Padrona di casa disponibile a venire incontro alle ns esigenze, anche in fase di check out. L'appartamento è molto pulito, confortevole e la spiaggia si raggiunge in pochi minuti a piedi.Per andare in centro meglio avere mezzo di trasporto. La nostra prima vacanza in Sardegna
All'arrivo i proprietari disponibili e gentili ci hanno accolto benissimo, facendoci visitare subito l'appartamento, (molto pulito), adeguato ad una famiglia di 4 persone, completo dei comfort che ognuno ha a casa propria. Si trova in una zona tranquilla e per gli spostamenti verso il centro e per raggiungere le attività commerciali serve l'auto, ma per la spiaggia 5 minuti a piedi e si arriva in una fantastica pineta, e poco dopo ecco aprirsi una tra le più belle spiagge della Sardegna, Maria Pia. Anche la vicinanza ad una strada a scorrimento veloce non dà particolarmente fastidio. Rifaremmo senz'altro la nostra scelta e la consigliamo.

Appartamento molto accogliente, pulito e ben curato. Dotato di tutto il necessario per potersi godere la vacanza al meglio. Posizione ottima per raggiungere a piedi la spiaggia di Maria Pia. Proprietari molto cordiali e disponibili. Consiglio questo apparatemento vivamente per passare una splendida vacanza!!

Strandnähe, viel Platz & Ruhe, perfekte Kommunikation
Wir kamen etwas verspätet an, doch das war kein Problem für den Vermieter. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und begrüßt. Alle Funktionalitäten wie Klimaanlage, Mülltrennung, Waschraum und Küche wurden uns erklärt. Ebenso standen ein Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen, Strandstühle, Terrassentisch und -stühle, Handtücher, Händedesinfketionsmittel in der Diele und im Bad, ein Bialetti, Küchenutensilien zum Kochen, Wasser, Zucker, Salz sowie weitere Lebensmittel für die Erstverpflegung zur Verfügung. Das war mehr als wir erwartet hatten. Zudem hatten wir zu dritt ausreichend Platz und fühlten uns sehr wohl. Die Lage war für uns ideal, da wir die Nähe zum Strand Maria Pia (700m) und eine tolle Verkehrsanbindung für Ausflüge bspw. nach Palau oder Stintino hatten. Außerdem ist man mit dem Bus oder Auto schnell in der Innenstand, am Lido oder bei Supermärkten wie NonnaIsa, Conad, COOP oder Lidl. Aufgrund der Covid-19 Situation war uns die Sauberkeit sehr wichtig, von daher haben wir am ersten Tag alles nach unserem Geschmack gesäubert und desinfiziert, aber das bleibt jedem überlassen. Grundsätzlich war das Appartment sauber. Die Abstimmung mit dem Vermieter vor der Ankunft sowie während des Aufenthalts und danach war stets sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und konnten die Zeit in Alghero genießen. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen und können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Vielen Dank für alles.

Ottima esperienza
Benché l'appartamento non sia grande, è estremamente funzionale: le camere sono provviste di tutto ciò che occorre, così come lo spazio lavanderia e il terrazzo. L'arredamento è nuovissimo e calibrato sugli spazi a disposizione; a disposizione biancheria da letto e da bagno, piatti, bicchieri, posate e attrezzi da cucina, pentolame, ombrellone e sedie da spiaggia...Aggiungo il perfetto isolamento termoacustico, che per me è stata una piacevole sorpresa, dato che un lato della casa si affaccia su una strada a scorrimento veloce. La posizione è ottima per raggiungere le spiagge: Mariapia a cinque minuti a piedi, il Lido-ospedale Marino a 15 minuti a piedi, Le bombarde e il Lazzaretto a pochi minuti di auto. Ho trovato inoltre una estrema pulizia in tutti gli ambienti. I proprietari gentili, disponibili e discreti. Un soggiorno veramente gradevole.

Appartamento moderno e confortevole, con tutte le dotazioni necessarie per trascorrere la vacanza senza problemi, molto vicino alla bellissima spiaggia di Maria Pia, che è stata la nostra destinazione per quasi tutti i giorni della vacanza.

Very nice apartment
The flat was very nice and clean; the four of us fit easily and it had everything necessary for staying and cooking. The beach within a 5-minute walk is quite good, though it was rather busy all the time (except for early mornings). The apartment is situated outside of the city and is pretty far from the supermarkets. We had to hire a car because of this, but it was well worth it, as we were able to visit many fantastic places in Sardinia.

Ci siamo stati per tre settimane al appartamento di Matteo e devo dire che è stata la scelta perfetta per visitare la zona. L’appartamento è molto confortevole, ben attrezzato con tutto che è necessario per godere delle vacanze alla spiaggia: biancheria, posate, lavatrice, sapone, olio, sale, aceto, ombrelloni .........inoltre molto pulito. Letto comodissimo. I proprietari molto disponibili, ci hanno risposto subito a tutte le richieste, sono stati veramente molto gentile. La posizione è ideale: 5 min a piedi dalla spiaggia di Maria Pia, 20 min in bus ad Alghero (abbiamo fatto anche qualche passeggiata in paese, +/- 45 min. Consigliato!!!

