You will enjoy its 50m2 living room with soft sofas, snooker pool, its large convivial and well-equipped kitchen, its 5 large bedrooms (each with its own bathroom) and its ideal location in a large park with hundred-year-old trees and sun beds waiting for you! Agréable

Nous avons passé quelques jours au mois de mai dans cette grande maison. C'est un endroit paisible, les propriétaires ne sont pas loin si besoin et répondent vite. Par contre, tout est un peu de guingois, la maison mériterait quelques travaux pour être plus sécurisée (parquet qui bouge beaucoup, on pourrait croire qu'on peut passer à travers le plancher au rez-de-chaussée) et la porte des toilettes du rez-de-chaussée aurait besoin d'une meilleure poignée et d'un meilleur verrou. Sinon, suffisamment de place pour tout le monde (10 adultes), beaucoup de vaisselle, d'ustensiles et de plats ce qui est un gros plus quand on fait de grands repas. Nous y avons bien dormi et passé de bons moments dans le salon doté d'un billard et de plusieurs canapés

maison idéale pour 3-4 familles

Nous étions 3 familles (y compris 6 enfants de 8 à 12 ans) qui ont passées ensemble une semaine de vacances de Ski à Chamrousse. La maison se situe à 30 mins de la station, spacieuse, très bien équipée (surtout une salle de douche dans chaque chambre, c'est un avantage rare à avoir), de bon goût, fidèle aux photos et à la description. Les propriétaires sont très actifs et très arrangeants. Nous vous recommandons vivement cette maison.

Guter Ausgangspunkt für tolle Motorradtouren

Das Grundstück und die Lage sind sehr gut. Das Haus selbst könnte ein paar Renovierungsarbeiten gebrauchen. Duschen im Schlafzimmer sind nicht so toll und nur zwei Toiletten sind für sieben Männer nicht ausreichend :-) Ansonsten war das Haus zwar einfach aber komplett ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich.

Da hat alles gepasst

Toller Gastgeber. Großzügiges Ferienhaus mit allem eingerichtet was gebracht wird. Wir waren zum Rennrad fahren mit 10 Personen vor Ort. Mega Landschaft. Wir sind voll und ganz auf unsere Kosten gekommen und möchten uns beim Gastgeber herzlich bedanken. Uneingeschränkte Weiterempfehlung.

merci à pat et françois pour leur accueil location conforme à l'annonce. Nous avons séjourné en famille avec enfants et le cadre était très agréable. la maison est super fonctionnelle et ne manque rien! on reviendra sûrement en hiver car proche des stations de skis merci et bonne continuation

Motorrad Urlaub

Die Gartenanlage ist hervorragend, man konnte schön, nach der Tour auf der Terrasse relaxen. Küche und Wohnbereich sind super, die Betten sind Ok , was stört ist der Boden der laut knarrt , wenn einer Nachts durch den Flur geht zur Toilette ist die halbe Mannschaft wach.

Agréable séjour !

Maison chaleureuse, idéale pour une réservation à plusieurs, chacun à son espace nuit et bain (ce qui est appréciable et laisse une certaine intimité à chacun), très grands espaces de vies communes, le billard qui a bien animé le séjour est un vrai plus, équipement bébé complet, et en général très très bien équipé. Un séjour très agreable !

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans cette maison, et rien à redire : chambres spacieuses avec chacune sa douche et des rangements, une grande cuisine lumineuse, un billard très apprécié, une très vaste terrain, bref tout à fait conforme à la description et à nos attentes. Nous avons aussi apprécié les petites douceurs de bienvenue et le wifi très performant même à l'étage. Le seul petit bémol s'il faut en trouver un, est l'accès un peu difficile à la propriété en raison de la forte circulation saisonnière à cet endroit. Sinon, parfait et merci encore à Pat pour sa confiance !

mooie ruime woning in parkachtige tuin

Het ruime huis staat op een ruim kavel met veel privacy en een grote eigen tui. Direct aan de route Napoleon (soms hoorbaar), net buiten het stadscentrum en alleen de weg oversteken voor boodschappen. Vizile zelf is niet veel aan (behalve het kasteel met tuin), maar de omgeving leent zich voor allerlei uitstapjes (stad: Grenoble), watersport (Lac Laffrey) en heel veel wandelmogelijkheden. De eigenaren zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wat wij als minpuntje ervaarden is dat ondanks de mogelijkheden, allure, grootte en ruimte in het huis er te weinig is geinvesteerd in het huis als het gaat om de kwaliteit van de materialen en de afwerking. Daar tegenover staat dat alles wat je nodig hebt er wel gewoon is.

Location spacieuse

Belle maison très spacieuse, nous étions 7 adultes et 5 enfants, de 10 mois à 8 ans. Les salles de bain dans chaque chambre étaient bien appréciables, ainsi que les 4 canapés, le billard, la grande table pour manger..... Nous avons pu profiter des extérieurs bien au calme. Pour résumé nous avons passé un excellent Week end. Petite note: il serait bien de prévoir plus de couverts, surtout des petites cuillères.

We had a good time...thank you.

The house is large, bright and well-equipped as described in the advert. The owners are very welcoming but do not impose themselves....their English is very good too. Vizille is very easy to dismiss as you drive from Grenoble to Bourg d'Oisans but we found it to be a very pretty and interesting town - we arrived during the July 14th celebrations too. We stayed here as a base for the Tour de France and its location is perfect for visiting the mountains as well as Grenoble. The house is set in the corner of a large enclosed grounds which was good for our 2 dogs. The entrance courtyard area is shared so keep an eye on dogs if they tend to wander. We had a good time here, thank you! Caroline and Jason.
