The flat is part of a condominium in the old Hotel Excelsior.
It has been completely renovated, furnished and is set in an excellent context, with a large, well-kept communal garden and 2 swimming pools. The swimming pools are open from June to September.
It is ideal for those wishing to visit the Cinque Terre, for lovers of tranquillity and landscape, and for families.
It has a large, bright living room with kitchenette and double sofa-bed, a twin bedroom, a small bedroom with a 1½-bed sofa-bed, a bathroom with shower, and a balcony with sea view, where you can have breakfast or lunch for 3/4 persons.
The house is equipped with all appliances; bed linen and towels are available and included in the price.
The condominium swimming pools were redone a few months ago, they are little frequented and have a beautiful sea view. It is necessary to respect the pool rules.
The caretaker is always present at the property. Convenient to the beaches of Levanto, the village and the train station, all of which can be reached in less than 10 minutes on foot.

Property was fine. Typical apartment style. But it had an amazing view of the coast and the mountains. Would have been nice to have a heads up that 2 appliances can’t be used at the same time. We had two power outages because we didn’t know this. Thankfully the gardener was around to reset it for us. Wasn’t the cleanest place. There were smears in the fridge and the utensils hadn’t been washed properly. But overall a decent stay

Die Wohnung ist dunkel und riecht muffig, dicker Schimmel im Wohnraum an der Wand, wurde nach Reklamation beseitigt und überstrichen, am nächsten Morgen wieder alles voll Schimmel. die Ausstattung insgesamt war sehr einfach und billig für den hohen Preis

Sejour mitigé

L'emplacement de l'appartement est top et la communication avec la propriétaire ont été facile. Cependant le logement est atypique, sombre, les fenêtres de chambres donnent sur un mur et il y a une forte odeur d'humidité. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de l'extérieur qui est trop étroit et qui donne directement sur le voisinage. Les voisins ne sont pas accueillant, ni souriant , nous avons eu l'impression de déranger, nous nous sommes sentis observé, et ont même raconté des mensonges au concierge qui a de suite interpellé la propriétaire. Il faut une bonne condition physique pour se déplacer et monter et descendre les très nombreuses marches qui mènent a l'appartement, a la piscine et au village. La résidence est très jolie, bien entretenue , un beau jardin et une belle vue mer du parc et de la piscine. La propriétaire est réactive et sympathique.

Endroit idéal pour visiter les Cinque Terre

Petit appartement très bien situé sur les hauteurs de Levanto dans une magnifique résidence verdoyante et hyper fleurie très propre et bien entretenue le seul petit bémol : des odeurs d’égouts persistantes devant l’appartement sinon c’est vraiment l’idéal pour visiter les Cinque Terre nous avons garé la voiture devant la résidence et ne l’avons pas utilisée pendant les 5 jours la propriétaire Luna est très sympathique et prévenante merci à elle

Tolle Lage

Wir haben die Lage und die schöne Aussicht aufs Meer sowie die sehr gepflegte Anlage sehr genossen. Der Aufstieg von der Stadt und dem Meer ist sehr schön und gut zu bewältigen. Der Hausverwalter ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Leider gab es kein W-Lan wie es zu unserem Buchungszeitpunkt noch angegeben war. Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten und ausgestattet. Die Schlafzimmer sind zur Bergseite gelegen, dadurch kühl und sehr ruhig, eines aber leider an einer Wand auch etwas feucht.

Attention....

Appartement très humide notamment la nuit et le matin piscine ne fonctionne pas ... Et on a eu un problème avec le lave vaisselle qui ne fonctionnait et pire que ça . Le jour de notre départ on nous a réveillé a 8h du matin pour le changement du lave vaisselle pour le locataire suivant on a su qu'il.fonctoonnais pas au bout de 2 jours.... Pas d'information avant.. Pas très correct je trouve!!! Annonce ne spécifiait pas que le lave vaisselle était HS et que la piscine n'était pas en fonctionnement également. Un peu dommage car la première photo de l'appartement était la piscine.. C'est dommage car l'emplacement et idéal avec une belle vu sur mer qui est tres agréable...

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Levanto. Notre location était très bien située avec une magnifique vue sur la mer. Le gardien est sympathique et très réactif quand on a un problème. Rien à redire sur cette location conforme au descriptif.