Appartamento veramente molto grazioso, pratico ,funzionale e con ottime finiture. Sono rimasta colpita dalla pulizia,assolutamente impeccabile. Proprietari gentilissimi e molto disponibili. Spiaggia di Maria Pia veramente vicina,5 minuti a piedi...personalmente molto bella e adatta ai bambini. Consiglio di avere una macchina per raggiungere il centro di Alghero,le bellissime spiagge dei dintorni e anche per fare la spesa, perché il supermercato non è raggiungibile a piedi e non ci sono negozietti nelle vicinanze.

Molto soddisfatti!
Con le nostre due bimbe abbiamo trascorso qui 2 settimane e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo! La casa è nuova ed ha un'ottima dotazione: utensileria, elettrodomestici grandi e piccoli... ci si trova praticamente tutto il necessario! Trovata ben pulita e completa di biancheria; i proprietari sono davvero molto gentili e disponibili e attenti ai bambini: ci hanno messo a disposizione un lettino da campeggio ed un passeggino (che quindi non abbiamo dovuto portare) ed in casa abbiamo trovato anche giochi da spiaggia, fogli per disegnare... Un ampio balcone ben vivibile ci ha aiutato a trascorrere anche le ore più calde in cui no stavamo in spiaggia. Parcheggio sempre disponibile e possibilità di arrivare in spiaggia a piedi completano il quadro. Unica pecca la rumorosità di giorno dovuta all'adiacenza ad una strada piuttosto frequentata, ma alla fine il disturbo è trascurabile.. ottima esperienza!

Piena soddisfazione
abbiamo soggiornato in coppia dal 19 al 28 agosto e siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti della casa. L'appartamento è completo di ogni tipo di comfort, pratico e ben arredato. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato l'ampio balcone, ben riparato, comodo anche per mangiare o rilassarsi bevendo qualcosa. A pochi minuti a piedi da una delle spiagge principali, dove anche in alta stagione è possibile trovare spazi un po' più isolati, ma anche a ragionevole distanza dal centro storico della città. Per chi poi, come noi, decide di noleggiare un'auto, i parcheggi davanti al portone della palazzina non mancano mai, il che ha rappresentato una non indifferente comodità! Particolarmente gradita, infine, l'accoglienza della simpatica proprietaria Marta e della sua disponibilissima famiglia

Appartamento nuovo,pulito ed in ordine.Tutto quello che è scritto nella descrizione corrisponde a realtà.ottima posizione sia per la spiaggia nelle vicinanze che come base di partenza per visitarele altre spiagge ed atrazioni(Bombarde,Lazzareto,capo caccia,grotte nettuno,stintino).La cordialità e disponibilità della proprietaria valore aggiunto.Alghero ed aereoporto raggiungibili anche con bus nelle vicinanze.sicuramente da consigliare a coppie o famiglie.

Vacanza indimenticabile... Sole,mare e accoglienza
Siamo una famigliola pugliese, abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento x più di un mese e, vi dirò, mi hanno colpita la cura x i dettagli e la pulizia,si respirava un buon profumo!!! Con il passare dei giorni,l'ho trovato davvero comodo, mi sembrava di essere a casa! Non vi dico dei proprietari,una famiglia eccezionale! Disponibilissimi e gentili,gente rara al giorno d'oggi... "Siamo una famiglia di Pavia composta da quattro persone che hanno soggiornato nello scorso agosto in questo bellissimo appartamento.I padroni di casa sono persone meravigliose che ci hanno fatto sentire a nostro agio. l''appartamento è nuovo,pulitissimo e ubicato in zona tranquilla.La cucina è attrezzata veramente di tutto quello che occorre anche per lunghi periodi e cosi pure le stanze da letto. Il terrazzo è vivibile e con lavanderia esterna. Questo appartamento cosi bello e il mare meraviglioso e unico della Sardegna hanno reso questa vacanza indimenticabile.Un ringraziamento al popolo sardo cosi affabile e generoso come la loro terra."

Casa nuovissima, luminosa...
Casa nuovissima, luminosa, pulita e accogliente. Posti letto comodi, terrazzo ideale per cenare all'aperto. Nonostante sia al primo piano c'e' l'ascensore, che per chi come noi ha due bimbi piccoli (passeggini, borse, ecc) è utilissimo. La spiaggia (libera) è raggiungibile a piedi in 5 minuti. Insomma lo consigliamo a tutti!

Marta and her father picked us up at the busstop in Fertilla, when we came from the airport; great service. The area was beautiful, we rented a scooter for 2 days. "Notre séjour a été parfa...
"Notre séjour a été parfait. L''appartement est très agréable, calme et entièrement neuf (l''immeuble aussi), doté d''une terrasse avec vue sur une lagune. Les propriétaires Marta et Chiara sont adorables et ont veillé à ce que nous ne manquions de rien. Il est très bien situé, proche de la plage et on peut rejoindre le centre ville d''Alghero à pied en moins de 30 minutes en marchant au bord de la mer. La région est très belle, recouverte de fleurs au printemps et il y a de nombreux loisirs à disposition. Bref, nous sommes absolument ravies et espérons pouvoir revenir bientôt! Our stay in this flat and this region of Sardaigna have been absolutely perfect. The flat is very pleasant, quiet and entirely new (as well as the building), and has a lovely terrace. Marta and Chiara are very friendly and paid a great attention to please us. The location is great also, near the beach and close to Alghero center, less than 30 minutes walking along the sea. This region is very beautiful, we have been there in Spring, it''s full of flowers. So to sum up : we were truly delighted by our stay and we hope to come back soon! "
