Great stay
The apartment is in an ideal location only one road over and down some steps from the stunning beach everywhere is very close by foot. The host was very helpful and we would definitely visit again !!!

Autumn break
Monique met us on arrival and was very helpful and informative. The property was perfect for two couples, especially the two bathrooms and toilets. Although we ate out most of the time, the kitchen was well equipped with everything you needed. The beach is just across the road and down a few steps and shops and restaurants within an easy 10 minute stroll. You can also catch the shuttle bus into town just around the corner. A perfect place for our break.

Great apartment in a great location
An extremely comfortable apartment close to the beach and to the centre of Biarritz. Monique and Pierre (Sandra's parents) picked us up at the railway station and Monique drove us back there when we left. We were given a very thorough explanation of all the facilities in the apartment, which was stylish, clean and comfortable. We had to leave early, because of a train strike on the day we were due to leave and Sandra refunded a day's rent without our even asking.

Great place, but no parking on site
Ground level apartment with plenty of light. Bathrooms were amazing, full kitchen, wifi, washer/dryer combo unit and dishwasher. Communication was awesome. Only disappointment was it seemed there would be on site parking based on the listing amenities but we arrived to discover that only street parking was an option. Not a huge deal in the end, but parking was a criteria for our search so that was a disappointment. Would definitely stay there again!

Perfekte Ferienwohnung für Familien
Tolle und geräumige Ferienwohnung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt, zudem ist die Gastgeberin sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage zum Strand ist perfekt, auch eine Bäckerei und ein Supermarkt sind in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Einen kostenlosen Parkplatz findet man problemlos in einer der Seitenstraßen. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Nouvel An à Biarritz
Merveilleux week end passé en famille à Biarritz à l'occasion du Nouvel An. Nous avons été accueillis par la charmante maman de la propriétaire qui a été très disponible et soucieuse de notre confort. Excellente communication avec la propriétaire qui est très réactive dans ses réponses . Appartement très propre, parfaitement équipé avec une mention spéciale pour les chambres qui sont spacieuses et dotées de leur propre douche permettant ainsi l'autonomie complète de chacun. Les literies, oreillers, couettes, linge de lit sont irréprochables nous offrant ainsi tout le confort et le repos après une journée de visite dans la ville. L'emplacement permet un accès facile aux plages et au centre ville. Privilégier la marche car le stationnement dans le quartier est difficile, seule ombre au tableau idyllique de ce séjour . En conclusion, nous avons passé un excellent séjour qui donne envie de revenir pour en découvrir davantage :)

Séjour parfait à 50 m de la plage du Miramar
Appartement très bien situé tout proche de la mer et du centre, très bien équipé et bien agencé dans un bel immeuble. Cet appartement garde une certaine fraîcheur appréciable l’été du fait d’être en demi sous-sol, mais en contrepartie un petit manque de luminosité dans les chambres et le bruit de la rue assez présent dans le salon /cuisine. L’hôte très aimable a pris toutes les précautions vis à vis du Codiv pour que l’on passe un séjour agréable en toute sécurité.

Bravo à l'architecte qui a conçu cet appartement ou tout l'espace est optimisé et bravo à Sandra pour la décoration. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par madame Coussillan dans un esprit de confiance mutuel. Nous avons apprécié l'intégration des salles de bains dans les chambres, les équipements haut de gamme, la très bonne qualité de la literie, la proximité de la plage et du centre ville, et avons largement utilisé la navette gratuite dont l'arrêt est tout proche. Nous recommandons cette location.

Cet appartement est très bien placé, à deux pas de la plage et proche du centre ville. Il est propre et moderne et dispose de tout l’équipement nécessaire. Nous y avons été très bien accueillies et avons passé un excellent séjour. Je vous le recommande fortement !
