Great apartment
Great, spacious and traditional apartment right in the thick of the action. Very short walk to Navona, Trevi Fountain and Pantheon. Lots of restaurants surrounding the apartment. Great cafe next door that opens early and does drinks etc later in the day. Would highly recommend this apartment and Francesca was a great host. Very much appreciated the transfer back to the airport.

Great Location
Beautiful character, great location. Very comfortable rooms & our host communicated really well. Just a bit short on cooking utensils. A frypan, oven dish & microwave bowl would have helped. Only had saucepans.

Comfortable apartment in a great location in the centre of old Rome.
Francesca's clean and appealing apartment has everything as described. We were greeted by her lovely parents (who graciously allowed us to arrive early) and felt very much at home with lots of room, comfortable bed, handy kitchen, and spacious bathrooms with fantastic showers. The apartment is in a fantastic location, within walking distance to the central attractions, particularly the Colosseum and the Vatican (make sure you pack your most comfortable walking shoes - you will be amazed how much walking you will do!!) You are close to small supermarkets which have everything you need and, also, some great restaurants. One of our favourite was Roscioli, which is a great deli and restaurant. It is literally around the corner but you do need to book, at least a few days and sometimes a few weeks in advance if you want to dine on a weekend. The same restaurant has a good bakery a few doors away from the restaurant. We did some great small group tours with Context Travel which were expensive but worth every cent. The guides were so knowledgeable and enthusiastic and it made the experience even more enjoyable. We also did a food tour of Trastevere with Eating Italy which was great. Francesca easily arranged our transport from the airport. We were greeted by the driver at the customs exit and had a safe trip in to the city in a Mercedes minibus. The apartment does have some noise during the day and evening but that's part of the area, and if you need you just close the windows and the noise abates. Door and window security is good and you feel safe. Pack light as you need to walk over cobblestones and up 3 flights of stairs. Francesca was so helpful and always contactable for any assistance. I would highly recommend this apartment to friends and family. The apartment was in a great location for our first visit to Rome. Thank you Francesca and thank you to your wonderful parents.

Exceptional location, great customer service!
An amazing visit to Rome! The apartment is truly in an ideal location to visit all the popular locations within walking distance. I had two friends tell me that I must have a meal at Roscioli while in town, and it turned out to be about 100 feet from the apartment. (Hint: you will need a reservation to dine there) It was located very close to Voglia di Pizza which had the best gluten-free dining we found in the city. Francesca had every detail for our stay arranged, including having her driver waiting for us inside the airport terminal to whisk us away. For our departure, she scheduled a driver that transported us to our cruise ship. It was perfect, the stay was perfect, and I highly recommend this property to experience Rome to the fullest.

Perfect location, very comfortable Rome apartment
This Rome apartment is in the perfect location. We visited all of the major sights in Rome and never once rode any public transportation because of its central location. The apartment is very comfy for two adult couples and the location was very quiet. It is well equipped and with a small grocery market very near. Many restaurants were also very close. Our favorite location to eat was in Trastevere which is just across the river. Francesca was very easy to communicate with and even arranged for a car/driver to pick us up near the airport where we dropped our lease car. 5-stars to the apartment and to Francesca.

Great Apartment in Perfect Location
The apartment is great and is in a great location. Francesca is a wonderful host and was so helpful during out stay, thank you Francesca. I have to give 4 stars due to a couple of minor items, this does not reflect on Francesca or the apartment itself. The minor issues are the old sheets and old comforter on the beds and only 4 towels for all guests. Other than that the apartment is a great room. Randy&Socorro

Lovely apartment in a great location!
We enjoyed our stay in this lovely 2 bedroom apartment on a quiet side street in Rome. It was clean, comfortable and met all of our needs. Francesca was very helpful and kind. The location was perfect for exploring the city. We loved being able to come back to the apartment to cool off and relax after exploring the city.

