Nice, but needs some sprucing up

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house did have plenty of room! The master bath could use some updates: pink tile, shower doors, the patched areas that weren’t painted. The pool was nice, but the garden was terrible. The plants were all dead and falling over. If you’re looking for a great location to the beach, this is the place!

Family Beach trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family was very happy with our stay. Pool was great. Loved the open and large family room area. Easy check in and check out. Easy walk to the beach. Entry rug and Couple of throw rugs/mats and cooking sheets could be replaced but overall clean and well stocked. Outdoor shower has a funny spray issue but it still worked overall. Totally would stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely home, one block from beach, quiet neighborhood and beach not crowded. Plenty of sleeping space, 4 bedrooms-2 with queen, 1 with king, and 1 with 2 bunk beds. Fully quipped kitchen with all the pots, pans, cookie sheets, plates and utensils for cooking. W/D and wifi. Pool area is beautiful and has a gas grill(though not heated, so we did not get in much). Clean home. Only complaint: carpet in bedrooms collects the sand and cockleburs from your flip flops if you aren't careful removing as soon as you come in.

I only gave it a 3 star for cleanliness due to dead bugs everywhere ( we’d rather dead then alive tho). Also, the porches are old and need replaced. Everyone got plenty of splinters. Other than that, the property was amazing. Plenty of room , close to beach and activities. We would stay again tho!

The single reason that put this house above others in the past and why we'll be returning to this specific house is the amount of space in the living room and an actual dining table.

We had a great vacation and would definitely stay at this house again in the future. Our only suggestion is to make the outdoor shower or rinse off area more accessible and better lighting for night swims!

Wonderful stay for my bridal group of girls

The furnishings were plentiful. We did bring supplies such as toilet paper and trash bags and laundry detergent. Must bring shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The windows did not open, but there was nice wind tunnel with both doors open. The pool light did not work. A few outside lights around the pool area did not work. Was a little spooky swimming at night, that did not stop us! The house was not prep cleaned prior to our stay as there were some dead roaches on the stairs, no encounters with live ones, as they can be expected everywhere on the beach. The pool was kept clean, a gentleman came twice to clean it during our 5 day stay. Another gentleman came and wheeled the trash cans to the road. We also had one lady stop by saying they rented the property for some time in the future and she tried to come in and take photos. I did not allow her to do so. Overall the stay was pleasant.

Great location and beautiful beaches.

This property was right across the street from beautiful white sandy beaches. The water was super cold, as we knew it would be. The pool was also very cold; would be nice to have it heated. The furniture definitely needs updating in the house and it wasn’t the cleanest (dust under chairs, etc.) but overall the beds were all comfortable except the bottom bunks, which is to expected. We had instacart for our groceries daily and walked to nearby restaurants and bars. (Just under a 2 Mike walk) we ubered or lyfted when we went further for dinner, etc. overall, I would definitely stay here again and we loved Pensacola Beach and the rental process was seamless.

Perfect location with an amazing deck overlooking pool

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The exterior, pool, deck, patio chairs all clean, new and very nice. I was disappointed on the interior though. For to price I expected a little more. Furniture was very old, stained. Dinning table chairs felt like they would break at any moment. We found old socks and belongings from other guests. Walls are in desperate need of new paint and patching. BUT on a positive note the back yard was perfect! the outside shower was great for rinsing off the sand. And you can’t beat the location for walking to the beach.

Great stay except MICE and ROACHES

The house itself was great. However, we quickly noticed multiple roaches hanging around the garage and lower level. One of our bags had a mouse chew through it. On the final night a guest had a mouse run across his bed while a different guest in a different room was bit in the lip by one while he was sleeping. If it wasn’t out last night we would’ve demanded a new location

Great Beach House close to the beach

Upgraded patio furniture was a nice surprise Loved the outside shower and gas grill. Master, Queen and bunks bedrooms and bedding were great. Twin beds and bedding were a little worn. Otherwise just a beautiful house and so worth it. Thanks for the use of the beach toys for the littles as we didn’t have room to pack much.

Home Again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I grew up in Pensacola and return often to see family and friends. This is the third beach house we have visited, and so far my favorite! It was exactly as described - clean, appliances and plumbing in good working order, nice pool, close to beach, master bedroom on main floor, attractive, well maintained. The furniture and grills were very nice. My husband and I were the only occupants, except for a friend who stayed one night with us. We are on a mission to find the perfect place on Pensacola Beach for an annual visit. This ranks highly. We discovered an excellent seafood place - the Shrimp Basket - away from the crowds. My husband went surf fishing and I collected lots of shells to remind me of this visit. I lived in Pensacola from 1954 to 1992 and have watched the beach change. It is looking very good now, a great place to vacation! The manager was friendly and helpful. We look forward to returning next year to Paradise Beach Homes.

Cute House but Need Major Updates

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was cute for our girls trip and would be great with some updates. First off the floors could have been cleaner. I first walked in and saw hair on the floor. All the furniture needs to be replaced especially the couch. The couch looks like a heath hazard and is absolutely disgusting. It looked like pink mold was growing on it. The walls could use new paint too. It was a good size house for our girls trip. One girl said her bed was caving in (one of the twin beds) but no other complaints. The kitchen was fine but could have used more supplies . We ended up having to buy paper towels, toilet paper/trash bags etc because there was little provided for 10 people. There also wasn't enough shower towels for everyone. The pool was nice but could have been better cleaned when we first arrived. There was a massive storm the first night so they cleaned it the next day which was nice. The house is very close to the beach which was perfect. Don't expect any beach stuff there for you to use though because we didn't find any. All in all this house would have been great if they just took care of it and replaced the furniture.

Spring break lessons learned

The house is cute and clean, its a perfect beach house. The location is great. I would say it actually sleeps 10-11. With barley one pillow per person. The pool is not heated, and in early spring it definitely mattered. The water was freezing, in the pool and the ocean. There is not much to do, if you can't be in the water.

Great Place in Pensacola Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the perfect place for our purposes--a week long family holiday. Great location on a quiet street that is a 3 minute walk to the beach. Three bedrooms (master down and two up) plus a curtained off loft overlooking the main living area (furnished with three futons that acts as a fourth bedroom). Main living area is large and well furnished. Kitchen/dining room is a bit cramped, but functional. All bedrooms well furnished. One full bath upstairs, one large master bath, and 1/2 bath downstairs. Back wrap-around deck is well furnished and very nice. Pool area is nice. Easy access to two car garage was very convenient and appreciated. I would definitely stay here again.

Convenient but could use some updates

The house is so convenient with a family. Just a short walk to the beach and the decks overlooking the pool were so nice too. Could have used an outside table to be able to eat dinner on. The one that was outside was for about 2 people to share. The inside had cracked tiles, walls needed to be painted and the furniture was super outdated. Glass table in the kitchen was hard to maintain clean through the week with kids. Overall not a bad property, just needs some updating.
