Liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus

Das Haus liegt ideal zwischen Pisa, Luca und Florenz. Alle Städte sind in 40-60 min mit dem Auto erreichbar. San Rocco ist ein kleines Städtchen. Ein Supermarkt (Coop) ist gut zu erreichen und bietet alles, was man so braucht. Das Haus liegt direkt neben einem Friedhof und einem direkten Nachbar. Es ist sonst von Olivenbäumen umgeben und liegt sehr ruhig. Nervig war lediglich der Hund des Nachbarn der quasi permanent gebellt hat. Das Haus selbst ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und hat alles, was man braucht. Was gefehlt hat, war eine Anleitung der Heizung (Regelung über ein zentrales Schaltelement und Klimaanlage). Es war am ersten Tag etwas frisch im Haus und uns war es aufgrund einer fehlenden Ableitung nicht möglich, die Heizung einzuschalten. Aber die restlichen Tage war es dann okay ohne Heizung. Der Kontakt mit den Vermieter war super und wir haben schnell Antworten auf unsere Fragen bekommen. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen! Für Hundebesitzer wichtig zu wissen, dass das Grundstück nicht eingezäunt ist.

Beautiful Property

This was a well stocked house, nicely decorated with a good floor plan, and had a beautiful setting! Close to a cute little town with anything you could need.

Location au top

Maison très propre et très bien équipée. La vue dégagée sur les collines toscanes est très agréable . L’emplacement de location est idéal pour visiter la Toscane . Le villages est à qqs minutes à pied , on y trouve plusieurs petits restaurants ainsi qu’un marchand de glaces.

Excellent location

The villa was all we could have hoped for. The pool was a real bonus being one depth all over. Fantastic views from the pool area and it must have the best view ever from a kitchen window. Well located for places of interest, we particularly enjoyed Montecatini. We would love to stay here again Thank you.

Erholung pur

Wir hatten Ende Mai eine wundervolle Zeit an diesem Ort. Das sehr gemütliche und gut ausgestattete Haus ist perfekt für eine 6-köpfige Familie, der Pool, die Loggia und auch die Tischtennisplatte waren die liebsten Orte für unsere 4 Kinder zwischen 8-13 Jahren. Die Lage des Hauses und der Blick in die Ferne waren Urlaub pur. Auch für Ausflüge nach Pistoia, Prato, Lucca, Pisa, San Gimignano, Siena und Florenz ist der Standort perfekt. Auch die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern könnte nicht besser sein. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und können dieses Haus nur wärmstens empfehlen. Vielen Dank!

Familienurlaub

Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt, eine beeindruckend ausgestattete und funktionell gestaltete Küche. Ein sehr gepflegter Pool lud zum Baden und zur Erfrischung ein. Toller Ausblick und absolute Ruhe. Gleichzeitig können interessante Ziele in kurzer Zeit erreicht werden. Sanitär und Schlafzimmer sehr gut eingerichtet und tip top. Kommunikation mit dem Vermierter schnell und unkompliziert....auch unser Hund hat sich prächtig erholt.

Three couples around 50 for a week stay, we had everything we needed. Easy communication with Paula before and during our stay, she helped us with all we didn't know. Traumurlaub im Traumhaus

EINFACH TOLL!!! Unsere Erwartungen wurden bei weitem übertroffen. Angefangen von dem sehr netten Kontakt mit den Vermietern (liebe Grüße an Paula und Claudio!!) über die hervorragende, großzügige Ausstattung des Hauses und die gepflegte Gartenanlage mit sehr schönem Pool bis hin zu der perfekten Lage für unsere Unternehmungen stimmte einfach alles. Auch unser kleiner Tibi Lu-kha war herzlich willkommen und hat sich wohlgefühlt. Das Grundstück ist nahezu uneinsehbar und sehr ruhig gelegen, trotzdem ist man zu Fuß in 5 Minuten im Ort. Hier können wir Alex' Pizzeria empfehlen, einfaches Lokal, aber die beste Pizza weit und breit. Wir waren zum ersten, aber bestimmt nicht zum letzen Mal in der wunderschönen Toscana und werden dann wieder in Il Cappero wohnen! Wunderschönes Haus mit vielen Möglichkeiten als Familie

Eine voll ausgestattete Küche, viele Zimmer mit genügend Betten, Tischtennisplatte, Fahrräder, Waschmaschine, Pool, Kamin für kühle Abende uvm. - wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung lädt zu Spaziergängen und Fahrradtouren ein. Pisa und Florenz sind in ca. 1 Stunde erreichbar, Siena in 1,5 Std. Der Aufenthalt hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen.

Wunderschöne Herbstwochen in der Toskana

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Teenager) haben zwei-einhalb Wochen in Larciano verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und bequem und mit allem eingerichtet, was man braucht. Der Pool war auch Ende September noch nutzbar. Wir waren generell viel draussen und haben auf der Terrasse gesessen und die Aussicht genossen. Florenz, Siena, Pisa, Lucca und die Küste sind gut erreichbar und auch in der näheren Umgebung gibt es viele schöne Ausflugsziele. Paula und Claudio sind supernette, unkomplizierte Gastgeber und die Kommunikation per Handy klappte wunderbar.

