Fantastic location and fabulous complex

I have stayed in marbella a few times and this is definitely a fabulous apartment complex. It'd walking distance to all the amenities of the port. A short taxi drive takes you into old town Marbella also. The pool in the complex is lovely, a perfect size. The pool is relaxing and in no way over crowded. You can find a bed easily. There is a pool attendant to help you with anything and a lifeguard. There is a fantastic snack bar with a great menu on the premises which is perfect for lunch and drinks during the day. The service is impeccable. The gardens are beautiful also. As regards this apartment it is located within 1min walk to the pool and 5mins from the beach. I highly recommend this property 👌

The photos don't do the apartment and the grounds justice, a really nice apartment set in lovely grounds in a quiet spot really close to the centre.

Vacances exceptionnels dans une résidence de luxe

Merci Maïté pour ces vacances que nous avons passé qui ont été exceptionnels. La résidence est tout d abord magnifique avec des jardins dépaysants et une piscine magique . Le pool bar est super aussi ! L appartement est très agréable avec des salles de bain d une propriété incroyable. Seul l'ascenseur est tombé en panne 4 fois mais cela n est pas la faute de la propriétaire.. mais je souligne la rapidité d intervention de l équipe technique ... Très bien situé nous avons profité de la plage et du port .. Nous reviendrons l année prochaine c est sur !!! A très vite et merci encore !! Caroline F

Most comfortable apartment

This property was just as described and reviewed by other people who had stayed in it. Very comfortable, very well equipped (although we could not find a kettle), perfect location, nice terraces in every direction, great pool and friendly pool bar service. Could not ask for any more. Fantastic apartment with a great location

We are a family with two children, 3 and 5 years old, who has spent 10 days in this fantastic apartment and we are so happy with everything. The location is great, very close to the beach and Puerto Banus marina. The apartment is very well equipped, clean and has terraces in all directions. There is also a beautiful garden with a large swimming pool. Thank you so much for the stay, Maite! We would love to come back in the future.

Beautiful apartment offering excellent space and a terrace that has sunshine all day.

We were blown away the moment we walked through the door of this exceptional apartment. Spacious, well appointed and with amazing terraces, we really couldn’t have been happier. The property is extremely peaceful, with no noise whatsoever, a huge plus! We are currently looking at dates for our next visit and will be without doubt staying in the apartment again. A hugely positive experience that offers outstanding value for money, given the sheer standard offered, plus the prestigious location.

Amazing apartment in a wonderful setting, The apartment was beautiful, the large balcony was perfect for eating breakfast in the morning sun and relaxing with a few drinks in the evening before walking down to the marina which was only 10 minutes away. The location was perfect for us as we relaxed in the beautiful quiet pool area then wandered into the busy marina area. The apartment was immaculate, with all the furnishings of a real home which made it really comfortable and easy to prepare breakfast or lunch. Plenty of space for four women and with two bathrooms getting ready for the evening was quick and easy. We had a wonderful time and found all the staff at the apartment really helpful. Great boat trips available in the Marina, would recommend the four hour cruise. Will definitely go back to this apartment if we visit the area again.

Excellent apartment with all you need

We have just spent 3 weeks in this apartment in La Alcazaba resort in Puerto Banus. Beautiful gardens. Large pool. Very nice people in reception and in the small restaurant within the resort. Beach 5 minutes walk. Marina with shops and restaurants is also just a few minutes walk away. Spacious apartment fully and comfortably equipped with whatever you could need during your stay. Nice large balconies in all direction. We will return next year.

Schöne Maisonettewohnung im wunderbaren Garten

Wir haben einige fabelhafte Tage in der schönen Maisonettewohnung verbracht. Wir waren von der Wohnanlage La Alcazaba, im Stil eines andalusischen Dorfes errichtet, begeistert. Sie erinnert mit ihren wunderschönen und sehr gepflegten Gärten an die Alhambra. Die geräumige Wohnung ist sehr ruhig, hell und verfügt über eine Terrasse, von der aus man einen herrlichen Blick auf die davor stehenden großen alten Bäume hat. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und in perfektem Zustand. Die Bäder sind frisch renoviert und verfügen über eine sehr gute Dusche. Die Küche fällt etwas ab (die Küchengeräte sind aber neu), was uns aber nicht störte, weil wir sie nicht benutzt haben. Die Eigentümerin ist sehr freundlich und beantwortet Fragen immer zügig. Gut gefiel uns die Restaurant-Terrasse am Pool mit Blick auf den schönen Garten, wo Frühstück oder warme Mahlzeiten guter Qualität sehr freundlich serviert werden. Die Bewachung in La Alcazaba ist ausgezeichnet und man fühlt sich sehr sicher. In 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man Puerto Banus. In der Nähe befinden sich ein Corte Inglés und viele weitere Geschäfte. Wenn Sie einen schönen Urlaub in Marbella verbringen möchten, mieten Sie diese wunderschöne Maisonettewohnung schnell, bevor Ihnen jemand anderes sie wegschnappt. Dr. Carlos Wienberg

Precioso ático en un maravilloso jardin

Hemos pasado uno días fabulosos en el ático. Nos encantó el conjunto residencial La Alcazaba, de estilo pueblo andaluz, con sus maravillosos y extremadamente cuidados jardines que recuerdan a la Alhambra. El ático es muy tranquilo y luminoso y tiene delante de la terraza unos frondosos arboles que agradan mucho la vista. Todo esta muy cuidado, limpio y decorado con gusto. Los baños están recién reformados y tienen también una estupenda nueva ducha. La cocina no está a la altura del resto del ático, pero no nos molestó para nada, porque no la utilizamos. La propietaria, es sumamente amable y siempre contesta rápido a cualquier pregunta. Nos gustó mucho la terraza del restaurante del la piscina, con bonitas vistas al precioso jardín, donde sirven con mucha simpatía desayunos y comidas de calidad. La vigilancia en La Alcazaba es óptima y uno se siente muy seguro. A Puerto Banús se llega en aprox. 10 minutos andando. Muy cerca hay un Corte Inglés y multitud de tiendas. Si quiere pasar unas bonitas vacaciones en Marbella, no dude en rápidamente alquilar este precioso ático, antes de que otro se lo quite. Carlos Wienberg

beautiful apartment in perfect location

we spend over 3 weeks in this apartment. finally one with sufficient kitchen utensils. apartment looks good and is located on the top floor, with plenty of balconies. even a bbq is there. bathrooms look very modern and , very important, the a/c is working very well. gardens are beautiful, but i was happy not to have a apartment facing the garden. It seems that they are always working in the garden, in the apartment we had no problems with any noise. all in all we had a good holiday and would certainly return. hans
