Extraordinaire séjour !

Nous avons adoré nos 10j dans cette superbe maison ! Située dans les hauteurs pour du calme et de la quiétude … avec une vue très jolie sur la baie. La maison reste fraîche même en plein mois d’août avec des moustiquaires à toutes les fenêtres. L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter la Ligurie. Nous posions la voiture sur le parking de la gare de Chiavari et faisions l’essentiel de nos déplacements en train. Monica était toujours disponible et réactive pour répondre à toutes nos questions … Côté cuisine, il y a tout le matériel nécessaire pour cuisiner et la terrasse pour dîner juste à côté de la cuisine donc très pratique ! J’ai versé ma petite larme tellement j’étais triste de quitter cette maison et tous ses oliviers autour … Je recommande et espère revenir un jour Carole

Pure Idylle

Wir haben uns sofort in diesem besonders geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus und sehr gepflegten Gartenbereich wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut- sogar Insektennnetze gab es an jeder Tür/Fenster. Trotz der tollen Netze hatten wir zwei Skorpione im Haus. Die Hängematte ist eine sehr schöne Idee und auch sehr entspannend. Leider war das aber auch die einzige Liegemöglichkeit für Draußen. Bei fünf Personen war dieser Platz somit oft umkämpft. Der Blick von der Terrasse auf das Meer und die Umgebung ist wunderschön. Das Haus ist sehr idyllisch gelegen. Wer die Ruhe, Abgeschiedenheit und Natur sucht, wird hier fündig. Wer lieber viel und oft Unternehmungen machen und kurz mal in die Stadt möchte, sollte wissen, dass der Anfahrtsweg zum Haus recht abenteuerlich ist. Die letzten knapp zwei Kilometer ist eine extrem schmale Straße, auf der nur ein Auto Platz hat. Es gibt keine Spiegel an den Kurven. Die Straße ist nur teilweise mit Seitenplanken zum steilen Abgrund abgesichert. Meistens hatten wir Glück und es kam uns kein Auto entgegen. ;-) Auch gewöhnte man sich jeden Tag ein bisschen mehr an die Straßenverhältnisse. Fazit: Wir haben die Wochen sehr genossen.

Ein idyllisch gelegenes sehr schönes Haus. Eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Sehr zu empfehlen. Einziger Nachteil: Kurvenreiche Zufahrt auf den Berg.

absolut traumhafter Urlaub

Wir haben einen traumhaften Urlaub in Monicas Haus verbracht. Die ruhige Lage in den Bergen mit Blick auf das Meer, das wunderschöne, äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtete Haus und der schöne Garten waren perfekte Voraussetzungen für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Wir haben schon viele Urlaube in Ferienhäuser verbracht, dieser wird uns aber für immer in sehr schöner Erinnerung bleiben. 5 Sterne sind eigentlich zu wenig, aber leider geht nicht mehr. Thank you Monica for this outstanding stay in your beautiful mansion. Hope to see you again.

Lovely Italian villa in beautiful quiet neighbourhood

We had a great time in this lovely villa. The house was cosy and well equiped. It has a beautiful garden and terrace with seaview. The owners welcomed us personally. The villa is close to a lot of nice villages. In short, highly recommended!

Beautiful house with a view

We had a great time in Monica‘s house. Furnished with love and plenty of art. Sitting outside for the meals was amazing. Due to the lovely view and the beautiful garden. When we had a problem Monica responded immediately. Thank you again! We would love to come back.

Wunderschöne Zeit

Wir (Paar, Anfang 50) hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit und haben uns in Monicas herrlichem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Einrichtung ist stil– und stimmungsvoll, und die Ausstattung bietet alles, was man in den Ferien braucht. Das große Grundstück um das Haus herum mit seinen verschiedenen Sonnen – und Schattenecken ist traumhaft. Neben den vielen schönen Blumen haben wir uns auch an den Kräutern erfreut. Im Garten gab es angelegte, unten im Olivenhainen auch wilde. Gerade die Abende mit unzähligen Glühwürmchen auf der Terrasse waren sehr schön. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt, wenn man die Küste zwischen Portofino und der Cinque Terre erkunden möchte. Man muss allerdings schon gerne Auto fahren mögen ;-). Es gibt hervorragende Restaurants in der näheren und mittleren Umgebung und auch Chiavari ist eine äußerst liebenswürdige Kleinstadt mit hervorragenden Einkehr- Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel.

Fantastic Holiday

The check in with Monica and Massimo worked fine. And the house is very clean. There are many artist objects to discover. The outside shower and the terrace are fantastic! The way to the house was no problem for us. Come again

Ferienhaus/Villa in Cogorno

Wir hatten einen super Urlaub, Monica war eine sehr angenehme und unkomplizierte Gastgeberin. Tolle Lage in den Bergen mit Meerblick von der Terrasse. Sehr ruhige Gegend ohne jedweden Tourismustrubel. Trotzdem nur ca. 15 min zum Strand nach Lavagna (mit dem Auto). Empfehlenswert: Strand in Sestri Levante (Sand/Kies). Haus und Küche sind gut ausgestattet. Das Objekt entsprach in aller Hinsicht der Beschreibung und ist eine Reise wert.

Maison de charme

Une maison de charme dans le style typique de la region ligurienne sur les collines donnant sur le golf de Tigullio. Depuis la loggia avec sa grande table le port de Lavagna est a vos pieds. Un panorama spectaculaire à chaque jour! Les oiseaux chantent leur bonjour tôt le matin et ils vous ainsi disent bonne nuit le soir. La maison reflète le style d’artiste de ses propriétaires Monica et Massimo. Chaque chambre est décoré individuellement, l’aspect de l’ensemble s’exprime d’une harmonieuse sérénité. Son jardin féerique en terasses, les forêts voisines et les vents subtils et frais vous rafraichissent toujours après des journées parfois longues et peut-être chaudes au début de l’été. Un endroit magnifique qui vous acceuille chaleureusement, qui va caresser vos âmes et vous fera éprouver la nostalgie d’y retourner un jour.