Top Ferienhaus mit allem was macht braucht und vielem mehr

Wir (zwei Erwachsene und vier Kinder) haben eine Woche in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Es ist ruhig und idyllisch gelegen. Die Küche ist sehr gut und modern ausgestattet – man findet alles was man braucht. Auch im Außenbereich wird man verwöhnt: der schöne Pool, die Terrasse mit Sitzmöglichkeit und Grill, eine Tischtennisplatte, vier Fahrräder, Sonnenliegen, diverse Spiele, … Wir haben die nähere Umgebung mit den Fahrrädern erkundet und das Haus als Ausgangsbasis für Ausflüge nach Florenz, Pisa, Lucca, Siena, Prato, … genutzt. Paula und Claudio sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation hat gut funktioniert. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und hier einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht, an den wir noch lange denken werden.

Traumurlaub

Wir (Familie mit 4 erwachsenen Kindern) haben hier 2 wunderschöne Wochen verbracht. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Highlights sind die top ausgestattete Küche, die Chill-Lounge und Essensterrasse, sowie die zentrale Lage zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Super entspannend war es, dem Pool-Roboter bei der Arbeit zu zusehen und dann in den tollen Pool zu springen. Es hat einfach alles hervorragend gepasst und wir haben uns trotz Corona perfekt erholt. Toscany paradise!

Fantastic house, with a lot of space inside and outside, well equiped, very comfortable, a splendid professional kitchen, cosy furniture, very clean, nice pool,...briefly said: all you need to have a wonderfull time in the beautifull region of Toscany! The center of Larciano is a few steps away, offers a good restaurant and a great gelateria. Top of the bill: Claudio is the perfect and gentil host, who is always ready to help and inform you!

A Piece of Tuscan Heaven

Claudio and Paula have created a heavenly retreat in Tuscany. So much thought has obviously gone into providing a comfortable base with every imaginable amenity. The air conditioning system is very effective and easy to use and the pool is divine. The view out the kitchen window is like a postcard and such a pleasure every morning. We were pleased to discover that the village of Larciano, a mere 5 minute walk away, is populated by friendly locals and boasts an amazing gelateria with the best ice cream I have ever tasted and a gorgeous fine dining restaurant “Bonfanti.” The Castle in the old town was closed for renovations during our stay but looks worth a visit. A trip to Vinci, only a 10-15 minute drive away, is a “must” to see the complex of Leonardo da Vinci museums. These can be visited over the period of a week with your entry ticket so everything need not be visited in one day and the price of a family ticket was very reasonable. Volterra, a longer car journey away, was also well worth a visit. It is a beautiful walled city with endlessly winding little streets full of restaurants and souvenir shops with an Etruscan Amphitheatre to discover just outside the city walls. We found the requisite tour of Florence was made a lot easier by driving to Empoli, parking car at the train station and taking the short train ride from there to Florence. Montecatini Terme is also an easy short day trip. The funicular ride to the hilltop old town was a fun diversion if you are not going to try the thermal springs there. This property and location cannot be recommended highly enough. It is the perfect base for discovering Tuscany and Claudio and Paula are the perfect hosts. Unobtrusive but available and eager to be of assistance if required.

Top Haus in sehr guter Lage

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in dem sehr gepflegten und top ausgestatten Haus. Die unverbaute Aussicht von der Terasse/ dem Poolbereich ist super. Die Viermieter sind sehr freundlich und kümmern sich gut um Ihre Gäste! Lucca, Pisa und Florenz sind gut und schnell zu erreichen (Florenz sollte man verkehrsbedingt mit dem Zug besuchen). Wir kommen gerne wieder! :-)

Ein Haus in toller Lage

Haus, Garten und Pool sind gemütlich und sehr gepflegt. Die Einrichtung ist vollständig und bietet allen Komfort. Besonders die fast professionelle Küche sticht hervor. Super ist die Lage auf einem kleinen Hügel mit Blick auf die Olivenhaine. Florenz, Lucca, Pisa und die Küste sind schnell zu erreichen. Claudios Kochkünste, die wir zu einem speziellen Anlass in Anspruch genommen haben, haben uns einen unvergesslichen Abend bereitet.

Rundum gelungener Urlaub

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Neben dem tollen Haus, das im übrigen noch besser als dargestellt ist, können wir die liebenswerten Gastgeber hervorheben. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten der Toskana. Wir werden mit Sicherheit hierhin wieder kommen.

Traumhafte Lage, gepflegte und super ausgestattete Unterkunft inmitten der Toskana!

Der Aufenthalt im gepflegten und toll ausgestatteten Haus war Urlaub von der ersten Minute an! Die Gastgeber Claudio und Paula sind unglaublich hilfsbereit und freundlich! Unbedingt empfehlenswert ist ein vom Gastgeber angebotener Kochkurs! Toskanafeeling auch in der Küche und auf dem Teller! Besser geht es nicht!

Fantastico!

We have just had a terrific week here, we are a family of 4. we pictures do not do this house justice-we would happily stay here again. The pool, the wonderful outside seating either at the table or comfortable sofa style chairs all great. the location is all very near, great couple of local restaurants and a good sizes Coop. close to Pisa, Lucca and Florence. Claudio was very attentive before and whilst we were there via text making sure everything was ok-thank you!
