation dans toutes les chambres .(indispensable) Très bien située pour visiter le sud de la Sicile . Noto, syracuse, Casagrande... A 1 heure de l’aéroport de Catane. Plage à proximité 10/15 mn à pied . Nous reviendrons avec plaisir ! Merci encore pour votre accueil Mathieu Delabre

Excellent séjour à Lido di Noto

Cette maison est idéale pour visiter les villes baroques du sud de la Sicile ; elle est située en plein coeur du limoneto, au milieu de vergers d'agrumes. La plage est à quelques minutes à pied. Le jardin est immense, la villa propre et fonctionnelle. Corrado a été très disponible pour nous accueillir ; merci pour ces excellentes vacances.

Superbe location

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans cette villa. Elle est agréable à vivre, bien équipée et climatisée. Les terrasses tout autour permettent de manger dehors à l'ombre quel que soit le moment de la journée. Les alentours sont très calme et la plage est à 10 mn à pied. Corrado est un propriétaire charmant et de très bons conseils pour les visites à faire et plages à découvrir. Merci Corrado de ton accueil et ta générosité ! A bientôt !

Une belle maison de vacances

C'est une très jolie maison idéale pour les vacances. Elles est spacieuse, très propre et bien équipée. La plage est facilement accessible à pied ainsi que les commerces de proximité. Elle est idéalement située pour visiter la Sicile du sud (villes baroques, réserve de Vindicari, Cave grande del Cassibile..). L'accueil de Corrado est souriant et généreux. Réactif au moindre souci, Corrado fait tout pour que ses locataires passent de bonnes vacances.

Superbe Villa

Une maison très agréable, bien équipée et située dans un endroit tranquille. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et disponible. A 10 minutes à pied de superbes plages. A proximité se trouvent les villes baroques de la Sicile ( Noto, Modica, Ragusa,....). Nous étions très contents de passer une semaine à cet endroit et ses alentours.

Superbes vacances !

"La villa est très belle et très propre. Le mobilier neuf est fonctionnel. La situation est très bien pour rayonner dans le Sud-Est de l''île. La plage située à 600 mètres est très agréable en mai. Le jardin est plus joli en vrai que sur les photos ! Le propriétaire est aux petits soins et toujours prêt à rendre service. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !"

Fantastica! Great!

Casa stupenda, nuova, attrezzata, immersa nel verde e nella tranquillità. Perfetta per coppie e famiglie fino a 6 persone. A meno di 10 minuti a piedi è possibile raggiungere una spiaggia tranquilla ma molto bella presso il Lido di Noto. Ottimo appoggio per raggiungere posti caratteristici come Noto antica, Marzamemi, Portopalo, la riserva di Calamosche e Isola delle Correnti. Proprietario molto simpatico e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa! It is a beatyful construction, sorrounded by a spacious garden; it's a great accomodation for families and couples, up to 6 people, and it allows you to visit amazing places such us Noto, Marzamemi, Calamosche and Portopalo. Also, it is less than 10 minutes away, on foot, from the seaside. The owner is very nice and helpful.

Très belle villa, très pr...

Très belle villa, très propre, fonctionnelle et agréable. Mobilier neuf. Situėe au calme, elle est idéale pour une famille avec des enfants. Le niv inférieure comprenant une grande chambre une salle de bain et un salon est indépendant du rez de chaussée comprenant une cuisine, 2 chambres et 1 salle de bain. Le propriétaire est au petit soin. Nous reviendrons sans hėsitations!
