About this property

Charming apartment in the heart of the city in Aix-en-Provence.

Bright two-room apartment 40 m2 completely renovated for 1 to 4 people. Very well equipped independent kitchen.

Our apartment is located in the heart of the city of Aix en Provence.
Very close to the Town Hall, in a pedestrian street.
Every day a small vegetable market within 5 minutes on foot and 3 times a week a large vegetable, clothing and 'flea' market, always within 5 minutes on foot.

There are also many restaurants, casual or gourmet, nearby.
You will also find, a little further down our street, a grocery store if you prefer to cook.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the equipment you may need, appliances (hotplates, fridge, toaster, microwave and dishwasher).

We are classified 2 * Furnished Tourism by the Prefecture of Bouches du Rhône.

Easy walking to everything! Fanny was very hospitable and took time to highlight places of interest to us to go, including restaurants, shops, museums, markets, etc. Located in midst of lots of restaurants and nightlife.

This place is wonderful. Bright and airy and easy to walk to everything you want to experience in Aix. The street at night is a bit noisy but overall a great place and would stay here again!

I came to spend a couple of days with my daughter who was finishing up a semester abroad, this apartment was perfect, central to the town but was quiet, so relaxing. Loved my time there.

A superb place to stay!
Fanny's apartment in Aix-en-Provence is great in all ways. A super location in a great town, very clean and comfortable. Everything you need is present. It's in the middle of a lively town, but that's right where we wanted to be. Most importantly, Fanny is kind and delightful and made our stay very comfortable. Highly recommended!

Charming apartment in Aix en Provence
Our hosts, Fanny and Jean were warm and very hospitable. They provided us with information about things to do and recommendations on restaurants. The apartment is in the heart of old Aix with a short walk to all the city has to offer. The kitchen is well stocked for meal preparation if that’s what you desire. We highly recommend staying here for a totally enjoyable stay in Aix.

Wonderful Property in Perfect Location

This was an excellent location for our stay in Aix. We were able to walk everywhere and enjoyed shopping at the markets, which were very close by. I have only positive comments for Fanny and for this experience. My teenage granddaughter and I felt secure and very comfortable. Fanny and Jean were very helpful and truly cared for our well-being. Perfect location, perfect host
We were in Aix for 4 nights here and we couldn’t ask for more. Very helpful personal attention from our host, and everything within easy walking distance. Despite being in the heart of old town (with numerous celebrations going on), the heavy shutters and windows blocked virtually all of the street noise. Plus, careful attention to design in the apartment. We loved it.

Location, Location...
It was ideal for just me but plenty of room for a 2nd traveler. 3 minutes tops from Hotel de Ville. Had everything I needed to cook my breakfast (including coffee choices) and one of my dinners. Consider a small flashlight as the steps are very dark at night.
