Beautifull provencale style villa, suitable for 10 guests, with large 12x6 meter swimmingpool and recently renovated private tennis court.
It is very special to have a private tennis court in this area!
The villa has a large terras with dining table and lounge set with a beautifull, unobstructed view of the hills of chateau de Marres, a well known wine estate.
The main building has three levels. On top is the master bedroom, with private bathroom and balcony. At living room level 2 additional bedrooms, sharing a large bathroom. A further two bedrooms at gardenlevel, each with its private bedroom. The mayor bedrooms on living room level and the first floor have recently installed airco systems.
The villa has a large living room. Television with international channels and wifi are available. Outside there is an open air barbeque and a petanque alley.
