Bedrooms 5 has 1 king and bedroom 6 has a queen bed, and they also share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, and offer beautiful views from the Gulf side deck. This covered deck runs the length of the house and has plenty of tables and chairs for relaxing.

Under the house is covered parking for up to six cars. There is also a privacy enclosure with picnic table and stairs leading up to the porch area.
