Nähe zum Meer, sehr ruhig und ein sehr freundlicher Vermieter
Wir haben unsere 3 Wochen hier total genossen. Vor allem die überaus grosse obere Terasse, mit Markise welche wirklich benötigt wird. Dieses Haus hat ausreichend Platz. Das Bad ist längst erneuert und entspricht nicht mehr den Bildern auf dieser Seite (hier sollte man evtl. mal die Bilder auf den Portalen erneuern). Auch der Pavillion bei "Speisen im Freien" wurde komplett durch ein festes Dach ersetzt wodurch man hier auch bei nicht so tollem Wetter sitzen und speisen kann. Auch in der Küche gab es Veränderungen. Hier gibt es einen nagelneues Cerankochfeld mit Backofen. Top! Die Nähe zum Meer, 4 Minuten zu Fuß, ist wirklich der Hammer. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Einen grossen Dank an Herrn Daniel Vironneau, er ist ein sehr gute Gastgeber, war bei Bedarf immer für uns erreichbar und sofort vor Ort. Vielen Dank und liebe Grüße Familie Neubert

Excellent séjour à Hourtin plage
Maison confortable et bien équipée. Elle est bien exposée et sa situation est très proche de l'océan. Hourtin Plage est une petite station balnéaire familiale idéale pour le surf mais également pour d'autres loisirs comme le kite, le pédalo, le wake , la voile , les randonnées car proche du lac d'Hourtin Le propriétaire est très hospitalier et disponible si besoin. Adresse à mettre dans son carnet de voyage

Tolle Ferienwohnung in Toplage
Sehr großzügige Ferienwohnung mit schöner Ausstattung. Insbesondere das renovierte Bad, das große Wohn-/Esszimmer und die große Holzterrasse mit der Loungeecke haben wir sehr genossen. Daniel Vironneau ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Er war für uns auch kurzfristig erreichbar und bei der Wohnungsabnahme zeitlich sehr flexibel! Das war super. Wenn es überhaupt etwas zu kritisieren gibt, dann vielleicht, dass einige ältere Küchenutensilien einmal ausgetauscht werden könnten. Thomas Schäfer

Super Haus ,freundlicher Vermieter Sprache über Englisch gut verstanden 3 Schlafzimmer für alle Familienmitglied jeder seine Privatsphäre auch im Urlaub super mgl.gewesen ,einfach eingerichtet Sonnenterrasse und schattige Terrasse alles vorhanden kommen gerne wieder

Schönes Ferienhaus in toller Lage
Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Das Haus gut eingeteilt und sehr schön gelegen. Hervorzuheben sind zudem die große Terrasse und das helle Wohn-/Esszimmer. Der Vermieter ist freundlich und zuvorkommend, man kann sich mit ihm gut auf Englisch verständigen.

Großzügiges Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage und Ozeannähe
Das Ferienhaus mit 3 Schlafzimmern, großem Bad, getrenntem WC, Küche und großzügigem Wohnraum liegt in einer ruhigen Straße am Rand des kleinen Ortes. Die Holzterrasse bietet viel Platz, ist ganztägig besonnt und schön möbliert. Im kleinen Garten hinter dem Haus finden sich schattige Plätzchen. Die Ausstattung ist funktional im Charme vergangener Jahre. Das Haus ist sauber, kleinere Renovierungen werden den Komfort sicher noch erhöhen. WLAN im Haus wäre wünschenswert.

Nice spot but property a little tired.
We may have been first in this season there was a musty smell property needed airing ants in rooms also and the dog poo in the sun bathing garden not nice offered of road parking but you would need a mini car to close gates tried tv after 2 days no signal did not contact owner as we just wanted a quite stay no hassle overall the property is a little tired needs a bit of Paint and a freshen up on the bright side found a wonderful restaurant there called friendscorner.

Freundlicher Vermieter, sauber, nah am Meer
Alles okay, der Vermieter war freundlich, das Haus sauber und alles da. Zum Meer waren es nur wenige Minuten, das Haus ist auch nah zum Pinienwald wo man gut laufen gehen kann. Im Ort gibt es alles was man braucht. Bitte dran denken Bettzeug mitzunehmen, das ist nicht inbegriffen. Einziges Manko, für das der Vermieter aber nichts kann, ist die schlechte Mobilfunkabdeckung im Ort. Das war für unsere Mitreisenden Teenager natürlich weniger schön.

A lovely place for a wonderful holiday!
We (2 adults, 2 children) had a wonderful holiday at Hourtin-Plage. The house is very clean and nicely decorated and it only takes about 5 minutes on foot to reach the beach! The huge terrace is absolutely great and when it's too warm you can sit under the pavilion in the garden which always gives you shade. Nearby there are restaurants, a bakery, a greengrocer's, a supermarket and other shops which are all open on Sundays. Our hosts were very friendly and welcoming and so we've booked again for next year's holiday. Merci beaucoup pour des vacances magnifique!!