Luxe, calme et volupté....

Cette maison, à la fois au calme (car dans la nature) et à la lisière d’un petit village de bord de mer (10-15 minutes en voiture), est merveilleuse et possède, depuis sa confortable terrasse, une vue dégagée et très belle sur la mer. Son intérieur, très recherché, est très bien aménagé et propose toutes les commodités attendues (mobilier chaleureux, ustensiles de cuisine à profusion, etc.).Cette région offre en outre une grande variété de paysages et de visites à effectuer. Enfin, Monica, la propriétaire, sera toujours disponible pour vous au cas où. Vous avez compris, cette maison vous attend les bras ouverts, n’hésitez pas à succomber à la tentation, vous ne le regretterez pas.

Peaceful and resting place

Beautiful house, view and garden. The house is spacious (3 big bedrooms). Monica and Massimo are artist, so you can find beautiful sculptures and paintings everywhere. Monica is very helpful. Our holiday was perfect. We enjoyed a lot and discovered many great places all around. If you travel with small children, the house might be a little bit out of reach (narrow road to get to the place). But that’s a detail you can perfectly live with.

Lovely house, great location, great host

This is a lovely, spacious house in a great location on the side of a hill, with views out to the sea. It is well equipped and generally comfortable (upstairs double bed has a thin squeaky mattress is only downside). Gorgeous views from terraces outside. Note that the drive up the hill is a little challenging if you are of a nervous disposition! We really enjoyed our stay and would go back again. Monica's cousin told us about the festival in town which was a spectacle and good fun, and we followed Monica's recommendation for the local restaurant which was also a great success. Easy striking distance for Genoa, Cinque Terre and Portofino. A great holiday.

Joli havre de paix

Très belle maison décorée avec beaucoup de goût et où l'on se sent tout de suite à l'aise. Quels souvenirs que ces repas sur la terrasse dominant la vallée et la mer. La douche extérieure est un vrai délice. On se ressource ici après des visites dans des lieux parfois bondés.

Great place

The house was very cosy, well-kept and tidy. The view from the patio was even more beautiful on the spot as in the picture. Also the garden was very beautiful with flowers, olive, lemon and apricot trees. Ideal place for 5-6 adults. The owners were very friendly, too.

very charming and loved house

German below We just had an incredible time in that lovely house in Cogorno. The place is very well cared about and it is obviously how much the owners love to stay there for themselves. You have to use a car to do most activities, but it is also a good starting point for various walks or hikes. A walk to the coast takes about 60to 80 minutes and offers many great views. The place itself is perfectly equipped and offers many excellent possibilities to relax. Outdoor as well as indoor. Wir hatten eine sensationell schöne Woche zu sechst mit Hund in diesem Haus in Cogorno. Man sieht sofort, dass die Eigentümer sich hier selbst gerne aufhalten und den Laden entsprechend in Schuss halten und dekorieren. Für die meisten Besorgungen und Aktivitäten braucht man zwar ein Auto aber das Grundstück selbst bietet drinnen wie draußen diverse Möglichkeiten zu entspannen. Außerdem kann man ettliche Spaziergänge und kleine Wanderungen direkt am Haus beginnen. Die wanderung ans Meer dauert etwa 60-80 Minuten und bietet herrliche Ausblicke. Besonders zu erwähnen ist noch die Außendusche mit Blick über die Olivenhaine und das ganz Tale. Traumhaft =) See you again und bis zum nächsten Mal Adrian, Lena, Anna, Torben, Karin und Jonas

Une très jolie maison très bien située

Nous sommes tombés sous le charme de cet endroit : la maison est entourée d'un très beau jardin en terrasses au milieu des oliviers avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. La maison était idéale pour deux familles avec enfants tant au niveau des espaces de vie que des chambres et salle de bain. Nous avons beaucoup aimé la décoration de la maison et les créations de Monica. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et nous avons bien apprécié les conseils de Monica pour notre séjour !

Wunderschönes Haus!

Stilvolles, gemütliches Haus mit umwerfender Aussicht aufs Meer. Umschwung ein bisschen knapp für 4 (fussballspielende) Kinder. Schöne Strände und gute Restaurants in der Nähe (Sestri Levante). Sympathische und sehr hilfsbereite Vermieter.

"La maison est très belle...

"La maison est très belle, spacieuse, propre et bien équipée! La vue est jolie, et l''environnement calme, parfait pour la détente. Un hamac est même mis à disposition pour lézarder au soleil, ainsi qu''un barbecue pour des soirées agréable. Il vaut mieux suivre les indications des propriétaires pour accéder à la maison, plutôt que le GPS. Les propriétaires sont très gentils, prêts à aider et à prodiguer des conseils pour voir les plus jolis coins de la région. C''est assurément un très bel endroit !!!! "

We are a couple who divides his life during the working year, between Turin and Cogorno. Our dream has come true being able to renovate Casa Mari, surrounded by olive trees and the unspoilt nature, where we can relax and regenerate from the hectic life that we live during the week. We are interested in art, photography, music and good food.

Why they chose this property

The decision made years ago to rent our house is in order to satisfy our interest in traveling and learning about new places. So having the fortune of being able to live during the months autumn / winter we decided to rent it during the summer months.

What makes this property unique

The thing that made us fall in love more of our house is the distinctive architecture of these houses in olive groves built entirely with stone typical of the place called Lavagna.
