Great holiday villa and location with friends
A great weeks holiday for 8 girl friends. The villa was well equipped, clean and in a great location. Lacanau Ocean a 30 minute walk with great shops, cycle hires and restaurants as well as bakery. It was so peaceful overlooking the golf course and west facing so plenty sun. The only improvements/ suggestions: more sun loungers and to have the pool cleaned more. would recommend.

We had a very good holiday in this villa. When we arrived, we found there an excellent bottle of wine: a gift from the owner. The house was nice and clean and was situated in a beautiful and quiet area. We all had lots of fun in the swimming pool, which was cleaned by the manager several times a week. The kitchen was very well equipped. At the beginning there were hardly enough knifes and spoons, but after we told the manager, he brought us more the next day. The only negative point were the wasps: there was a wasp-hole at the neighbours' home and it took several days before it has been removed. Generally, we are very satisfied about this location.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus in bester Lage
Das Haus war perfekt ausgestattet und die Lage mit Blick auf den Golfplatz und die Pinien war wunderbar. Alle Einrichtungsgegenstände waren von hoher Qualität. Gute Matratzen, eine sehr gut bestückte Küche und viele Sonnenliegen. Besonders praktisch war, dass auch eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner zur Verfügung standen. Wir waren rundum begeistert.

Très jolie maison face au golf, avec tout le confort . Disposition des pièces permettant à chaque famille de garder son intimité. Aucun vis à vis et piscine très appréciable. Très bel environnement extérieur (piscine avec vue directe sur le golf) beaucoup de verdure. Maison très fonctionnelle et claire, mais sans charme particulier. Mobilier simple et basique. il faut 15 bonnes minutes pour aller dans le centre et aux plages en vélo par pistes cyclables.

Location maison Eden Parc Lacanau-Ocean face trou 5 golf l’Ardilouse
Séjour agréable en bordure du golf de l’Ardilouse, dans une maison très bien agencée avec 2 coins nuits séparés comprenant chacun 2 chambres et 1 salle de bain de part et d’autre de la grande pièce à vivre avec salle à manger, cuisine ouverte et un salon avec 3 belles grandes baies vitrées donnant sur la piscine et la végétation. Un agréable patio couvert pour manger à l’abri du soleil ou une table sur la vaste terrasse de la piscine avec 2 parasols et 4 bains de soleil. Belle piscine dans un jardin bien paysagé sans vis à vis, l’ensemble entretenu toutes les semaines. Suivant la température extérieure, la piscine peut devenir fraîche voir très fraîche. Parfait accueil du service de conciergerie très disponible et propriétaire à l’écoute. Une bouteille de Haut-Medoc en cadeau de bienvenue à l’arrivée. 3 golfs à proximité (accès en voiture max 10 mn) : UCPA compact, la Mejanne 9 trous magnifique et 18 trous l’Ardilouse, tous arborés. 3,5 km de la plage centrale avec piste cyclable de bout en bout. Séjour très sympathique.

Superbe villa, fonctionnelle bien équipée. La vue sur le golf est un plus sans parler de la piscine. Semaine reposante qui nous a permis de recharger nos batteries. Communication avec le propriétaire ou conciergerie excellente, réactivité au top . Nous avons apprécié la délicate attention à notre arrivée , une bouteille de vin offerte par le propriétaire ainsi que le reste.....Pour résumé une adresse que nous retiendrons pour de prochaines vacances.

Het is een mooi onderhouden villa. Van alle gemakken voorzien en schitterend uitzicht over de golf.
De villa is op een mooi stuk grond neergezet. Er zit een mooie tuin omheen die goed onderhouden is. Alle middelen zijn aanwezig voor een heerlijke relaxte vakantie, zoals een mooi zwembad, bbq, vaatwasser, meer dan voldoende keukengerei, wasmachine, strijkplank, etc. Het huis bevindt zich in een mooi naaldbos dat zich uitstekend leent voor fietsen. Tot slot is de service en gastvrijheid van Christine en de eigenaar heel fijn! Wij gaan zeker nog eens terug.

Very nice house located in a friendly neighborhood. Pine trees with squirrels, golf field view, nice pool. Clean and properly maintained house equipped with all the necessary kitchen and pool stuff, etc. 5-10 minutes drive from the ocean. Responsive owners and gardener / maintenance serviceman. Stayed 4 weeks in 2014 with my 3 daughters and wife, had very nice time, will contract the house for the next year.