the perfect choice as a Rome stay for 2 couples
Two Nova Scotian couples travelling to italy for the first time in unseasonably scorching hot weather found this Rome apartment did not disappoint. Of the five places in Italy that we stayed, this apartment had the best A/C and after walking up the 34 steps a few times a day, this was a welcome respite when we opened the door. The host, Francesca arranged for the ride to and from the airport, which was very convenient and reasonably priced considering a cab would have been 40 EU, and she supplied 4 unvalidated bus tickets so we could get about during our stay. The apartment was stunning (pictures were accurate) and the kitchen was well-equipped. plenty of hot water for showers the beds where quite firm but comfortable and the apartment was very clean. The layout ensured awesome privacy for two couples. *wink*. We felt very safe in the aparment as well as the neighborhood. It was a bit noisy at peak hours in the bedroom on the piazza side but had no trouble sleeping When we had questions Francesca was very quick to respond and offered a map as well as visit suggestions for eating and sightseeing. the spot was close (2 minute walk) to Nonna Vincenza's (award winning pastry shop)for a morning cornetto and cappuccino. very close to the "cat sanctuary" otherwise known as the spot where Caesar was killed and 20 minutes to Piaazza navonna (where there is an awesome salumeri restaurant next door to the pantheon: Antica Salumeria) basically, overall this was a stellar experience to start off our trip. Other places we rented fell a bit short in some areas compared to our stay in Rome at this apartment. The price pushed the limits of our budget but in hindsight we found it to be money well spent.

Perfect Location
My girlfriend, our 2 teenage daughters and I stayed at this lovely apartment for 5 nights in June. Francesca was very responsive prior to our stay, answering questions and arranging car service from the airport. She met us at the apartment and showed us around. We had a couple of questions during our stay and she promptly responded to them. The apartment is in a great location just off Campo di Fiori and not far from Piazza Navona. We walked everywhere with no issues. The apartement had plenty of space and all of the amenities we needed. I would definitely stay here again if I make it back to Rome.

Recommending to all our friends and family
My husband, two teenage daughters and I loved this apartment. The proximity to a central bus stop (Argentina) and Campo dei Fiori made this an excellent location. We enjoyed shopping in the market as well as the local grocery store and interacting with the locals. This apartment is spacious, clean, tastefully decorated and charming. We enjoyed having a full kitchen, two baths, washing machine and separate, private bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. There is no question, when we go back to Rome we will contact Francesca about renting her wonderful apartment again. Grazie, Francesca, for renting your fantastic apartment to us.

Great Flat
This flat is located in the heart of old Rome. Close to everything. Well appointed and comfortable. Great place to have for a "home base" while exploring Rome. Customer service was perfect. We asked for help getting from the airport and a car was waiting for us when we arrived.

The Perfect Apartment
This truly was the perfect apartment for visiting Rome. The apartment was beautiful and very well appointed. It had absolutely everything one needed for a week's visit. We cooked dinner one night and found the kitchen fully stocked. We also appreciated the extra touches like the bottle of wine on our arrival, a stock of coffee, tea and spices, as well as olive oil, etc. The location is also perfect as it's so central for visiting all the sights. We walked everywhere except for the Borghese Gallery (#116 electric bus is perfect for this - stops by Campo de Fiori). Also, while in a very lively area, the end of our little square was very quiet. With the windows closed at night we didn't hear a thing. We loved being able to walk 2 minutes to the marvelous Campo de Fiori market every morning for fresh fruit, as well as having excellent coffee shops within steps of our apartment. There are lots of good restaurants nearby, as well as a good grocery store. Francesca was also very good to deal with. Right from our initial enquiry to questions we had leading up to our trip, she always responded very promptly. Thank you Francesca for helping to make our trip so rewarding.

Bellisimo apartment!
Our stay at Campo Dei Fiori was wonderful! They arranged for our arrival into Rome from the airport. We were greeted by the daughter, Francesca, and mother of the apartment. It was our very first time in Italy with our adult children. They made sure to show us everything! Francesca even introduced us to the Italian espresso coffeemaker, Bialetti. We had it every day and it was the most delicious coffee ever! The location was fabulous and we loved the piazza Navona. It was in walking distance to everything! Loved that the fresh market was right there almost every day. We loved going to the local deli and picking up sliced meats, bread, olives and some wine and enjoyed them from the apartment with our adult children. One of our favorite finds! We stayed in many different apartments throughout Italy, but this one was one of our favorites. It had two bathrooms, two bedrooms, use of a washing machine, and it was very clean! We would definitely stay here again. We can't wait to return!

