De ligging is de enige troef van dit vakantieverblijf. Verder kloppen de foto's op de website niet met de werkelijkheid, alles is oud en versleten en zelfs kapot, zwaar vocht- en schimmelprobleem, stank, vies, toestellen kapot en onveilige elektriciteit, geen bruikbaar kookgerief, terras kapot en onveilig.

Emplacement superbe, vue face à la mer, dans une maison typique normande- Logement décoré avec goût mais la propreté du logement laisse fortement à désirer: urine dans un des wc à l'arrivée-toiles d'araignées- manque Détecteur de fumées (DAAF)- les carreaux du sol de la douche qui se décollent- pour une des baies vitrées impossibilité de mettre la positon fermée. Alors que nous avions réglé 49 €uros pour les frais de nettoyage...de plus dans l'annonce il est mentionné 35 €: description à revoir

Appartement très bien situé avec une vue magnifique cependant la propreté de l’appartement laisse à désirer. Le matelas de la mezzanine pas très confortable, nous aurions préférés des couettes classiques. Malgré tout nous avons passé un bon séjour

Une belle carte postale
Une belle propriété qui est face à la mer. Situation idéale proche des promenades, des commerces et d'Etretat. Mme Bontemps est à la fois discrète et disponible. Je recommande cette location.

Mitigé
Location très bien située avec vue sur mer, mais le nettoyage laisse fortement à désirer. Poils de chien partout dans la location, le sol n’a pas été balayé ou aspiré, la couverture du canapé en était rempli. Une bouteille en verre vide d’alcool a été retrouvé au sol dans la cuisine sous le buffet. Dommage car c’est une belle location spacieuse avec très belle vue mais manque d’entretien.

Location idéalement située
À proximité des commerces et des restaurants, grand appartement idéalement situé. L’annonce ne met pas assez en avant la taille du logement et la vue exceptionnelle sur la mer. Par contre, une petite odeur de cigarette, désagréable pour des non fumeurs, mais qui n’a en rien gâché notre séjour.

Emplacement au top ! Location spacieuse et très confortable. Seul bémol : devoir payer la note d'électricité (20 € ...) alors que nous avions coupé le chauffage la journée ... Le séjour reste de bons souvenirs cependant.

Vue mer magnifique et emplacement central
Nous sommes ravies de notre séjour ! Emplacement parfait (tout à pied). Super maison de bord de mer ( location rdc) avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. Location spatieuse, propre et accueil d'Olivier très sympathique. Points d'amélioration : il manque quelques rangements dans les chambres. Douche avec faible débit et des carreaux au sol décollés. Cela ne gâche en rien le séjour mais mériteraient de l'attention.
