Ottimo appartamento a due passi dal centro

Ottimo appartamento ben posizionato in centro ma silenzioso ,la casa molto curata anke nei particolari e ricca di tutti i comfort , abbiamo passato una bellissima vacanza molto rilassante è stato tutto perfetto . Il proprietario molto gentile e disponibile sara un'esperienza che sicuramente vorremmo rifare

Bella casa un po' rumorosa

La casa all'interno è molto bella, moderna e completa di tutti i comfort. Comoda la doccia esterna e la lavatrice. Unica pecca i rumori esterni tra cui i motori dei frigoriferi del negozio di surgelati posti nel giardino della casa e un continuo abbaiare dei cani che sono chiusi in gabbia fuori dal giardino di casa.

Fabulous property

The property is ideal, very clean and comfortable, very close to bars and restaurants but on the edge of the town, so quiet. Plenty of parking on street outside and a grocery store across the street. The owner Salvatore invited us to his restaurant for drinks and made us a delicious cocktail, which was lovely, thank you. Would highly recommend this property and Salvatore kept in touch by email during our stay to make sure everything was ok.

Casa Molto accogliente, con tutto ciò che può servire. Vicino a molti negozi e facile raggiungere tutto anche a piedi. Mare vicinissimo. Il padrone è una persona splendida, alla mano e simpaticissimo.. Vi consiglio di andarci noi speriamo di rivederlo molto presto...

Zentrale Lage

Die Wohnung liegt mitten in Budoni, so dass man in Fußweite einen Bäcker, Supermarkt, Restaurants etc. findet. Der Strand ist in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen und Parken war überall kostenlos (Oktober). Der überdachte Außensitzplatz liegt nur wenige Meter von der Straße entfernt und gleich daneben steht ein Kühlaggregat, dass ständig brummt. Auf den Bildern wirkt die Wohnung heller als vor Ort. Das Bad ist modernisiert worden. Für uns hätte die Wohnung gerne etwas gepflegter sein können. Es ist zwar reichlich Geschirr vorhanden, aber es war nicht alles sauber bzw. in gutem Zustand (zerkratzte Töpfe).

Erholsamer Urlaub

Lage des Ortes und die Unterbringung waren gut und zentral. Ferienwohnung war wie beschrieben gut ausgestattet, Vermieter nett und hilfsbereit. Eigentlich 5 Sterne , wenn nicht der Kompressor am Eingang permanent (bis auf wenige Minuten) gelaufen wäre. Allerdings ist im Innenraum bei geschlossener Tür nichts davon wahrzunehmen, sprich nur nervig, wenn man auf der Veranda sitzt. Hinweis: Safe ist nicht vorhanden, kleineres Zimmer hat kein Klimagerät und Betten sind für normalwüchsige Menschen gedacht. Fazit: ruhigen Gewissens, empfehlenswert

Bell'appartamento in ottima zona!

Appartamento molto curato e confortevole.Posizione ottima,vicino a tutti i servizi,con possibilità di raggiungere tutto a piedi.Le foto dell'inserzione sono veritiere!Comodo anche il giardino dove potersi rilassare.Il mare è vicino e la spiaggia è veramente bella.Il proprietario è molto disponibile e cordiale.Se cercate una vacanza di relax,comodità e divertimento,questo è l'appartamento giusto!Noi ci siamo trovati bene!

Eccezionale

Abbiamo soggiornato per 15 giorni con tre bambini . l'appartamento era accogliente, confortevole, arredato con cura,pulito e dotato di tutte le comodità. Esternamente un bel giardino con barbecue. Posizionato centralmente e in zona tranquialla con a disposizione tutti inservizi nelle vicinanze raggiungibili comodamente a piedi. Insomma non mancava proprio nulla sembrava di essere a casa. Un ringraziamento particolare va a Salvatore il proprietario che è stato gentilissimo e disponibilissimo .

Comfort House

The name of the WiFi network (identical to the topic) provided by the owner says it all. The house is really comfortable, providing all thinkable and unthinkable amenities. It also looks nicely and is strategically placed in the center of the Budoni village but well outside of the area that is closed for traffic in the summer evenings due to stands and programme held each night. There is a number of bars, restaurants and markets nearby. A nice sandy beach can be reached by 10 minutes of walking, alternatively we could also park for free at the Stella Marina restaurant at the beach as it belongs to the same owner. The only disadvantage of the accommodation is the noise coming from cooling of the neighbouring store, placed near the entrance - it made sitting outside less enjoyable, so we rather preferred to sit inside in the evening. The owner Salvatore is nice and friendly. Although he barely speaks English and we barely speak Italian, we were able to communicate together and he was always ready to assist either himself or through his employees.