Fabulous Stay in Rome
We loved this apartment! What an incredible location to stay. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We traveled with our two teenaged children and needed two baths and two bedrooms. This was perfect. It is a very historical building but had no problem charging our devices plus she has installed the Samsung airconditioning units in each room. Francesca was wonderful to work with. She arranged a driver to pick us up at FIU and take us to cruise port later. He was very good and reliable. The tap water is very good in Rome. We had an easy walk to the Colosseum but you must take a taxi to the Vatican Museum if your visit starts in the morning. It can be walked but allow over an hour. We wound up taking a taxi so as not to miss our 9:00 am guided tour. You must be able to walk 4 flights to get to apt. Good exercise. Didn't have elevators in the 15th century. We very much enjoyed the character of the apt. and neighborhood. We must return to Rome. We loved it so much. We will stay in this place again, no doubt. Thank you Francesca. We loved it!

Apartment is in one of the best locations in Rome
Even before we arrived Francesca was in contact with us. She arranged for a car to pick us up at the airport and was waiting for us when we got to the apartment. Francesca went over everything in the apartment which was even nicer than the pictures. Campo dei Fiori is one of the best places in Rome to stay. It is within walking distance to most sites plus there is a fantastic market place within a very short walk. We plan on staying again in the same apartment when we go back to Rome.

Christmas in Rome
The apartment is very well equipped with lots of personal touches which make it feel like a home, including Christmas decorations and a tree which was lit ready for our arrival! Comforts of home & perfect location in Rome!
We had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday in Rome while staying at this beautiful and perfectly located apartment. We had a traditional thanksgiving dinner thanks to the well-appointed kitchen and were very comfortable with our family of four. Everything you could possibly need was provided. The apartment was warm, cozy and relaxing. Francesca is an attentive hostess and took care of us completely from the first email inquiry until check out. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Rome and wanting the comforts of home and the convenience of being in the heart of the city. I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever-- affordably priced compared to the nearby hotels, and so much more comfortable and relaxing!

Truly a Gem
From our initial inquiry by e-mail to a final phone call during our 5-night stay, dealing with Francesca was always a pleasure. She was extremely helpful and responsive to all our inquiries and provided us with details not only about the apartment but also about the neighbourhood. She also arranged transportation to and from the airport with a very personable and responsible driver. The apartment is wonderfully restored, clean and well equipped, comfortable and simply lovely. The neighbourhood is charming and delightful. Fabulous location - everything is within a short walk – markets, restaurants, stores, bakeries, and of course the wonderful sites of Rome. The ambiance was truly a highlight for us; we felt more like locals than tourists. We strongly recommend a stay in Francesca’s apartment; like us, you will be enchanted. Mille grazie, Francesca, per tutto. Il nostro soggiorno nel tuo appartamento e stato come essere a casa, ma meglio perche era Roma! Spero di ritornare un giorno. Claudia

Great location, everything we needed
Francesca met us at the apartment. Lovely person. Explained everything. Apartment is very comfortable, roomy, everything we needed. The location is perfect, near Campo Fiori ie 100 metres. Bakery and good sized supermarket closely. Campo di Fiori has daily market - fresh fruit etc. Piazza di Navone also close. We walked all over Rome, helped to balance the amazing food, and Gelati to die for. And coffee!

PERFECT LOCATION IN ROME!!!
We had a fabulous time staying in this lovely apartment! I can highly recommend it for your stay in Rome. The location of this apartment is PERFECT! We walked to all the major sites in Rome and especially loved being so close to Campo di Fiori. Each morning our husbands walked down to the produce market in Campo di Fiori and bought fresh fruit cups and pastries for breakfast. In the evenings we would walk down and try one of the MANY wonderful restaurants. The description and photos of the apartment are exactly as we found it. Very clean and so charming. Francesca was extremely helpful and aided us in arranging a car service to pick us up at the airport and drive us directly to the apartment. I inquired about a tour guide and she suggested a fabulous tour guide named Vera, who was incredible. I can't say enough about our stay in this beautiful apartment, it made our stay in Rome fantastic!