Très belle résidence

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement, très propre, et qui a une vue magnifique de sa petite terrasse sur la ville et sur la baie de Levanto ! Une voiture est indispensable pour s'y rendre, car situé tout en haut de la ville. Angela, la personne qui nous a reçues, est très sympa et nous a donné quelques bons plans pour agrémenter nos vacances.

einfache, zweckmässige Basis zum Erleben der Cinque Terre.

Die Wohnung ist genügend gross und zweckmässig eingerichtet, das Sofa schon etwas alt und für einen Aufenthalt von einer Woche wären etwas mehr Bad- und Handtücher praktisch gewesen. Die Wohnung ist sehr feucht und hatte wohl auch ein Schimmelproblem in der Vergangenheit - während unserem Aufenthalt haben wir grosszügig gelüftet - und das hat den Feuchtigkeitspegel deutlich gesenkt. Das Vorplätzchen für den Tisch ist für zwei Personen eng aber machbar, für mehr Personen ungemütlich. Der Pool und seine Umgebung sind von April bis September geöffnet und bei unserem Aufenthalt war der Poolbereich auch schon gesperrt, was wir schade fanden (auch wenn wir wussten, dass der Pool nicht mehr zu nutzen war: wir hätten dort oben auch gerne Zeit beim Lesen verbracht o.ä.). Der Gärtner, der für die Schlüsselübergabe und allgemeine Fragen zuständig ist war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und auf unsere Fragen vor der Anreise haben wir auch immer schnell eine Antwort erhalten. Die Wegskizze ist ungenügend für die Anreise mit öffentlichem Verkehr: wir haben einen langen Umweg durch die Stadt gemacht mit Gepäck, obwohl der Weg vom Bahnhof über einen Fussgängerweg in 12 Minuten zu erreichen ist :)

Séjour au top!

Joli petit appart bien situé dans une résidence. La vue de la piscine est incroyable! La plage n'est vraiment pas loin, mais ca grimpe pour remonter. Je recommande car on peut vraiment tout faire à pied malgré les escaliers pour remonter!

Mängel: das Appartement war feucht-kalt; eine Lüftung war kaum möglich. da vor allen Fenstern nur ein schmaler Spalt war wegen Mauern. Am Abreisetag war das Wasser in der Wohnung abgestellt. Die Wasserhähne im Garten gaben Wasser ab! Wir mussten mit einer Gießkanne Wasser besorgen für Toilette und Abwasch.

Posizione ideale

Appartamento ben equipaggiato, ottima vista sul mare ma un po’ sacrificato nella parte posteriore per vicinanza a terrapieno che limita un po’ illuminazione diretta. Location di charme, proprietaria cortese e disponibilissima, custode molto disponibile.

C'est un appartement pour 4 personnes avec 2 chambres. L'une des chambres est équipé d'un canapé qui une fois déplié fait 105 cm de large. Pour 2 adultes c'est vraiment juste!!!! Donc obligé d'utiliser le canapé de la pièce à vivre. D'autre la gazinière est dans un triste état (feux rouillés) et sans allumettes un seul accepte de fonctionner. Des étagères au dessus du canapé n'ont pas vu un chiffon depuis bien longtemps. Autour de la cuisinière une poussière bien grasse. Les ustensiles de cuisine sont vieillots et pas toujours très propre. Il a fallu nettoyer certaines casseroles et poêles. Dommage car l'emplacement est super.

Bon emplacement pour visiter les 5 terre

Proche de la gare et du centre ville … avec tout de même un important dénivelé La piscine est très agréable et il y a une superbe vue Le logement à proprement parlé, était juste pour 4 personnes. La chambre avec le canapé 1 1/2 est en réalité pour un adulte La salle de bain est petite avec une douche qui n’est pas optimale et un bidet qui ne retient pas l eau La vaisselle n était pas nette, ni la housse de canapé de la salle à manger. Le grille pain, la balance, le sèche cheveux sont très vieux et non réellement utilisables Par contre en se serrant on peut manger à 4 dehors contrairement à ce que dit l annonce

Séjour 6 nuits levanto

Logement idéalement situé par rapport à la plage et la gare cependant il serait important de précisé qu’il y a un bon nombre de marche à monter pour accéder à la résidence. La piscine était malheureusement pas accessible au vu des conditions covid. Dans l’ensemble l’appartement est bien entretenu et propre mise à part une odeur d’humidité permanente, il est bon à savoir que si vous n’avez pas vos linge de lit ou essuie une location est possible cependant le prix reste élevé.. Le divan lit est plutôt inconfortable. Le rapport qualité prix reste très convaincant vis-à-vis de la position proposée.