Belle location

Belle location dans le centre de Budoni. On est au cœur de la vie de cette bourgade sans grand intérêt mais authentique. On va a pied dans les commerces de la rue principale qui devient piétonne pour faire place à un marché nocturne tous les soirs. Salvatore est très sympa et réactif. La décoration de l'appartement est soignée, les équipements sont en très bon état, la terrasse est agréable, même si le bruit du groupe de froid du commerce voisin nous a un peu agacés. Une bonne adresse.

Appartamento delizioso,ottima posizione,tranquillo.ben tenuto e pulitissimo abbiamo trovato tutto in ordine,il giardino e ben curato.il proprietario salvatore si e dimostrato assolutamente gentile e disponibile non solo per ciò che riguarda in senso stretto la casa,ma anche nel date consiglio su strutture presenti nel territorio in maniera da agevolare e rendete ancor più piacevole il soggiorno.e assolutamente da consigliare.speriamo di tornare al più presto nello stesso appartamento si spera a settembre.ciao salvatore

In una sola frase ECCEZIONALE

Abbiamo trascorso una SETTIMANA meravigliosa. Semplicemente fantastica. L'appartamento é molto bello, in stile moderno, arredato con gusto; silenzioso non ostante si trova in centro paese, la zona é ben servita, le foto corrispondono alla realtà. Salvatore, il proprietario, é molto disponibile, gentile e cordiale, a chi salutiamo con affetto. Io e la mia famiglia ci siamo trovati molto bene. Un'esperienza davvero positiva. semplicemente deliziosa

Abbiamo trascorso le due settimane centrali di agosto in questo appartamento e sembrava di essere a casa per tutte le comodita' presenti a partire dall'efficientissima aria condizionata,comodissimi letti,tv enorme,wi fi per la felicita' dei miei figli per non parlare dell'impiant surround della bose....Se a tutto cio' aggiungi anche la grande disponibilita' del propietario e l'ottima ubicazione della casa dove si ha tutto a portata di mani come negozi,parcheggio ecc non si puo' chiedere di piu'.Promossa a pieni voti...torneremo sicuramente.

Sì, le foto corrispondono alla realtà

Se dovessi consigliare un appartamento per le vacanze ad un amico, sicuramente gli suggerirei questo. Il posto è tranquillo, situato al piano terra e non ci sono costruzioni al di sopra (quindi nessun rumore dall'alto,ma neppure da altri lati), con posteggio privato. L'interno è organizzato con spazi funzionali e arredato con cura; lo abbiamo trovato pulito. A non più di 50 metri dall'appartamento si trovano: pizzeria, market, edicola, ortofrutta, lavanderia... Il proprietario è stato sempre disponibile e cordiale. La spiaggia più vicina si raggiungeva in auto (3 minuti) e avevamo anche lì un parcheggio riservato. Ribadisco: lo consiglio.

Appartamento accogliente

Abbiamo passato due bellissime settimane in questo appartamento. Carino, decorato con gusto, pulito, pratico, con tutte le comodita. Situato presso tutti i commerci, accanto alla strada principale, ma senza rumore. Giardino accomodato, piacevole. A dieci minuti a piedi d'una bellissima spiaggia. Proprietario molto simpatico; all'ascolto e generoso. Rapporto qualita prezzo : 9/10.

Bel endroit proche plage de sable blanc/commerces

Nous sommes une familles de 4 personnes avec deux enfants et avons beaucoup aimé cette location. Très proche de tout, restaurants, commerces, supermarché. "Envie d'une glace ou d'une pizza, c'est à 100m" L'appartement est très bien équipé, four, machine à café, tv à écran plat, par satellite ( grand choix de programmes, films, wifi inclus. Barbecue, jardin et table pour pouvoir manger à l'extérieur. L'endroit est idéal pour partir à la découverte de la Sardaigne. Très belles plages de sable blanc à proximité. Je vous conseille la cala brandichi et aussi berchida pas très loin de Budoni. Mais elles sont toutes très belles. Un coin de paradis. Merci encore au propriétaire qui reste à l'écoute de ses hôtes. Je vous conseille cette location pour passer de bonnes vacances.

Lo consigliamo vivamente ...

Lo consigliamo vivamente in quanto ha superato le nostre aspettative. Appartamento al piano terra, pulito, dotato di ogni confort (schermo piatto in sala e camera da letto, microonde, macchina per il caffè, barbecue, doccia interna ed esterna, giardino privato recintato ben curato ed attrezzato con tavolo e sedie, materasso nella matrimoniale molto comodo) ideale per famiglie con bambini, comodo ai servizi del paese perché in centro (adiacente a pizzeria da asporto, negozio di frutta e verdura, negozio di alimentari, edicola, lavanderia ecc.) Parcheggio auto privato, e compreso nel prezzo parcheggio fronte spiaggia. Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili. Andateci!!!
