Ideally located between sea, mountains, Perpignan and Spain, at the foot of the Pyrenees, with sunshine of 300 days per year, studio on the ground floor (35m2) of our house (year 2005), consisting of a bedroom for 2 people (real 140cm bed), a bathroom with 1 shower, 1 WC and 1 vanity unit, a lounge, a kitchen to prepare your breakfasts, meals. The kitchen is equipped with: dishes, utensils, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, fridge, washing machine, microwave. Wifi available. Flat screen TV + dvd player
You can also enjoy the terrace (12m2). Our neighborhood is quiet (in 1 dead end), reserved parking in front of the house.
5 minutes you will be in the city center (post office, banks, shops, Museum of Modern Art, old town, arenas).
Céret is located 25 km from the Côte Vermeille, 15 km from the Spanish border and near the walking trails to the peaks of Haut Vallespir.
The TGV station and Perpignan airport are 30 km away and served by a € 1 bus line from the station, and shuttle + bus from the airport.
Girona Airport is 70 km away (served by bus).
Ceret and Collioure have attracted many painters such as Picasso, Matisse, Dali and many others.
Within an hour you can visit the Dali Museum in Figueres, and also the Spanish seaside resorts (Roses, l'Escala, ...)
