Viva San Remo!
Tolle Lage, keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß ans Meer. Die Durchgangsstraße ist immer hörbar, jedoch sind viele kleine Läden, Cafés und Supermärkte ebenfalls in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und schön möbliert.

Soggiorno a Sanremo
Casa funzionale ed essenziale con tutto l’occorrente per poter vivere. La casa è situata in una zona rumorosa in quanto è sulla strada principale (si consigliano, se avete il sonno leggero, dei tappi per le orecchie), ma per quanto riguarda la posizione è perfetta per i servizi di ogni genere. La spiaggia libera (con scogli) è molto vicina, invece per chi vuole la sabbia c’è la spiaggia Tre Ponti che dista 20 minuti a piedi. La casa è molto calda, ma ci sono i ventilatori ed un condizionatore da poter usare per rimanere comunque freschi. Un po’ confusa è la dinamica per lo smaltimento dei rifiuti. Nel complesso per chi vuole stare in acqua tutto il giorno, godersi il mare e non ha bisogno di grandi cose è perfetta. Ci sono parcheggi, ma consigliamo di lasciare la macchina po’ lontano dalla casa, sulle strisce bianche che non si pagano, e dimenticarvi di essa. Meglio muoversi a piedi, o in bici o in moto.

Annonce éloignée de la réalité. Manque de transparence
Appartement qui pourrait avoir du potentiel si la propriétaire serait soucieuse du bien d'êtres de ses locataires . Je déconseille fortement pour une famille avec enfants. Que dire pour êtres honnête🤔SALE et VIEUX. Moisissure sur les joints du frigo . Literie en piteuse état. Électro ménager qui date de ma grand mère. Pas de micro ondes en 2023🤔Ustensiles de cuisine gras et très ancien. Mini cafetière italienne (pour deux café )Climatiseur d'appoint pas possible de maintenir la fraîcheur . Pas de place de parking comme signalé dans l'annonce . La baignoire n'en est pas une c'est un sabot ( sale ) ballon d'eau chaude juste au dessus . Je tiens à dire que les photos de l'appartement montre le minimum ( stratégique !!!) Jouet qui sont en faite une pelle et un râteaux .Grosse arnaque. C'est honteux. J'ai loué 7 jours et je suis partie au bout du 4eme. Oreiller couleur jaune pipi . Bonne chance au futur vacancier . Ha j'oubliais si vous branché la clim et que le ballon d'eau est en chauffe ça dijoncte. Il faut partir a la cave pour accéder au compteur.

Not what we expected
The apartment is next to a busy street. Air conditioning is only at 1 room so you need to share it. When we arrived, the air conditioning was broken and it took almost a week to replace it. With temeperatures over 35C it was a real challenge to survive with kids. Sink in the toilet was broken and had to be repaired. Be careful when using too many electrical equipment as it will shut off the power. At least, there are no issues with contacting the owner, although only in Italian language.

Alles sauber und in guter Lage
Die Wohnung eignete sich sehr gut für 4 Personen. Alle waren sehr freundlich. Nur die Umgebung war abends bzw. Nachts sehr laut und Parkplätze waren auch nicht immer leicht zu finden. Die Klimaanlage hat viel Wasser verloren.

inconvénients : quartier non central, pas de terrasse, fenêtres sur rue très bruyantes, plages proches de cailloux, difficulté pour trouver une place de parking avantages : tous commerces à proximité à pied, plage à 100m, plage de sable à 15 minutes à pied. centre de San Remo à 2km. appartement spacieux et fonctionnel

Günstig und gut
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten und ausgestattet. Das Meer und die Stadt sind fußläufig erreichbar, ebenso der Bahnhof. Ziele wie Monaco, Genua oder Imperia sind gut mit der Bahn erreichbar. Wer gern mal eine kleine Wanderung macht, kann sich direkt von der Haustür weg nach Bussana Vecchia oder San Romolo aufmachen. Ein Highlight für mich war der ausgebaute Fahrradweg auf der ehemaligen Bahntrasse am Meer entlang, der keine 100m vom Haus entfernt verläuft. Zwei kleinere Supermärkte sind ganz nah. Und die Pizza von gegenüber ist ziemlich lecker. In Summe kann ich die Wohung guten Gewissens weiter empfehlen. Sie liegt leider nur an einer ziemlich lauten und auch nachts viel befahrenen Straße.

Sehr laut, "äußerst verkehrsgünstige Lage"
Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig. Der rostige Boiler über der Sitzwanne erfordert neben viel Mut einen Helm bei der Körperpflege. Die "belebte Gegend" stellte sich als eine äußerst stark befahrene Straße (24h) heraus. Die Sicherheit zeigte sich, als ein Obdachloser das Treppenhaus zum übernachten nutzte Das vorhandene mobile Klimagerät funktionierte grundsätzlich gut, jedoch ist ein geöffnetes Fenster für die Abluft trotz Verkehrslärm nötig. Zudem flutete es die Wohnung mit Kondenswasser. Ständiges aufwischen ist bei nutzung unerlässlich. Geschirr, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Teppiche etc. sind ausreichend vorhanden. Der nächste saubere Strand ist in ca. 4km erreichbar; zwei gut sortierte Supermärkte sind in 100m zu Fuß erreichbar, ebenso Gastronomie. Das schöne Stadtzentrum ist in ca zwei Kilometern zu erreichen.

Carina, accogliente e dotata di tutte le necessità, anche la propria è stata molto disponibile all’arrivo e ci ha consegnato le chiavi dopo pulizia e disinfezione di tutti i locali. Nonostante la lontananza dal mare è ben predisposta di mezzi pubblici nelle vicinanze.
