A 17m X 6m heated swimming pool (to enjoy also before and after season) located in the middle of the residence is at your disposal to bathe and refresh you. It is private to the residence and shared with the other villas composing it.

The villa includes 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other 2 single beds).

Schöne Unterkunft
Schöne Unterkunft mit sehr schönem Pool und tolle Anlage. Unmittelbare Nähe zum schönen Strand von Pinarellu, man ist schnell in den Bergen und auch in Porto Vecchio und Bonifacio.

Superbes vacances en famille
Très bonnes vacances. La terrasse est très proche de la piscine et donc il y a de temps en temps des nuisances sonores. Cela dépend du voisinage... La villa est très bien équipée. Et la situation géographique est géniale.

Prima uitvalsbasis om zuid Corsica te verkennen
Heerlijk verblijf gehad met een prima tuin waar je veel privacy hebt. Het zwembad is verwarmd waar we al iedere dag gebruik van hebben gemaakt.

Schöne, charmante Unterkunft in toller Lage
Sehr schöne Anlage mit tollem, großem Pool. Super zentral gelegen, so dass man alles notwendige (einkaufen, Meer, Restaurants) schnell erreichen kann. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in guter Lage
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Das Ferienhaus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet (besonders der Gasgrill und die Hängematte hatten es uns angetan) und liegt in einer sehr gepflegten und grünen kleinen Ferienhaussiedlung. Toller Pool, nur wenige Schritte vom Haus und nie zu voll. Die Lage ist perfekt für abwechslungsreiche Ausflüge an den Strand, in die Berge oder in die schönen Städtchen Bonifacio und Porto-Vecchio. Die nahegelegene Hauptverbindungsstraße Korsikas ist tatsächlich manchmal ein wenig zu hören, aber uns hat das überhaupt nicht gestört. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat perfekt geklappt (obwohl wir kein Französisch sprechen). Wir können das Haus nur rundum empfehlen!

Super séjour
Mini villa très agréable et fonctionnelle avec climatisation dans la pièce à vivre + un ventilateur. Une terrasse ombragée pour les repas avec plancha et une autre avec salon de jardin et transats, le tout très bien pensé avec des arbustes qui protègent du soleil et des regards. On peut y prendre tous ses repas. C’est magnifique. Très belle piscine à proximité immédiate avec transats et parasols. Commerces et restaurants proches de la résidence. Le linge est fourni. Seul petit bémol : nous aurions apprécié une bouteille d’eau fraîche dans le frigo à notre arrivée (à 21h les commerces sont fermés)

Tout était parfait merci encore
Mini Villa très agréable à vivre, très propre à notre arrivé, au calme, une terrasse avec barbecue et plancha, une deuxième terrasse avec salon de jardin et Hamac, une vue directe sur le jardin et en accès direct à la piscine. Table de pingpong et terrain de pétanque dans la résidence c’est super. Commerces à proximité à 1KLM (boulangerie, primeur, boucherie, presse, poste, pizzeria.) Plage de Pinarello à seulement 3klm idéale pour petit footing et baignage le matin. Cinéma en pleine à 2klm (séance à partir de 22h00). Les propriétaires des autres villas vous donneront tous les bons tuyaux pour les visites et restos. Le propriétaire et très attentif et répondra à toutes vos questions en peu de temps. En plus la clim...trop top ... Allez-y.…vite vous ne serez vraiment pas déçu. Merci pour ce séjour, nous reviendrons.

Pour le bonheur de ma fille !
Petite copropriété bien entretenue, le jardin et la piscine permettent aux enfants des différentes mini villas de s'amuser ensembles en toute sécurité. La mini villa est propre et fonctionnelle. Elle jouit d'une petite terasse ombragée avec plancha + BBQ ! Le Propriétaire est très réactif, bien aidé sur place par une équipe sérieuse (hôtesse de accueil, ménage, jardinier).

Residenz Alta Strada, sehr angenehm und ruhig
Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder: 6- + 8-jährig) haben unsere 2 Ferienwochen in dieser Mini-Villa sehr genossen. Wir wurden vom Vermieter gut vorbereitet und haben sämtliche Informationen wie Anfahrtsweg etc. rechtzeitig erhalten, und er stand auch für telefonische Anfragen zur Verfügung. Die Angaben im Inserat sind vollumfänglich korrekt. Der Empfang war sehr sympathisch und die Villa sauber. Die Anlage ist grün und ruhig gelegen. Sie verfügt über einen grossen Pool, Tisch-Tennistisch und Boggia-Kugeln. Der Sitzplatz ist im Schatten gelegen und somit sehr angenehm. Die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge an die schönen Strände im Süden Korsikas sowie in die Flusstäler. Wir können diese Anlage weiterempfehlen.

Cozy, peaceful and convenient
We are a family of three (2 adults and a 4-year-old) and we enjoyed our stay very much. The mini-villa is clean, well-equipped and situated in a peaceful and green area. The place was cozy and private. The terrace was not very large but sufficient for our needs. Our son loved the hammock. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful swimming pool - very well kept and safe for children. There is also a place to play boules. The location was a good starting point for visiting beautiful beaches of the south of Corsica. The owner is very friendly and helpful. We recommend the place wholeheartedly.

Très agréable séjour
Résidence très sympa et adaptée aux familles avec enfants. Un espace arboré où les enfants peuvent jouer en sécurité, une belle piscine. La villa est bien équipée et agréable (terrasse ombragée, bbq gaz très pratique, intérieur très propre et claire). Seul petit bémol: pas de clim. Proximité de très belles plages ou baignades dans Le Cavu.

Résidence Alta Strada
La mini-villa se situe dans une résidence très calme, verdoyante et très bien entretenue. Très bonne ambiance au sein de cette résidence qui est d'ailleurs bien située avec plage pas loin et différents commerce et activités aux alentours. Excellent point de départ pour visiter une partie de la Corse du Sud soit côté montagne (Départ du GR 20 à proximité , Aiguilles de Bavella...) soit côté mer (Pinarello à 5 mn , Palombaggia, Cala Rossa entre autres)
