Delightful apartments, with an enchanting sea view. Ideal for those who want a relaxing holiday. Thanks to the privileged position, the view of the sea is unique, being able to enjoy wonderful sunsets in extreme tranquility. In the garden-terrace there are tables to eat facing the sea, and sun loungers with umbrellas. In a few seconds you can access the sea via a private staircase.
The apartment consists of a veranda and a living room facing the sea with a kitchenette, in which there is a sofa that can be transformed into two beds. Double bedroom and a bathroom. In total 4 beds.

Super Lage

Direkter Zugang zum Meer durch den Garten, zum Schnorcheln einfach die Treppe runter und dann geradeaus ins Wasser, zum Sandstrand 5 min nach rechts durch knöchelhohes Wasser. Sehr ruhige Lage und trotzdem nur 5 min Fussweg zur Hauptstrasse, zum kleinen Supermarkt, Restaurant, im kleinen überschaubaren Ort. Die Wohnung ist gut geeignet für zwei Personen, wir sind trotzdem zu viert gekommen, da uns die Nähe zum Meer lockte. Das war in der Wohnküche mit Schlafsofa und dem tollen unverbaubaren Meerblich für uns auch kein Problem, da wir eh die meiste Zeit draußen waren. Leider konnten wir übers nicht einstellbare Satelliten-TV keine Nachrichten schauen, schade. Am Haus hatten wir schlechtes bis kein Internet, aber wir waren ja auch unterwegs und außerdem nicht in der Pflicht, immer online zu sein. Küche ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet - sogar einen Backofen gibt es, wir haben immer ein kleines "das-brauch-ich-immer"-Set wie scharfes Küchenmesser, Schneebesen dabei und es war auch gut so. Wer direkte Meernähe liebt mit Fels und Strand, wird hier das seine finden.

Traumhafte Lage für entspannte, ruhige Ferien

Die Ferienwohnung entsprach exakt den vorher gezeigten Fotos. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, bemüht und häufig vor Ort. Seine Eltern wohnen im selben Komplex. Obwohl der Vermieter nur italienisch kann (und wir nicht), war die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und vor Ort absolut in Ordnung. Da das Haus etwas weiter am Meer steht als die Umliegenden, bekommt man von den Nachbarn extrem wenig mit und es ist wunderbar ruhig. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Vier Personen können dort gut schlafen, man sollte sich aber bewusst machen, dass es nur ein Schlafzimmer und eine Schlafküche gibt. Es existieren genügend Ablagemöglichkeiten. Vom schönen Garten aus lassen sich wunderbare Sonnenuntergänge beobachten. Vom Grundstück aus führt ein kleiner privater Weg direkt zu einem kleinen und einsamen Steinstrand, an dem es sich wunderbar Schnorcheln lässt. Zum schönen und vergleichsweise ruhigen Sandstrand benötigt man zu Fuß 5 Minuten. La Ciaccia ist ein ruhiger kleiner Ort, von dem aus sich Sardinien wunderbar erkunden lässt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind vor Ort. Diese Ferienwohnung ist absolut zu empfehlen!

Très bel endroit les pieds dans l'eau

Appartement tel que sur les photos, le couché de soleil est juste magnifique, vue sur Castelsardo,au calme. L'appartement est dans une maison familiale la maman de Pierangelo est toujours souriante. Vous avez un accès privé à une petite plage. Idéalement situé les pieds dans l'eau dans une station balnéaire. La voiture est recommandée ! Il ne manque qu'une chose : le Wifi !
