Perfekt views and quiet surroundings

Great villa to stay at for relaxing and enjoying the views, pool as well as surroundings. Dining and lounging areas are perfect as well. Only 10-15 min walk to the beach and restaurants. Watch dolphins during the day or stars and shooting stars at night from the terrace. The host was very friendly and helpful. Also a great point for excursions to greater cities, hikes or other adventures.

Beautiful villa, perfect stay

It's rare that a property lives up to expectations. This villa exceeded all our hopes. We left England tired with no small amount of stress. Within a few days these feelings have gone completely. The villa is beautifully situated, perched on a cliff with unending sea views. In England we spend so much time, checking clocks and chasing deadlines. Here time truly stops. Not till very late does the sun leave the villa. The terrace is large and comfortable, perfect for shade and eating outdoors. The pool is simply delightful, the water warm till way past midnight. The kitchen is well equipped and spacious. Because of this, we rarely felt the need to venture out. We did however visited the Alhambra -obviously!- and discovered a beautiful, local beach, Playa del Canuelo, it is 20 minutes away, set in a nature reserve and though a pebble beach, it is secluded with beautifully clear water. A real gem. Finally, the owner ensured people were close to hand should we need them, though at no point did we have any issues whatsoever. We've stayed in many properties across Europe. This however was by far our best experience. Highly recommended.

Oase über dem Meer

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche. Das Haus und die Außenanlagen sind sehr gepflegt. Es ist alles sehr großzügig und der Blick von den Terrassen auf das Meer ist sensationell. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Un panorama exceptionnel

Vue sur mer dans toutes les pièces de la maison. Les espaces conviviaux extérieurs sont très agréables. Nous avons eu la chance de voir quelques dauphins au petit matin. 15 minutes à pied suffisent pour aller se baigner dans la très claire Méditerranée.

Amazing location

We’ve enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful surroundings and you never get tired of the sea view. Very clean and good maintained property inside. We’ve discovered an interesting fact about the climate of the area - it’s quite cooler there then in the rest of the surrounding. During one week of our stay in July we’ve only used the cooler once at night. And some other nights we’ve even used extra warm blankets. Extra warm clothes on the terrace in the morning and evening can be handy. But when the sun is coming to the pool - its a perfect match of warmth and cooling down. A few times we’ve walked down to Herradura. It’s about 1,7km walk with beautiful vistas.

Wonderful!!!

What a beautiful place!!!! The house is perfectly situated and the pool is to die for. The views are amazing and there is so much to do nearby. We enjoyed our holiday so much that no doubt we will return in the future but for a longer period next time. We would recommend this place to anyone who wants to relax and to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. There are all kinds of activities on hand and plenty of interesting places to visit too. Keep an eye out for the dolphins as it's something not to be missed. Thanks to the owner and the housekeeper for being so helpful and thanks for the wonderful memories. Una maravilla!!! Es el sitio ideal para escapar de la vida rutinaria. Ofrece relax y cerca hay todo tipo de actividades para disfrutar del mar y los alrededores. Ya tenemos ganas de volver!!

Paradisiaque

Très belle propriété, dans un cadre magnifique. Le seul bruit que vous entendrez ça sera celui des bateaux qui passent plus bas et des mouettes. Maison qui correspond très bien a l annonce, le propriétaire vous informe très bien et répond rapidement au mail (en anglais). On remercie aussi le gardien qui passe 2 fois s occuper du jardin et de la piscine, il est très sympathique, c est un gars du coin alors il connait tous les trucs a voir, et en plus il parle français.

Merveilleux

Super maison, nous ne regrettons pas notre choix. Nous sommes partis à 5 avec 2 ados et une petite fille, la vue et la maison sont magnifiques. Nous avons été accueilli dés notre arrivée et la personne en charge de l'entretien de la maison s'est montrée très discrète. La piscine et excellente avec une vue imprenable qui nous a permis de voir les dauphins au loin (ne pas oublier ses jumelles). Endroit calme et fonctionnel tout y est pour passer de super vacances. Attention pas de ventilateurs ni clim, si il n'y a pas de vent la chaleur la nuit est mortelle ;-) mais on s'y fait...

Une vue superbe

une maison avec une vue superbe sur la mer. la maison est très bien aérée et vraiment très agréable la nuit. la maison est faite pour 4 personnes, plus = camping. La maison de gauche a une vue sur la location et cela est vraiment pas agréable et pour le calme pas terrible les locataires des anglais ont mis constamment la musique très fort. pas de chance pour nous. Les points positif est vraiment cette vue et une chance pour nous les petits déjeunés avec les baleines et les dauphins au large devant la maison.

Vue exceptionnelle et calme assuré

Perchée sur la punta de la Mona, la villa (facile à trouver) et la piscine ont une vue spectaculaire sur la mer. Si vous avez de la chance comme nous, vous pourrez même voir des dauphins... depuis la piscine ! La maison est fonctionnelle et agréable, parfaitement équipée. Jose (parlant français) vient régulièrement entretenir la piscine et les extérieurs. Merci à lui de ne pas avoir fait de bruit pendant que mes filles dormaient... La villa est bien située et proche de la Herradura, une voiture est indispensable pour accéder aux plages (de galets) et aux supermarchés. La situation est idéale pour visiter Grenade (1h de route - à ne pas manquer), Nerja (belle ville de pêcheur et touristique à 15 minutes), Almunecar ou Malaga... ou bien encore découvrir les très nombreuses plages aux eaux cristallines (masque et tuba conseillés) à proximité. Nous avons passé 15 jours dans cette "maison de famille". A recommander à tous ceux qui recherchent des vacances relaxantes dans un cadre exceptionnel et loin du tumulte et du béton des grandes stations balnéaires. Les gens ici sont chaleureux, gentils et ont le sourire même si tous ne parlent pas le français ou l'anglais. Merci encore à Fernando pour ses conseils avisés, notamment ses adresses de restaurants qui ont fait (entre autre) notre bonheur.

Très belle vue sur la mer!

Très belle maison avec piscine et vue imprenable sur la mer! Un petit coin de paradis loin du bruit et du tumulte des touristes! Je recommande vivement!
