Urlaub

Wir wurden von Marie-Louise herzlich auf ihrem großen und gepflegtem Grundstück empfangen, unser Hund durfte gleich von der Leine und alles erkunden! Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, alles ist sauber und gepflegt! Am letzten Abend hat Marie-Louise ein kleines französisches Buffet zubereitet und zusammen mit uns gegessen, das war sehr lecker! Vielen lieben Dank dafür, Marie!!😄 Alles in allem ein super entspannter Urlaub bei einer tollen Gastgeberin!

Toller Urlaub in einer wunderschönen Unterkunft. Der Pool ist ein Traum und die ganze Anlage sehr gepflegt. Und eine sehr nette Vermieterin. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Sehr nett. Marie Louise war eine liebevolle Gastgeberin, die sich um alles gekümmert hat. Sie hat auf dem Grundstück auch gewohnt, ist aber sehr diskret. Alles im Allen ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Dankeschön Marie Louise

Zeer goed verblijf!!

Wij hebben een hele fijne vakantie gehad in het verblijf van Marie-Louise. Het huisje zelf is gedateerd maar erg volledig. Alles wat je nodig hebt tijdens je verblijf is aanwezig. Er is alleen airco in de woonkamer. Wel rolluiken overal dus als je die goed dicht houdt is het prima te doen in de slaapkamers (wij hebben 1 hele warme nacht gehad toen het buiten 36 graden was overdag). Het zwembad en de ruimte erom heen zijn echt prachtig! Ook fijn met kleine kinderen dat het zwembad niet meteen aan het terras bij het huisje ligt, maar je eerst met een trapje naar beneden moet lopen (wat je dus een beetje kan barricaderen). Locatie is top. Binnen 10 minuten loop je in het centrum van het mooie dorpje. De eigenaresse verblijft op de beneden verdieping maar er is volledige privacy. Ze is heel aardig!

Schöne Ferienunterkunft mit viel Grün und tollem Pool, der auch ausreichend groß ist, um Runden zu schwimmen. Manch ein Gartenstuhl ist etwas wacklig, die Sonnenliegen sind gut. Die Einrichtung innen ist altersgemäß und entspricht den Fotos, die Schlafzimmer sind sogar schöner als erwartet mit guten Matratzen. Die Geräte in der Küche sind in Ordnung, die Töpfe und Pfannen könnten evtl. mal ersetzt werden. Es ist das Haus einer netten, alten Dame, die während der Vermietung in einem völlig abgetrennten Teil im unteren Haus wohnt und sich äusserst diskret um Blumen und Pool kümmert. Bei Ankunft war netterweise der Kühlschrank mit je einmal Milch, Saft und Wein bestückt - und hausgemachte Marmelade wurde ebenfalls offeriert. Auch von Zucchini und Frühlingszwiebeln aus dem Garten durften wir profitieren. Wir haben uns gut erholt und viel unternommen. Vielleicht haben auch Sie das Glück, den Wiedehopf auf dem Grundstück zu sehen. Vielen Dank an Marie-Luise! Amicalement

Vacances parfaites

L'hôtesse est super gentille et sympa. Elle était toujours disponible et nous a toujours aidé quand nous avions une question ou un problème. Le terrain est assez grand et se trouve pas très loin de la prochaine ville pour des activités différentes. Nous avons profité de la grande piscine chaque jour. Quand nous sommes partis, la dame nous a donné une confiture faite maison pour notre copine. Elle était super délicieuse :) Meilleures salutations de nous tous de l'Allemagne.

Excellente location dans une très belle maison et une très belle région

La maison est très confortable et très bien équipée, le jardin est magnifique et très bien entretenu, la piscine est géniale et rend le séjours frais malgré la chaleur. Marie-Louise, la propriétaire, est géniale. elle sait être là quand c'est opportun et s'éclipser quand il faut : bravo. Séjour idéal je recommande vivement

Belle villa méditerranéenne

Nous avons passé un très chaud mais agréable séjour dans cette belle propriété généreusement fleurie. Le dégagement depuis la terrasse est magnifique. Nous étions 4 adultes et 2 adolescents plus un chien, nous avions beaucoup de place, la climatisation au salon fût une merveille. La propriétaire est très arrangeante et très serviable à l'écoute de ses locataires. Seul point qui nous a poser quelques soucis et le chat de la propriété qui avec un chien comme le notre, qui n'aime pas les chats, aurait pu tourner au drame. Nous recommandons largement ce choix.

Gemütliche Wohnung im Plan-de-la-Tour die für Ihr Alter sehr gut unterhalten ist. Die Besitzerin wohnt selbst auch im unteren Teil des Hauses, und ist bei Fragen immer zur Stelle. Immer wieder gerne.

Charmante maison au calme

Nous avons séjourné durant deux semaines chez Marie-Louise qui est une honte formidable. L’accueil a été parfait, la bâtisse est conforme aux photos voire mieux en vrai. La maison est bien équipée. Nous avons vraiment apprécié les extérieurs (les deux terrasse et la piscine), ou le calme réside. En terme de localisation, cela nous convenait parfaitement : proche de toutes commodités et en retrait du bruit et du monde. Je recommande ce logement à tous ceux qui souhaiteraient profiter du soleil dans un endroit paisible. Nous nous ferons une joie de revenir séjourner. Merci encore Marie-Louise pour votre accueil chaleureux.

Kleines Paradies an der Cote d'Azur

Die Villa Preconil ist ein kleines Paradies an der Cote d'Azur. Oleanderbüsche und schattige Bäume laden zum Verweilen und Ausruhen im großen Garten und auf der Terrase. Der Pool bietet Erfrischung und Spaß an. Das Ferienhaus ist komfortable, gut ausgestattet und geräumig. Madame Falcheto, die Besitzerin, wohnt auf dem Grundstück. Sie ist diskret und steht zu jeder Zeit für Fragen und Hilfe freundlich zur Verfügung. Die kleine Ortschaft Plan de la Tour hat alles, was man für den Alltag braucht. Wer mehr Angebot will und auch etwas günstiger einkaufen will, kann nach Saint-Maxime fahren. In ca. zehn Minuten hat man dann große Supermärkte. Wer schön baden möchte, findet in ca. 30 Minuten Fahrt schöne Buchten an der Küste bei Saint Tropez. Sehenswürdig ist auch die kleine Ortschaft Grimaud. Wir (Eltern und drei jung erwachsene Kinder) haben eine wunderschöne Woche in der Villa von Madame Falcheto verbracht. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen. Vielen Dank, liebe Marie-Luise, für die schöne Zeit in deiner Villa.

Wunderbar

Gerne jederzeit wieder! Schöner Garten mit Pool zur Alleinbenutzung. Grosses, abgeschlossenes Grundstück mit Parkplätzen innerhalb. Super nette Besitzerin die sich sehr diskret um den Garten und den Pool kümmert.

Lovely house in a quiet village

We stayed for one week at the house in June 2014 as a part of our family vacation in Provence. For a family of 4, there is plenty of space. The house is clean and well maintained. The garden is great with lots of plants, most of them were blooming while we visited, and the pool area is relatively new (about two years old) and very good looking. The kids loved it. The owner is a lovely lady who lives on the ground (basement) floor of the house. Her part of the house has a separate entrance and this gives enough privacy for the guests. Despite our lack of French language skills, we managed to communicate well and felt very welcome. Overall an excellent vacation. Le Plan De La Tour is a 10-15min drive away from Sainte Maxime, that's where the closest beach and nighlife is, should you feel like going out in the evening. Being on a family vacation with small kids, we did not miss it that much.
