Emplacement idéal

Très bon emplacement. Proche de la plage et proches commerces. Vélos mis à disposition gracieusement ce qui permet de rejoindre rapidement intra-muros. Hôte sympatique et à l'écoute.

A recommander

Un grand merci au propriétaire des lieux pour la propreté de l'appartement (par ailleurs bien agencé et bien équipé) et d'une façon plus générale, pour son implication. Le logement est très bien situé (à 2 pas de la "digue"), proche de commerces (supérette et boulangerie, institut de beauté :-) etc. Le stationnement est relativement facile mais pas directement dans la rue : gros fainéants s'abstenir ;-) Rue qui, curieusement, n'est pas en sens unique : il y a pas mal de circulation. Nous ne savons pas si c'est dérangeant en journée (étant absents) mais en tout cas, heureusement, le soir, cela ne pose pas de problème (la chambre est de l'autre côté). En bref, nous ferons encore ce choix lors de notre prochain séjour à St-Malo.

Schöne Wohnung in Strandnähe, gute Infrastruktur

Die Wohnung ist klein aber fein. Alles, was man so braucht, ist da, fünf Minuten zum Strand und ebenso viele Gehminuten zum Supermarkt, Bäcker und Metzger. Ein freundlicher Hausmeister unterstützt vor Ort. Und hat es in St. Malo sehr gut gefallen. Wir würden wiederkommen.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay in Parame, Saint-Malo in July very much. The apartment is nice and comfortable for two adults, there is everything you need (except WiFi), the kitchen is well equipped. Nice, that there are 2 bikes! It's a short way to the beautiful beach (5 minutes on foot). The old town of Saint Malo, intra muros, is nearby, just a 20 minutes walk along the beach. Thank you Monsieur Portier for the friendly contact and your tips for us as German tourists.

Parfait

idealement situé ce logement est à la fois fonctionnel, propre, de très bon goût, idéal pour un couple avec 2 enfants. Le logement est situé dans une rue calme, on peut aller à la plage à pied. Les propriétaires sont très disponibles et accueillants, Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse!

Parfait!

Appartement très agréable , très bien situé , très propre. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour , et avons eu un gros coup de cœur por St Malo! Parfait !

L'appartement est nickel comme sur les photos , très bien placé et l'endroit est calme . Nous avons pu faire de belles balades grâce aux vélos que nous laisse les propriétaires qui sont d'ailleurs très accessible. Nous y reviendront sûrement et avec plaisir !

Très bonne location

Nous étions trois, un couple avec un enfant en bas âge. L'appartement est propre et en très bon état, dans un quartier calme près de la plage. Nous avons apprécié le lit bébé, les vélos (avec siège bébé), le matériel de plage et la disponibilité des hôtes qui n'ont pas hésité à nous rendre service. Très bonne adresse à Saint-Malo!

Bel appartement

Appartement propre,très bien équipé et très bien situé. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et on vite résolu un problème de machine à lavé.Nous avons passé 15 jours agréables. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir et je le recommande vivement.

"Nous avons été bien accu...

"Nous avons été bien accueilli par le propriétaire qui nous attendait à l''arrivée. Il nous a donné de bons conseils, plans et listes de curiosités à visiter. L''appartement correspond parfaitement aux photos, tout est neuf. la décoration est soignée et moderne. L''équipement est parfait, (rien ne manque) et de bonne qualité. Nous avons passé quatre jours très agréables. Le quartier est calme. C''est un bon point de départ pour de belles ballades, la plus belle plage de Saint Malo est à 2 mn. Nous avons beaucoup appréciés le quartier et ses magnifiques maisons, les restos et intramuros à ne pas rater! Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de ce premier séjour à Saint Malo. "Nous avons été enchantée...

"Nous avons été enchantées de cette appartement totalement remis à neuf et en tout point conforme aux photos : propreté, équipement très complet, mobilier neuf et moderne, aménagement. La location est située à deux pas de la très belle plage de Rochebonne, proche de ST MALO intra-muros, dans un environnement très calme et résidentiel . Pas de problème de parking. "appartement en parfaite correlation avec les photos et la description bien equipé de ces petits details qui agrementent le quotidien rarement trouvé dans les locations proximite de la mer a 5 minutes a pied, 25 minutes a pied par la plage de st malo intramuros, petits commerces dont un resto sympa tres pres,font de cet appartement sobre, refait a neuf et bien equipé, une belle location rapport qualite prix"
