There are two bedroom suites, each with its own bath.
Kitchen with stainless steal appliances and granite counter tops, Dining area and Living Room overlooking the Park. You also have a fast WiFi/Internet Connection, AC which are all located in a very safe building with 24- hr. concierge, gated garage, gym and pool.
Right across the street from Hermann Park located in the heart of the Texas Medical Center/Museum District and next to Downtown. Walking distance to the Medical Center with free shuttle bus available weekdays (many medical professionals live here and this building is often chosen by patients for its proximity to the hospitals). Also, a 10 min. drive to the many great restaurants in Midtown or Downtown.

Included are utilities (WiFi, A/C, Heat, Water, Electric*) and you will have access to all building amenities, your own parking space and in unit washer and dryer.
The building features, a resort style pool with hot tub and cabana lounging beds, a full size sports gym, club house, garage attendants and 24-hr concierge. This is a very safe building.
Located at the Texas Medical Center, and the Museum District. Visit Hermann Park for the Houston Zoo, Miller Outdoor Theater, play a round at the 18 hole Golf Course or walk/ jog along its many paths and trails. All across the street! Or visit the Museum district for new exhibits and film productions. And just down the road, the Mid-town area offers nightlife and great dinning options.
The Texas Medical Center is located 5 mins. away across Hermann Park and we are located on the free loop shuttle between the different Medical Center buildings.
We are located near Route 288 for convenient access to all major Highways (Rt. 59 or 610) that can take you quickly to work or to explore Houston. Downtown with its sports arenas are 15 mins. away to the north or go shopping at the Galleria 25 mins. away.
