Family Vacation in Paradise

Beautiful location with super nice and helpful host!
We had a wonderful stay in Venice! Sergio was very helpful with all of our questions, even helping us arrange water taxi and telling us best places to eat. The stairs are a bit daunting but worth it for the view.

This property was perfect for the six of us. I would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Venice. Sergio was very helpful, responsive, and kind. As study abroad students, we all loved it. So happy this is where we got to enjoy the city!

Property is good, but has 2x toilets and only 1x shower (not the ‘2 bathrooms’ advertised) Apartment is at the top of 4 flights of stairs , but is clean and quiet. Beds are ok, though not great. Dish washer and clothes washer work well. Local eating options are excellent, and the apartment is only 15 minutes walk from St Marks square

Fantastic choice
We loved the location and the property. The property is located in a wonderful part of venice. Easy to get everywhere within a reasonable walk and far enough away you feel like you can relax from the oarge groups of people at st marks. Sergio takes great care of his property amd it was extremely clean. We loved relaxing on the private rooftop balcony in evenings. Extremely happy with the property.

Rather old fashioned dark decor and big climb to flat no good canal view but enjoyed lovely roof top sunset Facilities very good. air conditioning and mosquito nets and fully equipped kitchen. Excellent location. Venice is v expensive but this was good value. Kind host who on website is reported to speak English but has none so some difficulties with check in when our flight wad delayed

I stayed with my 3 adult children and was there 3 weeks. I love that neighborhood as it is quiet and away from major crowds. The rooftop was really enjoyable. However the 4 flights of stairs were hard on my 67 year old body! They were very steep with lots of locks to manage. Washing machine was a challenge and the only advice from owner was to send me the operating manual in Italian (of course).

We received a warm welcome from our host Sergio when we arrived. He gave us an excellent recommendation for a restaurant not far from the flat. The food was delicious! We enjoyed our stay. Rooms were clean and place was comfortable and relaxing to come back to after a full day of sightseeing. Enjoyed sitting out on the terrace to have our coffee and breakfast in the morning. There are many steps to get up to flat (60 steps) so small luggage is best. Thank you Sergio for being a part of our wonderful time in Venice!

Lovely place to stay
Great place to stay about 2 minute walk from the Academie vaporetto stop. We had 5 adults staying for 4 days, and it was a good fit for all of us. The apartment is well furnished and has all the amenities you would need. Sergio met us at the vaporetto and walked us to the apartment to show us around. He was a very gracious host and has done a terrific job with the apartment. While Sergio's English is much better than my Italian, it's best to communicate with him through email or text. If you're looking for a place that's not typical tourist fare but more local in flavor, this is an excellent choice.

Über den Dächern Venedigs
Die Unterkunft ist typisch venezianisch und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Dachterrasse ist ein Traum, von da kann man wunderschöne Sonnenaufgänge genießen. Sergio ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Man kann wunderbar mit mehreren Personen im Apartment wohnen, ich selbst hatte den eine Etage höher gelegenen Bereich mit kleinem Bad und Zugang zur Terrasse gewählt. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Sergio ist ein netter, zuvorkommender Gastgeber, mit dem man sich auch gut auf Deutsch verständigen kann. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Paare sehr gut geeignet; es könnten aber auch durchaus 6 Personen gut unterkommen - der 'Gemeinschaftsraum ist groß genug, an den runden Tisch passen 6 Stühle; die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Aufgrund der 2 Bäder (eines ohne Dusche, was aber keine Rolle spielt) kommt man sich zu viert auch nicht in die Quere. Der Blick von der Veranda über die Dächer von Venedig hinweg Richtug Guidecca ist ein Genuß, auch die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Man sollte allerdings fit sein. Es sind sehr viel Stufen bis zur Wohnung was mit Gepäck etwas problematisch sein kann. Die Dachterrasse war super. Durch Flugverspätung kamen wir 4 Stunden später an. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich, allerdings war die Kommunikation etwas schwierig

Tolle Ferienwohnung!
Die Ferienwohnung von Sergio befindet sich in einem 500 Jahre alten Haus und hat allein deshalb eine besondere Atmosphäre. Die Lage ist wunderbar, man kann zu Fuß zum Markusplatz ca. innerhalb von 15 Minuten. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in Venedig! Wenn man müde ist vom Sightseeing kann man eine ruhige Zeit auf der Dachterasse verbringen. Es hat alles bestens geklappt!

Gute wegbescheschreibung, netter Gastgeber, Kommunikation war etwas schwierig aufgrund der Sprachbarrieren, schöne, saubere Wohnung, bei einem Bett war der Rahmen etwas schepps da ist man beim schlafen immer beinahe rausgefallen, Küche Top Ausstattung, Bad sauber, schöner Balkon und am wichtigsten: GUTE VERKEHRSANBINDUNG!! Liegt direkt an 2 Boot Stationen!! Kann ich nur empfehlen

Eine Oase der Ruhe mitten in Venedig
Wir haben die Tage in Venedig in dieser schönen und gut gelegenen Wohnung sehr genossen. Herrliche Aussicht aus allen Räumen und erst von der Terasse! Wichtig zu wissen: viele Stiegen steigen muß gut möglich sein. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat gut geklappt, würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
