Super sejour

Appartement fonctionnel, tres bien agence, equipe, on ne peut qu'apprecier chaque minute le panorama depuis la baie vitree et la terasse sur l'ocean ! C'est le gros plus de cet appartement. Tres belle piscine et a 5 min a pied de la plage. Proprietaire sympatique et aidant! Les petits regrets (mais qui n'ont en rien ga ge le sejour) : les quelques casseroles qui meriteraient d'etre changees, rajouter des transats a la piscine pour en profiter pleinement.

Toller Urlaub in sehr schöner Wohnung

Das spektakulärste an der Wohnung ist eindeutig die Lage mit der Aussicht, am Hang gelegen und dadurch natürlich mit reichlich Stufen. Die Ausstattung ist vollkommen, die Betten sind sehr gut und, wer es trotz der Aussicht braucht ;-), es gibt mehrere deutschsprachige Fernsehsender. Der kleine Strand, Supermarkt und ein paar Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr nett und die Antwortzeiten sehr schnell. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Très bel appartement surplombant la baie de Rosas

Très bel appartement, très bien équipé, avec vue imprenable sur la baie, juste magnifique. Logement idéal pour famille de 4 personnes, grand balcon donnant sur piscine de la résidence, peu fréquentée et vue baie. La descente à la plage Canyelles se fait bien, la remontée est plus sportive, mais se fait bien. Cette plage, à l’écart du centre ville, est juste reposante, agréable et on y trouve toujours de la place. Le logement étant sur les hauteurs, cela assure la tranquillité du lieu.... En prime, le restaurant de poisson El Paquito, au niveau de la plage est à tomber... Toute la famille recommande, et on y retourne à les yeux fermés !

Bel appartement avec vue magnifique sur la baie de Rosas

Appartement propre et bien équipé à 15 mn de la plage. La piscine est peu fréquentée. Le barbecue sur la terrasse est un plus et la place de parking est indispensable car le stationnement est un vrai problème à Rosas. Nous recommandons vivement. Madame Rieu est à l'écoute et rapidement disponible pour répondre aux questions.

What the blurb doesn’t tell you

Wonderful apartment and lovely view. The pictures are confusing as it shows old photos and more recently taken and the amenities list has been altered since our booking to exclude towels. However the apartment is indeed lovely and there is parking, but there was no welcome book to advise on the apartment or the area, which would have been useful. We went in August and it was very hot! Air conditioning only available in the lounge. Parking in Roses is a nightmare the 7 min walk to the beach is very steeply down and therefore a real slog up! Based on the photos and description when we booked we had expected the beds to be made up and towels to be available. On arriving in the country we were notified by the owner that towels and bedding are not provided, which should have been made clear!We arrived by car so it would not have been a problem to included them in our packing. We spent our first evening in the country trying to find linen which cost €85 ( oh and the pillows are square so available pillowcases in Spain won’t fit.) The internet is poor and only two simultaneous sign ins at one time. The balcony recliners had no cushions and were therefore not very comfortable. There was no DVD player which was listed as available, as were towels. Parking to eat out was so difficult that we ate in mostly. However, the apartment and the pool are lovely.

Traumhafter Ausblick!

Sehr schöne und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Schöner, grosser Balkon mit einem tollen Grill. Der Panoramablick ist einfach atemberaubend!!! Wir waren 4 Personen(2 Erwachsene mit 2 Kinder) in diesem Apartment und haben uns von erster Sekunde an wohl gefüllt. Die Vermieter Florence und Claude sind sehr nette und freundliche Besitzer dieser wundervollen Wohnung. Vielen Dank für die tollen Ferien!

Roses est une ville très sympathique pour passer des vacances réussies. L appartement de Mme Rieu est pratique et joli. 2 Sdb pour 4 personnes c est très pratique. La vue de l appartement et de la piscine est juste incroyable.

Nous avons été très bien renseigné et très bien accueilli dans ce bel appartement. L' appartement est très confortable, bien équipé et la vue de la terrasse est tout simplement magnifique !! La climatisation est très appréciable ainsi que ventilateur de plafond dans la chambre principale. Nous avons apprécié le barbecue sur la terrasse et profité de la piscine et de la proximité de la plage de Canyelles Petites. La place de parking est très pratique également et la TV dispose des chaînes françaises. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour!

Toujours aussi bien!

2ème année que nous louons cet appartement. Toujours aussi bien ! L'accueil du propriétaire est toujours chaleureux, l'appartement dispose de tout le confort nécessaire et se trouve très bien situé : la plage est à 10 min à pied, la piscine sur place permet de se rafraichir à tout moment, et la résidence est calme. Idéal pour passer des vacances au soleil !

appartement tout confort, très bien situé dans une résidence calme avec piscine, tout proche de la plage et des commerces de proximité. Vue magnifique sur la baie. Terrasse ombragée, qui permet de ne pas souffrir de la chaleur. La résidence est à 3 kms du centre de Rosas, on accède en quelques minutes aux restaurants, activités nautiques (même si les places de parking sont rares..) et boutiques. Excellent accueil des propriétaires, disponibles et de bons conseils pour visiter la région. Que de bons souvenirs !

Séjour parfait !!!

Très bon accueil des propriétaires, vraiment charmants ! L'appartement est splendide , bien agencé avec tout l'équipement nécessaire, et la vue est sublime !!!!!! Un vrai bonheur de se lever le matin et d'avoir cette vue sur la mer !! Je conseille cet appartement qui est très bien situé dans un endroit très calme.

Trés bel appartement standing, magnifique vue mer

Appartement spacieux moderne dans construction récente avec équipement très complet. Literie confortable. Salon, salle a manger standing et de bon gout. Terrasse sans vis a vis avec BBQ en dur, correctement meublée, vue splendide sur la plage de Canyelles Petites et sur toute la baie de Rosas. Secteur très calme, Parking privé facile d’accès comme ce n'est pas toujours le cas en Espagne. Enfin... il ne manque rien!