Appartamento delizioso, molto confortevole e attrezzato. Piscina panoramica molto apprezzata, ambiente molto tranquillo. Vicina alla stazione ( max 10' a piedi) e al centro di Levanto raggiungibile tramite una scalinata/scorciatoia. Ottima base per visitare le 5 terre. Consigliatissimo.

Sehr schöne Lage, Wohnung ganz ok

Die Lage ist wirklich schön, am Hang, mit tollem Blick auf die Bucht. Zum Strand sind es etwa 10 Minuten (zurück etwas mehr, ja nach Fitness - 173 Stufen!) Die Pool-Anlage ist oberhalb vom Haus im Grünen, sehr ruhig, für unsere zwei Kinder (9 und 6) war es ideal. Liegen und Sonnenschirme waren genug da. Die Wohnung allerdings war nicht ganz so ideal. Etwas feucht ist sie schon. Es gibt eine Wohnküche und zwei Zimmer. In dem kleineren sollten unsere Kinder schlafen. Das Sofa war aber ziemlich klein und halb kaputt, also mussten die Kinder in der Wohnküche auf dem größeren Sofa schlafen. Die Küche besteht aus einem Kühlschrank, einem launischen Gasherd, Spüle und Spülmaschine. Es gibt keine Mikrowelle und sogar kein Wasserkocher. Also für jede Teetasse mit dem Gasherd kämpfen... Und es gibt Ameisen. Die ganz normalen von draußen. Und nicht nur 2-3 auf dem Boden sondern auch mal zu Besuch im Bett. Gut, die kommen halt von dem Garten, der übrigens schon ganz nett aussah und es gab da auch einen Anti-Ameisen-Spray. Nach ein Paar Tagen gewöhnt man sich an alles. Immerhin war es dort sehr ruhig. Zusammengefasst: ganz OK, etwas zu teuer für den Zustand, aber die Lage und Pool waren es dann schon wert.

Die Anlage ist wunderschön, leider nur was fürs Auge. Der Pool ist im Mai noch nicht offen.

Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, aber nur per Mail oder WhatsApp erreichbar, da sie nicht gut Englisch kann. Der Hausmeister / Verwalter ist sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung hat 2 (und ein drittes privates) Schlafzimmer und ein Wohn-Schlafzimmer. In einem der Schlafzimmer ist eine schmale Couch (1,2 m). Diese kann aber nur von einer Person genutzt werden, da ein Teil (die Sitzfläche der Couch) davon kaputt ist. Im 2-ten Schlafzimmer konnten wir nicht schlafen, da Schimmel / Feuchtigkeit aus der Wand quoll. Zum Glück, war das dritte Schlafzimmer (steht eigentlich nicht zur Vermietung) frei war und wir dieses benutzen konnten (Vielen Dank an den Verwalter und die Vermietern dafür!). Im Wohnzimmer steht ebenfalls eine große Couch, auf der gut geschlafen werden kann - diese haben wir genutzt, bis wir ins private Schlafzimmer ziehen konnten. Ich konnte im feuchten Zimmer nicht atmen! Wir waren im Mai da und der Poolwar noch nicht geöffnet. Wichtig zu wissen ist auch, dass die abgebildete Anlage wie ein Park zu betrachten ist. Für uns war der Balkon zu eng, um an dem Tisch zu frühstücken. In der Wohnung ist eine Waschmaschine vorhanden!

Un appartement calme, bien situé et fonctionnel dans une résidence de standing

L'appartement se trouve dans une résidence de standing, avec une belle et grande piscine. Le stationnement est assez facile dans la rue et tout se fait à pied. Accès facile a pied à la gare également pour prendre le train pour les cinque terres, ou pour aller au nord vers Portofino ou Gênes.

Wonderfull stay

Yesterday we arrived at home after a wonderfull stay in Levanto. Five years ago we went to Levanto in the first place and we are convinced this was the best stay ever. This house is about ten minutes of the city centre and has got an amazing view around Levanto. We loved to take a dive into the swimming pool after a few hikes in the Cinque Terre area.
